Not sure why this T4 is only rated a 3.9. We've tried a lot of boba in the area, many of which are excellent, but T4 is our favorite. So far we have only had the pearl milk tea, but we come back whenever we can for it. Even at 100% sweet it isn't nearly as sweet as at other places, so it is more refreshing and light. I get 50% sweet and you can really taste the floral notes to the tea that they use. Fantastic both with whole milk and soy milk. Online ordering is easy and we have never waited very long. Worth a stop for a good drink!

I love their Jasmine Milk Tea Boba (50% sweet) and Basil Popcorn Chicken with the Thai Chili Sauce. Sooo good!! I have been here at least 7-8 times. The last couple times I visited though, the people who took my order were very unpleasant. No smiling and seemed like they were very very unhappy to be there that day. Smile gentleman and ladies, life is good. Attitude is key.

Bubble tea is in my blood because I was born and raised in Taiwan. I also go to Taiwan every year to be able to learn and drink the latest bubble tea trend. Honestly, I never heard of T4 so I don't know where it came from in Taiwan. I was here twice already during their special promotions. The drink menu is pretty standard and they have a good selections of Taiwanese snacks and quick food. The workers here are mostly young kids making hard earned money so I could cut them some slacks for their slowness. At least they were working hard instead of slacking off. I did witness some mistakes being made on people's drinks but it was almost unavoidable given it just opened and these people were new to their jobs. Quality wise, I was satisfied with my drinks and the snacks were a total surprise. They actually tasted really good. We got the fried squids, fried popcorn chicken and baked egg cakes. I would certainly come back again and hopefully their service has improved with minimum errors and wait time.

In general, I like T4. They have a wide selection of drinks, you can customize sweetness and ice, and there's a pretty good food menu too. The food always takes longer than the drinks, but that's due to the prep work. Today, I had a strange anomaly of an experience. There was a young man working at the register, and my interaction with him was disappointing. He was doing his best to be attentive and meticulous, yet came off as stressed. He mumbled when speaking, which made it difficult to hear him. When I noticed my drink order came out wrong on the receipt, he fixed it right away. When I saw that the drinks came in the wrong size, his response was, "I repeated back to you the order; I guess you didn't hear me." Then, one of our food orders was forgotten, and when my husband asked about it, he said, "Did you order fried tofu?" Again, we showed our receipt and had our order fixed (although, I have to say, there was far much less tofu in my order than usual). Here's the deal: I am fine with the fact that there was a miscommunication. I thought I heard him correctly, but I didn't, so that was a lesson for me. What I don't appreciate is this man's passive aggressive approach to handling the situation, especially when there were several errors in the order. It makes for a sour customer service experience. It's not enough to drive me away; I'll just have to watch out for him next time.

T4 here was mostly what I expected when visiting this chain. I ordered the popcorn chicken and a large taro milk tea. When I received my order, everything was right and tasted great. I did try to spice up my popcorn chicken but they do not have chili powder for the popcorn chicken. I understand that you should tailor to the demographics but you should not sacrifice what makes you unique. For that reason I give 3 stars.

Nice Boba tea pitstop T4 franchise in the heart of Walnut Creek, next to Heather Farm Park. Quick in and out with your desired drink of choice. Can’t even control the sugar level of it. Surprisingly this please also serves some food, as we’ve discovered by looking at the menu. Will definitely give it a try with some fried tofu next time we are in. Overall Grass Jelly Fresh Milk drink was a bit flat in flavor with no sugar, as requested. Milk sure tasted like a powder one. Will definitely give this place I have one more try. Some recommendation will be highly appreciated prior purchasing.

The seafood ramen was the absolutely worst ramen I have ever had in my life. The picture shows prawns. When it came out, it was small rock shrimps. The soup was this gelatinous liquid. Avoid ordering this at all cost. The staff that worked there were pleasant though.

Ordered smoothie but it’s not really smoothie. They just put some natural flavors with ice, ridiculous. Kiosk also charged tip without knowing, found out from paper receipts. Not good overall.

Somehow had a bad enough experience to write this review which I never do. I waited a full 30 minutes for my order and when they started to call numbers way after mine I politely asked the cashier when it would be ready. They then told me that my order had somehow been lost. To make it worse I paid to add 2x boba which makes my drink significantly more expensive and after 40 minutes of waiting they hand me a drink with no boba just to tell me they ran out a while ago. On no planet would I have ordered this drink without boba and I still had to pay for the extra boba??? Why is that okay. Truly a terrible experience.

I gave it a one star cause there is no zero. I order the black tea with salted cheese. They gave me that in a sealed cup. Technically, I need the lip like happy lemon, then I can drink it with both of the tea and the cheese. The staff told me to drink it with a straw. That is ridiculous. They expect me to keep pulling me straw up and down to drink my tea in that funny way. Then I ask them to put it on the hot drink cup. I am not ok with I order the large size then they give me the medium size without apologizing. Also, the staff gave me a very bad attitude on I explained to them I need a lid. Also, the young man who remake my order, just put my tea in my table without any heads-up. I mean you can put it in the counter then I pick it up. I am totally scared by him. That is very rude and the attitude is so bad. I guess the young man may be the owner. He almost rolled his eyeball in front of me. Very bad experience.

I really like this place! But one day that I went there this cashier named Jenny was very rude. She is rushing customers and when we checked if our snacks is ready. She gave a rude respond. I hope she will changed her attitude because she will ruined this great place. I also ordered a fried flour bun with condensed milk and there is salt and pepper on it. Not sure if they did that on purpose. I was in hurry to come back and returned it. Fix your workers attitude and your service.

I've always loved T4 and considered it my favorite boba shop in the area. However, after today, I’m reconsidering my visits. We had a stamp card and simply asked for a stamp. The staff informed us that they couldn’t issue one because we ordered through the self-order machine and not directly from her. Her response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service over a stamp.

He just said “oh i just put everything in a plastic bag because it’s a lot of order”. I said i ordered ramen, how will i be able to eat it on a tall plastic container. “He said we also serve like that even dine in”. But as advertised in the photos and in the menu, it comes on a bowl. How could someone eat a $16.95 ramen in a tall plastic container. It is not fair and also staff didn’t apologize.

We did review their catering policy and we cannot order catering through Door Dash, also catering is for 20+ guests and we had 17. Maybe get your facts straight before you put your loyal customers on blast. Looks like we will be finding a new place to Door Dash from.
