It was okay, everyone was nice. Although our banana split was forgotten about. Still it was very tasty. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay. Fries are good.

They need to keep "toppings area" clean! It was too dirty for a week day(Tuesday) and there was only 1 person and me in the sitting area and 4 employees back there(No excuse) for that area to be that dirty!

Came in for a milkshake after a hot day. Tried two samples and was immediately rushed through that to check out and when I wanted to order a meal was told that we needed to go a different registerer because ice cream and the meal were two separate things. Asked for a meal but wasn't given on, just the chicken tenders. Didn't like the service or felt it was worth the price. The boy at the registerer was very rude.

There was no soap women's restroom. So that makes me think the employees aren't washing their hands. Gross! And please use a paper on the tray when you put the food on it. I'm sure that these trays are not wiped down as there is some nasty leftover ketchup funk on the tray. I'd rather my food not touch that. Brahms is always good food. But this location feels a little dirty. The bathrooms were nasty.

We love braums and the service but lately it’s been slacking. Today has sucked mine and my son fries where horrible, cold, and like what 10..? Just disappointed.

Dec 11th @12:30pm First person at drive thru parking lot was empty and I was excited to eat some braums. Sadly there was no gravy in my chicken dinner and the burger was mad so sloppy mayo was all over the bun. Tellin me to pull up so we can wait on food that was wrong anyways.🤷‍♀️ hope you like that gravy🤦‍♀️

I stopped by this Braum’s off Denton Hwy to order a #13 and a strawberry ice cream. When I got to the speaker, I began placing my order and asked for a Powerade with my meal. The young man taking orders replied, “We don’t have Powerade. Do you even see it on the menu?” His sarcastic tone and response came across as very rude and unnecessary—it left a bad taste in my mouth. I almost defended myself and asked for another option but I felt uneasy to continue ordering. Because of that, I decided to leave and won’t be returning to this location again. I’ve visited this location before and have always had pleasant interactions with the older women who work there, but this experience with the younger male employee was disappointing!!!!

An old lady was on the way to the restroom, the manager yelled at her for leaving her work area, all of the workers were laughing at her because of her broken English. I think the manger needs to wear a hair net over her face in case her mustache hair gets in people's food.

Sadly, this is the second time this has happened. Old vegetables and good thing I saw this or I'll be severely sick and have diarrhea. Very disappointing to experience the old vegetables again. I want to come back and support this location because the people are friendlier and ambiance is newly renovated. But please, make the food health code safe for your customers.

I went through the drive up windows. Asked for the #1 and brought it home. Sat down to eat as I was coming back to sit. I threw all my hamburger up. I sure it was the hamburger 🍔. Please make sure they check the meat. I know no more Braum's on Denton Hwy.🤢👎

Went here tonight to get milk and ice cream after standing in line for about five mins a student employee skipped my husband and I after my husband told her we had not been helped and her reply was “ok” she began to help the gentleman behind us. I said ma’am we have not been helped and she ignored me. And another Employee walked up and asked if we needed help and I told him what had happened and told him he could keep the milk and we would go some where else. Due to the employees skin color and ours I wonder if race wasn’t a factor. Because the gentleman she skipped us to help had the same skin color as her.

I stopped by Thursday night to get food and ice cream. I should have checked everything before driving off because I was given a ‘burger’ without patties. It was literally two buns, pickles and ketchup. I unfortunately didn’t realize this until I got home. All I can do is laugh. I decided to go back but they wouldn’t do anything without a receipt. There was already a long line and I wasn’t gonna argue with the guy. I only come to this location because they keep the carton ice cream selection stocked unlike the one closer to my home.

I was craving a good old fashioned burger. So went to Braums. Haltom City Braums never fails to get the order wrong. Asked for no nuts on ice cream, got nuts, ask for no cheese on burger, got cheese on burger, ask for chocolate shake and get a gross frothy freezer burn drink. Can't ever get a banana split right, forgot the banana. But the thought of a good Braums burger, we took a chance.So disappointed! Our burger was so soggy the bun was smushed and fell apart in my hands and contents fell out on my plate. Must have been sitting under the heat lamp for a while as the foil wrapper was wet as well. I swear half a jar of mayo was on it. And you are never supposed to put the tomato next to the bun. Only thing positive was the fries were good.
