This is my favorite Dominos. Always on time and usually early. The crispy crust and hand tossed pizzas I normally order are baked perfectly. I really like the service. The drivers are great too. I had one get lost and still make it early. And the pizza is always hot and fresh.

Ordered late night pizza and chicken using the $5.99 deals. Food was ready within 15 minutes. Wished the toppings were more eventually spread since some slices didn't have much and others were packed.

My "go-to" place for carryout pizza since it is so close to home and they are open super late! They open till 1am on fridays and saturdays.. and till 12 midnight for the other days. I've been ordering my pizzas online everytime. 15 mins later, they would always have the pizza hot and ready. Carryout deal for a large 3 topping pizza is only $7.99! The artisan pizzas at $7.99 is quite yummy as well! BOO! No more crushed pepper flakes or parmesan cheese packets for your pizza!

Missed the perfect score on this visit.

It was a bit of a wait but satisfied my cravings! Their jalapeño chicken bites were spicier than I originally thought.

I did order extreme mushrooms as one of my toppings, but it was missing on my pizza. It’s really a bad experience.

Very upset with the cashier and my online order. Cashier showed no sign to cater to customer. I had online e-mail confirmation of the order and showed how much my order was. Cashier told me a different amount that I owed, Had told him that I thought it was a specific amount since I had ordered online. Told me I was wrong and their computer shows a different amount. Did not like the gentlemen's attitude. Plus this store (not sure if its the same with other Dominos) does not offer cheese/pepper packets. I know they use to have them when I order through them. First time experiencing bad customer service.

Lady working Sunday morning Looked at me like I stole her money We walked in with my wife no 1 came to the front to help us atleast 4 minutes I could have made my own pizza no 1 would know if u don't like your job its not the customers fault I work also and not everyday is a great 1 but I don't let my patients feel it .....

I've been calling you guys for about an hour straight and none had the courtesy to pick up the phone?! Your customer service has been satisfactory up to this point. I understand that you guys may be understaffed and you guy are busy but not one employee can at least be courteous enough to pick up the phone and place the customer on hold?

Super slow app also messed up the timing by 20 minutes. Arrived on time for pickup, according to app and was told another 20-30 minutes.

I used the app, paid in advance, app said "pie pass", and then I was told to wait seven minutes. I watched everyone come and go, while I was waiting.

This is my first time ordering at this particular and it will more than likely, my last. I placed my order online and received a text to pick up. I arrive at the place and noticed a sign at the door stating that only 1 person is allowed at the lobby, yet there are 2 separate customers at the counter. As one of the customers was done paying for their order, I was told by someone behind the counter that I would need to wait outside. I replied that one of the customers is already done & the next cashier could do my transaction. I was still asked to wait outside. I did so and I noticed that as I stepped out the door one of the workers (not the one who asked me to get out, but he was actually one of the cashiers) was laughing. Is it really necessary to laugh at a paying customer because they were repeatedly told to get out?? When I was finally asked to come in, I was helped by a girl whom I gave my order number to. She couldn't find it easily enough so I waited awhile. When she finally returned, I had my money in hand. She look at it and said, "Oh you're paying by cash. Your total is $27.33." I handed her $27.50 and received change back. I proceeded to check my order to make sure it's right. She flagged another person, whom I can only guess is the supervisor and she pointed at her screen, indicating that something isn't right. He told her that I needed to pay. Before I could reply, the girl told him that I did pay and she even gave me my change. He looked back at the screen and tells me that "No, you need to pay!" I already had my order in hand and was ready to leave. Once again, the girl had to tell him that I already paid and I even repeated that same thing: I paid already, I received my change. Basically, the transaction is complete. I asked, if I am fine to go. I owe nothing (at this point, I'm thinking this place is the one who OWES me for providing terrible customer service and giving me reason to write this less-than-stellar review about them!). The girl turns to me and tells me that I'm fine to go, so I left. In the meantime, the guy who told me that I needed to pay for an order I already did, continued to look at the screen and pressing whatever buttons on it. This isn't the usual Dominos I go to and wow, am I sorry that I did! Now that I know that this plaza also has Papa John's, I'll go to them instead. If you like your pizza with a heaping side of awfulness, go here.

I've been coming here for a while my son won't eat any other pizza. It's usually good service here but when I came here this last time this little boy just gave me so much attitude because I didn't order pizza at full price and decided to use the app. Este nino then begins to talk smack to me to his little co worker in Spanish about me. Seriously why is domino's hiring 12 year olds who should be enjoying childhood instead of picking up bad habits from their managers? Oh and someone called asking to speak to the manager and the manager told the little boy to tell the person on the phone that the manager doesn't come till 2:00 in Spanish. I'll probably change my review when the service changes.

I've had it with this store. THE WORST out of the 3 closest Dominos from me. The workers are incompetent, no attention to detail, slow, and rude. I really didn't want to place an order from here anymore but since the location in Colima is closed due to renovation i was forced to. This store makes the greasiest of Dominos pizza compared to other locations. They never cut the pizza the way you like it (inattention to detail) I'd request for square cut and well done but would always get a standard pie cut and normal bake. Ordered for curbside pickup and have had to come and pick it up inside multiple times and they say the pizza is still in the oven and wait 5-10 minutes after the fact it says its ready for pickup. NEVER EVER again will order from this store.

This store is hurting for toppings. Ordered a handful of times already and pizzas always over sauced, little to no cheese and toppings. Drive over to the hacienda heights location they'll take care of you. Also there's a minor working the register for some reason.

I have given this Domino location 3 chances to improve on my online orders... Its time to give another Franchise business. For the 3rd time, my tracker said my order was ready, but I ended up waiting 20+minutes! It ended up being that noone care to check my order and I was just sitting around waiting for someone to grab it, as it was completed. These are very basic skills, maybe the people they hire needs to be replaced. I'm a online savvy kind of guy that does majority of my personal business from the phone and computer. This was a total failure, no offer of credit, no offer of making things better, just a simple "woops, sorry about that." If this location is to remain profitable, it best improve or everyone including the owner of this branch would lose all there jobs. I have no problem telling everyone around the area to avoid this Dominos location. People, Avoid this Location, it has bad service, dried out food= business won't last long...

Today I had ordered a pizza and it never arrived. 6 hours later I get a call saying my pizza was ready? To be honest my pizza delivery guy probably ate it and drove off.

DANGEROUS Domino's APP says NO CONTACT delivery and NO CONTACT payment, and what do we get? A Domino's guy repeatedly ringing door bell for a signature and in person delivery..... APP lies. Contacted Domino's customer service who absolutely blew me off. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH WITH THIS DOMINO'S. Disgusting conduct.

Place an order of pasta the employee said 15 minutes after waiting 30 minutes at the lobby, I stood up to ask for my order and they said, sorry we are prepairing it now. Worst service ever I will never order in this place ever again.

I'm a gambler by heart, and I bet money by soul. When I saw This place, I wanted to gamble soooo bad. Because of this place, I went to gamble at a Casino. And I lost all my money. All this, because I got influenced by Domino's Pizza🤬.

missed my sausage on my pizza . Liz said she made that pizza and swore she put it on there.. they told me that the manager would call me back never got a call back. Go online if you have any issues . I ordered a 4 topping, they wanted to recompensate with a 1 topping. when online you can get recompensated with a two topping

Javier is the manager and he started yelling at me "I no makee bad pizza." He was extremely rude! I would take your money elsewhere because this pizza place is absolutely horrible and Javier has made it horrible

Someone at this location tried to scam me and use my card information. As a precaution I cancelled my card right away when I realized what happened. When I called the store back they said nobody had called me. Very suspicious

I'm pretty shocked by what just happened. I called cause this is the closest domino pizza to me, only being 6 minutes away. I gave them my address and felt profiled because of the city I live in. They said I had to order at another location because they do not deliver to my location. Lol, the other location is 15 minutes away from me. I just wanted pizza. This is one of my favorite locations I've always picked up from. Thanks for nothing.

i placed a mobile order with enough time to be able to arrive and pick up my food. i was about 15 minutes away from this location and with traffic i got there about 25 minutes later. my food was still not prepared and the cashier didn't even apologize for the wait. they just called my name out when it was ready as if they didn't take long to prepare it. the pasta also seemed to be short on ingredients. although the good itself was alright, the speediness really needs some help here

Even they offer me a free drink while waiting, I’m still feel @&@#*%^...moreover, I saw the receipt person came was helping dough making, checking label, using screen when no one coming. However, she didn’t wash hands..not even the pizza guy who wear gloves was pick up phone call then come back to make pizza. I’m done with this pizza...

This is the local dominoes we have been ordering from for the last 6 years but more recently I’ve been noticing as I pick up my order that there’s been a kid in the lobby it doesn’t happen every time I come but this is the third time I see the same little boy and if it’s a workers son that’s just plain irresponsible and just ain’t right. Dominoes should not be allowing their employees to bring a kid, if you don’t have a babysitter just don’t come to work.
