Food was amazing.. Brenda took our order at the counter and was so sweet... u just dont get customer service like that anymore! Highly recommend!!!

Yesterday i went to taco casa as a first time customer. I can say that the tacos there are delicious. not only that there was a lady name Nerissa that was super polite and respectful and gave it a better experience for myself as she was very kind and friendly.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Restaurant and rest rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is delivered in a timely manner, the staff takes the time and patience with each individual customer. My favorite fast food place in Waco.

I usually go through the drive thru and always get the friendliest service. The food is outstanding and I have recommended a lot of people to go check it out!!! Keep up the amazing job!!!

Taco Casa...... Wow what can I say about the except that if you are wanting delicious incredible tasting Mexican food, Taco Casa is a place to go. The service is absolutely the best I've experienced, they provide you with the best food I've had in a while from a fast food taco place. Their portions, I can't say enough good things about them. The portions that you receive are INCREDIBLY! You can buy two super tacos and a burrito and have a burrito left over for dinner. So if you're tired of Taco Bell and getting small portions to go with lackluster service.... Please try a Taco Casa if you haven't gone yet you're going to get everything you want their and more and you will never ever leave hungry. I'm thinking a guy that told me to try Taco Casa, he said he doesn't even go to Taco Bell anymore. This reviewer can tell you you will never go to Taco Bell again. Friendly courteous in Texas size portions. So glad I found them!!!!!!

Best Taco Casa I've had in quite a while! Ate here on a Saturday while in town for a H.S. playoff game. Dined inside at about 2pm on a Saturday. It wasn't crowded but they had plenty of business and I can see why. Food was hot, tasted fresh and made to order. Staff was friendly and professional. I can find no fault with this establishment. I only wish I lived closer to become a regular. Keep up the great work!!

Wela made the best food I have ever had at any TACO CASA location! Hands down, the cheese was fresh and the meat was tasty and juicy, fresh vegetable toppings with the sweetest tea to finish my meal off . Shout out to this location!

The service was outstanding! Everyone was welcoming, friendly and quick to help (take our order, give refills, etc.). My husband and I tried the taco salad, taco, and burritos. The taco salad was good but a little dry. I'm not too fond of salsa; that was the only option for dressing. My husband liked the tacos and thought the burritos were good. They were generous with the shredded cheese on everything. The restaurant was clean and festively decorated for the holidays. It wasn't crowded; only 4-5 tables had customers, and it was nice and quiet.

Check your order. Before you leave the drive thru. I can't eat sour cream; ordered food without sour cream. They blessed me with sour cream. This may slow up the drive thru. Never have I ever went to Hewitt Taco Casa and it was so greasy my taco would fall apart ,,Waco please, get it together people. This is why Waco cannot keep good restaurants.

I went here for lunch today and I have been so sick to my stomach since. I tried calling the store multiple times and nobody would pick up the phone. My partner ended up going over there to talk to the manager on shift and he did not take any sort of accountability or was apologetic in the slightest. Instead, he refused a refund and tried to blame it on something else I ate today and overall gaslighting us (which really pissed me off). Well that was the only thing I’ve eaten today so you do the math. It’s ok you don’t have to believe me because you can bet I will be making phone calls first thing Monday morning.

Asked if they had lemonade and he answered rudely again. Got my pink lemonade and told him to have a good day. He did not reply and immediately turned to talk to 2 co-workers. Only regret I didn't get his name. This was June 7 at 4pm. He looks in his 30s. Black glasses. African American.
