The review below stood by itself on mother's Day, but I tell a completely different story from yesterday. The restaurant was clearly not crowded, so we thought that we would sit immediately. We were offered a short wait, and we remained on site for the tolerable duration. Our drink order was collected promptly...and then collected again by the ultimate server. The drinks and the chips arrived promptly after the second order, but she was show to return for the food order. We opted to share carne asada because it looked ample enough for two light eaters; then we waited.... I sucked up the tea promptly and waited for some attention to the empty tumbler but was denied this aspiration until well after the meager plate of overpriced food was delivered by someone else WITHOUT the tortillas that I had requested. This dish would have cost two-third of the price at another establishment and would have included the tortillas. Yes, the food was flavorful; but it did not reflect the picture in the menu folder. She finally stepped up the drink service, but the damage in my eyes had been inflicted. Who knows if we will return? ------------ We were initially told that the wait could be 20 minutes, but the hostess quickly arranged or opened seating so that we sat less than 5 minutes after our entry. We ate inside, but we recommend asking for patio seating in pleasant weather. The food was good, even though we opted for some lower-budget items; but the service(server) was outstanding, impressing my wife particularly. The atmosphere could be augmented with traditional Latino music, rather than the popular tracks; but we enjoyed our Sunday visit thoroughly and will return for Somme of their finer cuisine.

We had the best experience! The staff was friendly and courteous when we walked in. Trey, our waiter, was very polite and had great manners and customer service. I appreciate the ma'ams! The food was delicious and watermelon margaritas are a hit! Two people ate and drank alcohol for less than $50. It was money well spent.

On the Boarder crew catered our church “Mercy Cultures” block party today. I’m so impressed with the food and the customer service. HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! The respect and kindness they had for the customers, and each other while working needs to be noted!!! They truly were interested in each person enjoying their choices and receiving a perfect meal. Can’t wait to join them for the next event. Thank you so much!!!

Went to lunch today and had Brad for our server. He was great and everything came out tasty! We also had someone who I am guessing was the manager came by and asked if we needed anything . It was two lunch entrees and two cocktails for 50$ a great visit to on the border!

More beautiful then I could ever imagine the genuine politeness and the genuine kindness that they show while serving is unbelievable awesome!

Food was good but small portions (Fajitas Steak) not worth the price. More of a veggie fajita! But good flavor good food.

This is a great place to come with family for an awesome time !! The staff do everything they can to keep you satisfied and always give great customer service. There is never a dirty table nor a filthy floor in this restaurant. The restrooms , are also very clean and have never been dirty when I have visited. The food at this restaurant is very good, I suggest the fajita platters , they are very good and fill you up with the warmth of a satisfied full belly !! As stated before the staff here do an excellent job at keeping you satisfied you will never regret coming!!

We were in at around 4pm, and were seated immediately. Our server's name was Marilyn, and she was absolutely fantastic! Very personable and helpful with the specials on the menu. We got our appetizers quickly and enjoyed our drinks while we waited for our food. Our food arrived in about 15 minutes and tasted great! Overall we had a very enjoyable visit. Again, Marilyn was amazing and I definitely will be asking for her when I return to this location! Thanks Marilyn for your exceptional service. It's very refreshing to have a server like you! 😊

I ordered man v fries last night and my order wasn’t made right the first time so I called them and the manager was extremely nice and apologetic. He said he would personally remake my order and when I got there he even threw in a free order of fried Oreos. Everyone there was so nice and sweet. If you have the chance to go there I highly recommend this restaurant. Man v fries is a third party but on the border has excellent food and an outstanding staff.

Angel was awesome! We loved her. She was amazing at prebussing the table, refills without having to ask, and napkins appeared on the table without having to ask. The only not so great experience was my husband's food didn't come out till everyone else was finished. So either it was a missed items by the cooks or she forgot to put his food in. He ordered chicken fajitas.

Had to stop here to eat LOVE ON THE BORDER!!!! Mgr Charlie was awesome!! Greatest food, best service - absolutely will be back here again and again when I'm in the area!!

Wonderful lunch today! Today was our cheat day and we decided it has been a long time since we've gone to On the Border. We shared the chicken fajitas and were so pleased. Food was tasty and fresh, service was nice. Win!

The store has had a major increase in all aspects we’re glad to see you brought Travis on as a manager he is excellent and really cares for the customers we know him from his previous job we came in worried about the service but a friend told us about the changes I will have to say it’s night and day difference with the service and the team is great we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything

I have not been in several years and let me tell you…I heard a little secret that they were bought out by my favorite restaurant, Papasitos, so I had to go try for myself! Oh my goodness!!! The food was delicious! Service was great! Drinks were great! And…boy the chips, salsa, cheese dip and fajitas tasted just like Papasitos!! I am so excited to go back!! Delicious.

Business has been slow the last few Saturdays we've been there. But, we eat early. We have a hour drive home. It's definitely our go to on our Dams club runs. The management is amazing. We spoke to the manager. They are making great changes! And it shows!

We absolutely loved Luke!! He is such a sweet young man! He has amazing customer service!!! He greeted us with a smile and such a great attitude and personality! The food was so good nice and hot and Luke made sure our drinks stayed full! I hope we get Luke the next time we come in!

My server was friendly, attentive and always filled my drinks up right as they were empty. Our food came out steaming hot and fresh. Every time I've been here, the staff go above and beyond. One time, several years ago, I spilled my drink all over myself by accident, they replaced my food, and my cup. The server had a sense of humor and gave me a takeaway cup with the lid taped down. I thought that was hilarious and well worth the cash tip I gave on top of the card gratuity. I've not tried the bar drinks yet as I'm usually the driver, but I look forward to it sometime.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. The waitress Katie did an amazing job. She was very attentive to our needs. The manager was also great. I had just put on my glasses to look for the restroom and she said sir the rest room is right past the the big painting on the wall. The food was hot, correct the first time and drinks were really good. First time here in a while but will definitely frequent here for dinner.

Do not come into this restaurant with preconceived notions of what your “Tex-Mex” should taste like. I’m guilty as charged! My wife and I shared some Barbacoa tacos. Tasted like no other Barbacoa I’ve eaten. Started to fuss before my wife told me to dip my taco into the provided sauce…. After that, comparison no longer mattered! Stand-alone bliss. My Beef Chimichanga, once again, defied comparison so much that my wife was swiping bites off of my plate. Loved the rice and beans, too. And yes, huge and tasty chips, but their salsa was the only fault I could scrutinize( though my wife loves it ). If you come in with no pre notions of what to expect, you’ll leave full and happy.

Good food at a good price. The people that work here are the reason I go back so much. They make you feel good, they are helpful and always on the ball. Never a bad time here, never bad food. I would probably give 5 stars for the food, but I'm not big on Mexican food, so I don't explore the menu as well as I should.

We want to like this place, but limited staffing means waiting for a table when 20 sit empty. Our food today was only warm, not hot.

Pretty good food, service was friendly, everything was served up quickly. They chips and salsa are tasty—the chips are huge! But still light and crispy (not too hard). And they have a new queso club that’s hard to pass on

Large party 3 adults 14 students. Short wait they canceled our reservation. We were stuck in traffic late 10 minutes. Only assigned 1 server to all of us. She did well, would have been better with 2 servers. Food was ok. Menu has changed since ours closed 6 months ago. Same atmosphere.

The new menu (papasitos)has fewer choices and less lunch deals. Food has better flavor overall with exception of chicken tinga. Chips and salsa are better too. Luke is our favorite server here. Atmosphere could benefit from a refresh.

Kind of what you expect from a chain. The staff is friendly, and the food has been consistent across visits. Portion sizes are fair. Unfortunately, the prices are getting to be too high. Two for dinner with no drinks or appetizers was $37! Try not to fill up on the free chips and salsa they bring before you order - you may end up too full to enjoy dinner. 🙂

Food was decent. Service was adequate. Took a long time to get food because something was ordered grilled. Never offered to refill our glasses. Did not receive any eating utensil other than a fork in our little packet. No extra napkins. I had a chicken breast that I was not able to eat because a knife was not brought to me to cut it up with even tho one was requested. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Our first mistake was going in at 9P and they close at 10P. We got off work late and just needed something to eat. Most places were closed. They were open and we were just stopped at the traffic light at New Road. It took forever to get a waiter to even acknowledge us after being seated. The server did show up and was courteous and friendly. He did apologize for the 30 minute wait. We were about to leave. The food was meh...It's too bad we had them cater our wedding a few years ago. Because it was delicious food! Time changes everything. We'll make cold sandwiches at home next time.

They’ve made changes - no longer serve Coke products (Pepsi stuff now), no charro beans option, chips were stale (2nd bowl brought was better - warm & crispy), then server reported “your food will be out in about 20 minutes”!!

We waited over an hour for our food, and the restaurant was 3/4 empty. The waitress acted like it was her first day. We had to ask for more water and chips, ask to place our order, and the waitress put our queso down where the two tables met and it spilled because of the unevenness. She wasn’t offering to clean it up or replace it. Had to ask twice to get it wiped up and had to all to get queso replaced. Management needs to train staff better. Food was mediocre. Nothing special.

I never post a bad review because I know you can have off days a a server. There were 2 in our party then 4 others showed up. We had already placed our order. Our server never come out and took out guest orders an we saw him. The manager came when we saw him walk by an took out order.

Unable to eat the Chicken tortilla soup because it was too salty. Restaurant replaced it with a taco salad and comped it too. Smokehouse fajitas were outstanding.

I just recently started going in 2025 and all experiences have been great, except for today Mar 2026. After 45 minutes or more 2 meals came out and 20 minutes later our last 3 entrees come out and we took them to go. They stated they comp'd our bill which they did not. What they did was deduct the 3 entrees they got wrong and after reviewing the bill they comp'd us over $20. Our waitress was great but I expected to see management. I will give them another shot because the food was good, even though I enjoyed it at home.

The waitress was great and she made a good guacamole table side. The food was terrible, being with our grandson, we didn't want to complain but me and my husband barely ate our food, he got torilla soup and a chicken enchilada, I got a taco and a chicken enchilada, it was all terrible. And I'm very sorry but we wouldn't go back. Again the waitress was excellent.

I'm giving this place a two-star review because really I think it's pretty pricey for Mexican food. And, because they got my order wrong and I was the only one there eating. I have the lunch fajitas and a soda. The fajitas I ordered were the chicken fajitas and I was brought out steak fajitas. I didn't say anything because I do like steak and I don't like to send my food back. But the price for that small lunch meal was over $20 not including tip. My thoughts are if I'm the only one eating and my order is wrong when you only had to remember one order that's a problem, and of course the high price for a lunch menu. Never been to this place before I was in Waco for some business and thought I'd stop because I wanted some Mexican food.

We sat at the bar and the bar tender xl complained the whole time about working on the 4th of July to her co workers. She never asked how our food was or drinks. But when her white regular came in she was a regular chatter box! My tip starts off at $20 it can go up or down. We'll service was so bad I wish I could ask doe change on 0$

What the heck happened to this place!!! The prices have gone up and the quality has gone way down.... I ordered fajitas and it only came out with 4 peppers and it was Luke warm at best. My kids corn dogs were hot and the fries were almost cold. The best hottest part of the meal was the strawberry chmis.

Went for lunch today. Slowest service I have ever experienced anywhere. No wonder they are not busy at lunch time, you don't have time to go there on your lunch hour. Our waitress was nice, but she didn't have a flow going. She took our order, then without turning in our order waited on another table. When time for our bill, it took forever, she went and got the table next to ours their drinks while I was still waiting for my bill, after I asked for the ticket. I know we will definitely never go at lunch again. We needed at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours for lunch. Food was good though. The queso is excellent.

I did NOT enjoy this place. I usually LOVE on the border. This time, the drinks were on point and the food was great, but my server ruined the entire experience. From when she brought the drinks, she asked if anyone was a server to try and get some sympathy for why she was already behind. Every single time she came to the table she was "explaining" herself. We were just trying to enjoy a nice mother's day dinner and really didn't care to hear her excuses at all, we just wanted to eat and drink! If you're going to be a terrible server, at least just don't bring it up every single time you come to our table. The food did take extremely long to cook, as well, which was odd, because honestly, it wasn't as packed as it could have been. But overall, I might have enjoyed my experience if I had, had a different server!

Stopped by here for a bite to eat before some errands. We ordered the queso, and we each got an entree. Both mine and my MIL's entree came with soup, and the soup was odd. I've never seen rice in a chicken tortilla soup before, and there was a LOT of rice in this soup. I ate a few bites but it was too much rice, and didn't have a lot of flavor. The queso tasted like velveeta. Not a lot of great flavor to it. I had ordered a cheese enchilada and when my plate arrived, it had a chicken enchilada on it. When our server came by, I told her I had ordered a cheese enchilada and she said she'd be back. While I waited, I tried the rice and beans on my plate. The beans were alright, fairly bland. The rice was crunchy. Not in a 'these are the good bits from the bottom of the cooker' crunchy, a 'this rice wasn't cooked all the way or stayed out way too long' kind of crunchy. Couldn't finish it. Our server came back with a cheese enchilada on a plate for me, and I ate that. When the bill came, to my surprise, I was charged almost $5 for an 'a la carte' cheese enchilada. So, I ended up paying about $20 for my meal. The soup was mostly rice, the queso tasted like plastic, the rice was crunchy, and when I asked for my correct order, I was charged extra. We were in a rush and I did not have time to get the order corrected, so I simply paid the bill. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Other than the charging mishap, our server was pleasant, and that was the only redeeming quality.

We were seated quickly then waited for over 10 minutes for chips and drinks. Another 10-15 minutes to order. Food came quickly then we waited for over 20 minutes for our check. If we weren’t honest people, we could walked out without paying and no one would have noticed. Food was decent. Service needs a lot of improvement.

Service was okay. Paid $12 for a margarita that was 90% ice. $14 for some enchiladas that were dry with very little meat in them. The southwest chicken tacos my husband got the chicken was ice cold. No flavor to the food what do ever. Definitely will not eat here again.

If you are just there to get a drink or two and chill at the bar for a bit, and not order food, be prepared to be talked to like your doing something wrong. My $6 "grande" beer pour was 35% foam. So I decided to try their frozen margarita after instead. Then I was told unless I was ordering food I couldn't get any more drinks. Also the bar manager commented that she couldn't switch from drinking beer to margaritas which made me feel like I was being judged. I won't be going back.

we have been going there for several years and have witnessed the slide downward of the quality of food and the general appearance. today will be the last time we stop there!!! Very Sad!! JW and CW

Our recent visit had some positives, but overall it was underwhelming. Our server was very kind and polite, and while it seemed he was still learning, he did his best to accommodate us. Unfortunately, service was slow and disorganized, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Several mistakes were made with our orders and separate checks. The food quality was inconsistent. Some dishes, like the brisket quesadilla, had very little meat, and the replacement wasn’t much better. The fish tacos were removed from the bill after we expressed our concerns, which we appreciated. Despite the friendly service, the overall experience didn’t match the price point—we spent nearly $200 and left disappointed. We hope to see improvements in training and food consistency, as the staff clearly cares and wants to do well.

I wasn't majorly impressed with the Chimijanga plate I ordered. On the menu, it was described as a crispy chimijanga. The one I received looked more like it was baked or lightly fried. It was just okay. The rice and beans were under seasoned, and the complimentary chips and salsa were boring and tasted flat. My server Durron was very polite, professional, and attentive. Not once did I have to look around for him. He always timed it perfectly. My other concern was how close the hostess upfront kept seating people back to back to one another. I noticed a lot of guest were openly coughing and not covering their mouths. This behavior was disrespectful and appalling. But it's nothing that can be controlled. It made me think twice about whether I wanted to revisit this restaurant again. Management should be aware of how to space guests apart during a reimergence of Covid variants.

My husband & I came in around 6:30, the lady told us 40-45 minutes, they only had 2 servers. Completely understand, I used to work in a restaurant, I know how it is. 45 minutes later, we walk back in to check on the table since we hadn’t heard anything. While standing waiting for the hostess to come up, I notice our name is scratched out on the paper & about 5-6 names under ours, already seated. The hostess said she “tried to call us” but got a “weird message.” I find that highly unlikely as we were sitting in the parking lot the entire time, phone in hand just waiting. Not really happy with it. She ignored us after telling us about the weird message to check other people in so we just walked out.

All 3 entrees we ordered were made wrong & took over 30 minutes to get to our table... we waited 20+ minutes for bar drinks.... both times they were ordered. The restaurant was completely dead. Hardly any people there, except for EVERY employee in the kitchen playing..... couldn't get our kids drinks refilled or fins our server almost the whole time we were there. We were excited to eat here. Won't be going back..

Unprofessional and the staff here are incompetent! I came here for a simple order that I could have honestly made at the house and yet they gave me my order as if I asked for a DIY! Stay away ! If you want to good quality food and customer service I advise you to take your money somewhere else !

We have been eating at the On The Border for 10 years. We got carry-out during COVID to support the restaurants. This was the worst Tex-Mex that I have ever had. I had a chicken fajita salad. The chicken fajitas were good but the salad was basically Iceberg with a few SLICES of avocado. They no longer have the top shelf Margarita. I got what they said was their best. It was mediocre at best. My wife said her drink was "watered down." Serve me one bad meal and I am not going back. So so long On The Border.

Usually customer service is OK but today 4/18/2025, the toung lady who provided service was not welcoming or friendly. The food is usually pretty good but, this establishment certainly needs to counsel their workers on how to provide exceptional customer service because her attitude made me nt want to return despite hw decent the food is..

The food was good. The wait for our food was terrible and our waitress never returned until after it was time to pay . We were literally one out of 5 tables inside and it took over an hour. We watched several people get seated and the waitress didn't even come out and they left. She smelled like a dirty dishrag also. Idk who they hire but dang can they take a bath! We will not return. The hostess was very friendly but she couldn't find our waitress either!

Terrible service. Wanted appetizers, took forever so I just ordered my food. Got a drink and wanted another , but was never asked again if I wanted another. Our table was neglected , they only checked on the party next to us. Never got my water I asked for either. Then the food was like microwave food. Then it came out cold. When my 6 year old mentions to me why didn't they come refill his drink. You know that speaks for itself on the service. I would recommend to never waste your time here. Only person was nice was the lady who sat us down.

Worst On The Border I've ever been too. Wasn't busy and the service ABSOLUTELY SUCKED. Waitress walked past empty drink glasses. 1 plate of food was brought out luke warm and the other was cold. WORST EVER! I will not return to this location

We sat down ordered our drinks and ordered our food and everything was fine and dandy. We got our drinks and appetizers and the drinks were fine, they’re were good but we slammed some flights and didn’t feel a thing so the alcoholic drinks weren’t strong at all, it just tasted like cocktail mix. The appetizers weren’t terrible but we weren’t that much of a fan. Then our food came out. My husbands food wasn’t that bad so he enjoyed most of it and it was hot. Mine on the other hand was not. What I ordered ,no matter where I order it from, I usually enjoy and have no complaints. That was not the case here. The food came out kind of bland and COMPLETELY cold. We told the waitress and sent it back to be fixed. A few minutes went by and she brought back what looked like a completely new plate of food, and it was STILL completely cold just like the first one. When she asked if it was any better we didn’t feel like waiting any longer so we just yeah it was fine.

Went to eat with my boyfriend on Sunday for lunch. Took forever for waiter to attend us. Once we ordered we didn't get our food till 40 minutes later. Food was cold. Restaurant was not even busy. We were hungry, so we ate what we could. For being a "Mexican restaurant" the food was not as expected. The only good thing was the chips and salsa.

Oof. I haven’t had on the border in a long time and back in the day it was great but I won’t be coming here again. We were seated immediately but after we were seated it took a while for a waitress to come and take our drink order and then food also took a while. They weren’t busy either. Once the food came you could just tell it had been sitting under the lamp for a hot minute, everything tasted and looked like it was microwaved, I was hungry so I stomached it, almost got to the end of my meal and there was a hair in it. Stopped eating and immediately asked for check. I’m not confrontational but wish I would have said something. Came home and ended up getting some sort of food poisoning. Avoid.

Decided on September 4th to get my son his birthday dinner there because he likes Mr. beast and that is where his burgers are sold at here. My wife and I ordered food from the OTB side. Our food was ready by the time the order pick up time was scheduled for. However, when we got there the Mr Beast order had just come through so we had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for our food. My wife prefers to have hot food and not have to immediately reheat before eating any at all for the first time. They told us it would be like 10 mins to get the burger and fries out. It was not. When we got home across town my wife's food was completely cold and she could not eat. So I called the manager that was there. He said he would reimburse us for the order. We did all this on September 4th. It is now October 19th and the manager now is never there when I call, even when we are told he will be there at those times. they told us the refund was started but it didn't say if it was finished or anything. Told us to call for the manager that handled after his days off, maybe an extended amount of off days as well. No refund and no communication now. So not very accommodating for their mistakes, their system's mistakes and absolutely no warning to consumers about the Mr. Beast stuff not being sent in until the time it's placed to be picked up for. I don't know what happened to customer service or work place etiquette in today's world but this is not it.

Ok, service was slow!!, the food takes a 1hr to get to the table and was extra dry because they reheat the food, so this time they did bad, and the place was at 10% off capacity!! If I can I will mark the place -☆☆

Unfortunately, our experience fell short from start to finish. From requesting a table to finally asking for our check, the service was noticeably below average. We ordered alcoholic beverages that never arrived, and although the food itself was okay, it sat under the heat lamp too long because our server seemed preoccupied chatting with co-workers. Overall, we left disappointed and don’t plan to return.

Normally love my experience. However I won't be returning due to being lied to about not being able to seat my family. In my opinion the manager is incompetent in not seating people that want to be a customer. Seems stupid to let money walk out the door.

There was nothing wrong with the servers here, but the food was abysmal. I would hesitate to even call it Mexican food. White people taco night taste more authentic.

The food was lukewarm but the server was great. I remember when on the border was the place to go and it’s sad to see how far it’s fallen. The best part of our meal was the fresh guac.

They never took our order, my family got tired of waiting because the order was never taken, and the drinks were brought in parts, I do not sincerely recommend it.

I’ve visited this restaurant twice. The first time my soup was served cold but the staff quickly replaced it with a hot delicious one. Great service and food that time. Unfortunately my second visit wasn’t as good. The soup was fine but the Firecracker Jalapeños were undercooked dough remained through the poppers. The Cheesecake Chimneys also didn’t match what was advertised. Even after the staff explained what they were supposed to be the dessert itself was not fried thoroughly and ended up being a heavy cream of blob. This place has a good reputation in Waco and can definitely make great food but lately it feels like the quality and consistency have slipped. Hoping they tighten things up because they clearly can do better.

We decided to go there for dinner, we were very hungry, but I wish we hadn't. Their food was not tasty to say the least. We ordered fish tacos, enchiladas and chicken strips for the kid. It looked like it was yesterday's food. They probably don't change the oil in the fryer, or they use low-quality fish. The taste was bitter. The waitress was friendly and understanding. She apologized for them 5 times. Although they replaced the dish for us and gave us a good discount, but the impression did not change. Apparently good reviews are written by those who work there.I do not recommend this restaurant.

The one star is only for the food. The waitress spilled multiple cokes on me and made me sticky and soaked on my right side. The manager covered the bill. This is the second time I was not happy at this location. The first time was stale old tea that made me and my husband sick and throwing up. I would not recommend going here. The bartender can't make a drink unless on the menu.

Poor service from Amanda. Only ever saw her independently when taking the order, bringing out food, and bringing the check. Guacmole live avocados were so hard she could barely get the skin off. My child's tenders and fries came out cold and hard. My steak fajitas were warm. The pan was hot, most likely the only reason the food was warm. Seemed as though it was sitting for a while. Portions seemed smaller than I remember. Other tables served before us when we were there first. The other blonde server with a braid seemed like a very hard worker, diligent in tending to her customers. Wish we had her for service. Won't be coming back.

This place used to be good. The food tastes so inauthentic now. I mean I knew it wasn't grade A Mexican food but it was a great place to get food. The costs are SOOOO HIGHH now and the food is bland. One person in my party got fajitas which were 25 bucks and they forgot everything that went with it. This used to be a place to go to but I will go elsewhere. Save your money!!

Came in for my daughter's birthday with the family. Not only did we wait 15 minutes standing there until someone acknowledged US and said please wait a few minutes until been sitted but no one acknowledged us when we got there we were standing there I had to speak to one of the waitresses for them to knowledge us which was very unpleasant. After the waitress told us it will be a few more minutes for the simple fact that it was a family of 10 I told her that's fine. Another family came in with 8 total. We waited 23 minutes until been sitted which i understood they where short staff but the lack of acknowledgement and no courtesy that it will be a few minutes made me and my family want to leave. But since it was my daughter's birthday we waited. After sitting down ordering our drinks the waitress said it will be a few more minutes until she came back. Another 17 minutes went by and she took our food order. She had no acknowledgment of us being there did not refill our drinks the entire time we where there or even ask did we need anything. It was my daughter's birthday so I stay calmed for her. The food finally came after been there an hour. No manager in sight just 3 waitresses and the bartender. The other family left.. but what i don't understand is that there where only 2 other families there eating besides us so why the lack of service? We spent over $200 in food even order 3 burrito dinners to go but i will deffinatly not be coming back. Very disappointed with the service here but the fajitas for 2 and burrito dinner was good the other taco dinner and chimichanga dinner plates where cold not sure why either .. very disappointed 😞
