The food was good and fresh. The cashier on front counter was friendly but somber. I also went to drive thru and the cashier there was friendly and energetic. The lobby was empty but clean.

I’ve always had good experiences with this Arby’s in the past, but the Greek Gyro I ordered had bread that was hard as cardboard. Pretty much ruined the Gyro for me. The folks that work there are always super nice though which is why they get three stars. I was not able to return to the restaurant since I was down the road when I discovered it.

I ordered 2 for 6.99 crispy fish and crinkle fries. What I got was 2 for 6.99 beef and cheddar sandwiches with no cheese. I told the manager and he wanted to give me a free desert, but I refused. I ate the evidence lol.

Ok everyone loves a good "tea" session, but the tall lady that opened up with the older short lady was so loud in her disapproval of recent events involving looking at the camera and ppl not showing up bc of issues. I could hear all the ppl clearly and they were in the back. They were talking abt some employee named Adele and the schedule mngr. Something abt stealing. btwn the loud messy business and the cussing my breakfast was less desirable. Plus the croissant, 4 it being morning, was stale. I didn't eat it. I nvr sit inside. Kinda wish i had gotten it to go. Just a lot of unprofessional behavior b4 0715.

Stopped for the mint shake and was disappointed that they had neither the chocolate syrup nor Andes mint crumbles that make it so delicious. When I asked the employee why these items were missing she said "Uh, we're out of them..." so I suggested that she should mention that to customers when they order. This concept left her flummoxed and she stood there blinking at me and seemingly unable to see how a customer would be disappointed by a lack of key ingredients.

They were out of almost everything. Basically, you could get a beef & cheddar.

Why do I have to wait for 2 regular roast beef sandwiches...than pull back around again to get sauce. Isn't roast beef like thier thing? Was excited to an Arby's on my way home but will not be coming back again.

Ordered $50 worth of food. Asked for Arby's sauce got horsey sauce. Ordered a French dip and Swiss, got no adjus. Usually they dont even have roast beef. And the number? Nobody answers it. Waste of time and money. Stay clear

This place need to be closed or needs to hire New management. I got a GIRO meal through drive thru and once I got to the destination I was going (15 minutes away) I took a bite of the food and the meat they put on it tasted nasty and it seems like it was rotten. Just the place it self looks very low maintenance and disgusting.

Had to edit my review: avoid this place they literally take your money, to add bacon it cost $3 here but elsewhere and online it is sold for $1.25 to add to any of their sandwiches, they don’t care even had the girl say “it’s what came up” do not get swindled here, 2 times now and other problems, my food last time was smooshed before I got out the door, they took more than $7 from me for just 4 sandwiches with 2 strips of bacon 🤷‍♂️ Great place and has improved a lot, still dead as hell but they take care of you. I have not visited an Arby’s in YEARS!!! Well traveling back home, we stopped for gas and I decided to try them. I ordered my food and payed for a large drink. The guy gives me a medium cup. I ask for a large cup and he REFUSED to give me one. I told him he gave me a medium cup and showed him the difference in lid sizes. He still refused! Never again! Do better Arby’s!

I wanted to try the new king Hawaiian brisket sandwich it was nothing like advertised. It was dry and looked old. The onion rings were over done and gross including the onions on top of the sandwich. My dogs would not even eat the sandwich.
