Which Wich?

Good food friendly workers but might have a wait due to being understaffed as of 08-2025 but who is working does trying their best so I couldn't be upset

The only reason I gave atmosphere 3 stars is b3caus3 the chairs are incredibly uncomfortable and do not feel sturdy. I felt like I was sitting in a kindergarteners chair. The food was amazing and the lady who served us was funny and friendly and very helpful explaining the process. And the fries are awesome!!

I tried out this for the first time and can say it's a nice and cozy little spot. Food was good and it's very clean inside. Meatball sandwich was good, the Oreo shake was phenomenal and the chocolate cookie was soft & delicious. The guy was the only one working but cared alot about providing great customer service and was quick to make our order. It felt good to know a worker values the company and quality of the food they provide! Will be back for sure 🙌

Turkey is delicious especially with so many options to pair it with (bacon with coleslaw and 1000 island!). I’ve never been unhappy here, and even the bean patty sandwich is hitter if you want a veggie option.

The restaurant is always clean even though it's attached to gas station! They have the best new Mountain Dew which is delicious. They're pesto sandwiches are always good. The manager is sweet and amazing and the employees I've run into have always been thorough and knowledgeable about what they're doing. The prices are a little high compared to Subway but the quality of the sandwiches are also worth the price. The chicken slices are delicious the roast beef sandwiches are nice and the french fries are delicious! And when you ask for extra olives you get extra olives! The atmosphere is so nice and the customer service is on point! 10 out of 10 would recommend over and over again!

The woman behind the counter was such a gem. Working alone, she was kind, prompt and smiled the whole time. I was taking an order to-go, without my kids in tow, but she still offered coins for the m&m machine. The shakes are always sooooo good and the sandwich is my absolute favorite! Love this place!

Sandwiches are top-notch & you can customize them literally any way you want. Service sucks, as there is always a massive language barrier. Atmosphere? It's in a gas station 🤷‍♂️

We ordered on ASAP and part of the issue was due to the app not having up to date information. However, when we received our orders there were several things missing. We called the store and they said they would have the manager reach out directly to us and we’re very apologetic. When Tasha the GM called me back she was more than professional and wanted to do whatever she could to make things right! She definitely wants to make sure her customers have an experience that will keep them coming back and not one that will turn them away.

Ms. Naya was polite and helpful. The sandwiches met expectations, the facility was clean. No objections, no complaints. I rated 4 of 5 stars because I liked it and was satisfied. It would require ambience or atmosphere to rate 5 of 5 stars. This location shares part of the building with CEFCO, which definitely makes it convenient, but lacking in view or scenery.

I only have one complaint. It was a little on the pricey side but the food was amazing and fresh! The store was clean and the staff were friendly too! I wanna come back in the future some day soon! Otherwise, keep up the good job!

The lady working there was great. I gave a heavy tip. However, she was the only person working there which caused a long wait for food. Even with that I could tell she was doing her best to handle all orders in a timely manner.

The food is actually really good, and its one of my favorite sandwich shops. My rating is due to the lady preparing my sandwiches. It was a simple egg salad in lettuce wrap. She took her sweet time doing anything to my sandwich. I had a limited amount of time for lunch and she took quite a bit of it. I wish the other one in Harker Heights was still open, that was never a problem. Recommend if you're close.

You can tell management does not care about their order or service at all. There is absolutely not reason there should be only one poor man working during lunch. My friends and i all placed online orders to be ready by 12 and none of them were ready on time. It’s currently 12:53 and my sister is still waiting for her order of a milkshake, fries, and a drink. That’s EMBARRASSING and absolutely not the workers fault. I guarantee y’all could hire more people to work here, and if you can’t find the people i can send some your way (if y’all pay more than $7.25 that is). I would assume it was call outs but i’ve never seen more than 2 people working in this store. I genuinely feel bad for anyone that works for this company and I would give it 1 star if i didn’t think that would hurt the people working here.

I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived and called the number on the pick-up sign as it directed. The sign stated that someone would bring the order out, but the girl who answered prompted me to come inside. I don't normally complain in situations like this, but the store was empty aside from the two employees on shift. Where is the service standard? I'm alone with two kids in my car and it's either fight with the employees to convince them to do their job or leave my kids alone in the car, return to the car juggling my food and drinks, to get back into my car to leave? No drink carriers either? Service is half the product. I can get a sandwich anywhere at the same quality, so why should I come back? Food was acceptable, but the employees should be monitored and trained to meet company standards. Pure laziness.

I have always had very bad experience with several locations of a which wich as a delivery driver in Austin Georgetown and Belton. 2 days ago the only employee there to order immediately when I walked in the door I did not have to fill out any silly bag. Today apparently her supervisor was there I did not know how to fill out the bag which had several cancellations on my order so I filled it out with cut this cut that etc.. i was informed that was the wrong way to fill out.. I don't think I should have to know exactly how to do their work when I was the only person in there couldn't they just take my order between two people and fill it out themselves.. I've experienced this before in Georgetown and Austin I would never eat there the only reason I went in there was because as I said I'm going to deliver driver and I had to order this they are very demeaning the whole establishment

I ordered an online order two hours early to be picked up at 12 so I could eat with my friends on their lunch break, I ordered a shake, fries, and a drink cause I’m a pickier eater. I waited over an hour for that order due to their lack of staffing. There’s only ever one person working and that’s bs.

They really just be hiring anybody. The quality of the food is typically a 1 star....unless the manager is working there, then it's a 5 star. If it's not the manager that's there, save your money.

I went in there to eat. There was no pictures of the food they sale. You have to read all sorts of stuff to try and figure out how u want your sandwich made. With bags all over the walls. I'm sorry but it's way to complicated for just getting a sandwich. I didn't fill like reading for 5 minutes. Stupid lay out. I left and went to jack in the box.

$17.50 for a turkey combo and a small bag of chips, took over 25 minutes (and there was nobody in the shop), and wasn't that good. I didn't complain, but I'll never return.

Ordered avocado on my sandwich, took one bite and it tasted wrotten. Looked at my sandwich, and these people had the nerve to put brown/black avocado spread all over my sloppy thrown together sandwich… I wish there was a place for me to upload a picture… Even believe it!!! Completely disgusting and that fact that they even took the time to put it on there blows my mind! I had rather received the sandwich with no avocado, instead of a rotten avocado… Health department needs to definitely take a look at the store as soon as possible! The lack of care and customer service, and just quality of food in general at these places SUCKS! Do yourself a favor and make yourself your OWN sandwich…DISGUSTING

They charged me 18.00 for a sandwich instead offering me the wicked minus the roast beef. Good customer service is always a plus Suggestive selling and helping ur customer is always appreciated. Will never come back Subway at least offers great customer service.

I don't mean this in a bad way but the female who had facial hair. please wear a beard hair net. My sandwich had a long beard hair I could not eat anymore. Nice employee but the hair in food was a no for me.

The worst Which Wich I've been to. The staff doesn't greet you and they are super slow to make a sandwich. To make matters worse, the menu is extremely limited now. They used to have items such as spinach, roasted red peppers, artichokes, mushrooms, etc. but not anymore. It's your standard lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc. They don't even have as many toppings as Subway. The price is more expensive than I would pay at subway for a mediocre sandwich. Not worth it and won't return. Do not recommend this location.

I got a Reuben sandwich, and it was the worst sandwich I ever had taste of like a convenience store sandwich you warm up in the microwave, barely had any meat, no sauce, barely any cheese and barely any sauerkraut. This was not good at all not appetizing will not return to the store.

I have never been to this place before but my husband really wanted an egg salad sandwich. Upon my arrival, I wasn't even sure if anyone was there because no one greeted me and I didn't see any employees. Since I had never been there I really didn't know how it worked. But I saw the bags and made my selections. I had a few questions and waited at the counter...and waited. A guy poked his head around from the back and just looked at me. I asked if he could help me. And so he came over, and he was polite, and explained to me the sandwich sizes. And then he asked if I was paying with a card or cash as their system was down and could only take cash. I don't carry cash. My point is, it would've been appreciated had I been told that as soon as I walked in the door, or even a sign out front. Why even bother answering my questions? I was told I could come back later. No thanks. Customer service is a zero.

Which which took everything off the menu that set them apart. My three fave sandwiches the French Dip, Surf and Turf and the Bahn Mi….. they are no better than subway now. We haven’t been back since they made this change and we have no plans to return.

Staff is always on some type of drug it seems like. They can't comprehend what you want I've literally been there four times and each time something was messed up. They switched my sandwiches up one time and it was a total mess. I live in Moody oh, so I wasn't going to drive back at night. I tried to reach out to them but was told I need to talk to corporate but they wouldn't really care.

Came here to leave a review and saw more negative reviews. I ordered through favor and received a completely different order. Thankfully favor paid for it but I’m still bummed I’m having to eat a different sandwich than what I ordered. Pics of what I received and what I ordered. I used to enjoy coming here on Wednesdays for the wicked Wednesday sammmicch. I actually used to look forward to it. Not lately. Bunch of kids making all of their buddies sandwiches all the whole putting so much horseradish on mine that I couldn't even eat 2 bites. I would love to get my money back but there's not even a place to request a refund. The quality has went down and down over the last year or so and it's just dropped to the lowest it could possibly go. Get rid of the kids and get your customer base back and your profits will return as well.

They asked if I still wanted all the same toppings, I said yes. The sandwich they made had none of the same toppings - only the 3 extra that I'd selected. Service was not good either.

We ordered a sandwich with chicken, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tzatziki sauce on white bread, and I couldn't believe how disappointed I was from this. They completely forgot the tomato, the strips of chicken and cheese were so thin, and there was barely any sauce. The only sauce on it was on the edges for the illusion of it having sauce and it wasn't even the right sauce. My mom said she was too hungry to care but I could see the disappointment in her eyes. Safe to say we won't be eating here again.
