This place used to be good, but lately it's a no. Fries are undercooked and cold. Nuggets fried in old oil that leaves a weird aftertaste. No sauces that you ordered with your nuggets. The chili is still good.

The visit was disappointing. The service was slow. We had to wait a long time for our order. The food was not as expected, and the ingredients were stale. The prices were high, and the quality was poor. We left feeling hungry and dissatisfied. We will not be returning.

I ordered something from here and someone stole my order and i got ZERO REFUND. then i replaced the order at 1:40 am & they still refused to make it because someone got my order after i REPAID FOR IT. THEN HE WAITED TILL CLOSING TIME @ 3 TO SAY SORRY CANT MAKE IT WERE CLOSED .

MY FOOD WAS COLD AND THEY GAVE ME THE WORNG SAUCE. Around 7pm, my food was terrible and I felt like I wasted my money

I ordered a chicken BLT biggie bag and received bread lettuce and a chicken patty. I also asked for 3 minute maid limeade which is a green drink and got cherry.

Night manager, rude as can be. I’m in a semi/ no trailer. I waited my turn “ in line “ and manager refused to take my order, although my semi truck was 10 feet away on other side of curb . Instead of taking order with cash, “only way I’ll serve you is through mobile order” . Well I have cash. And I don’t have the app ..good to know that’s how truckers are treated. I’m a clean cut,professional looking guy , there was no reason to be denied food.

This Wendy’s is by far the worst , horrible service, rude drive thru service .. messed up my whole order and they did not care and laughed and told me next time to speak louder .. how rude.

ubered a salad from Wendy’s and instead got someone else’s order but with my ticket. I’ve tried to call them to them know of the mistake so the other person gets the right food but they won’t answer the phone. unfortunate.

Ordered this through uber eats they did not finish my sandwhich all the way , they put way to much mayo on.. also i did not get any receipt from them. I've been calling and calling and nobody has been answering.

Came to the drive thru tonight around 12 pm and they messed up my order I asked for chicken nuggets and sauce on the side and they gave me saucy nuggets that I didn’t ask for , mind you they forgot my one of fries and the fries they gave me were cold and limp. The girl at the window was so rude and threw my bag at me..

Ordered a blt crispy sandwich, there was no tomato, there was no bacon and it was ice cold. The burger was cold my son wouldn’t eat it as long as the fries. Tried to call the store to see if I can go back down to make it right and no response. Called 6 times no one picked up.

I came here to the drive through around 11:30 at night .. I asked for a 6 piece chicken nuggets and buffalo as my sauce .. I did not ask for whatever this is 🤮. My fries were STALE AND OLD and they didn’t give me my other harder of fries .. the young female at the window with the piercing on her face was very rude and needs to be trained correctly.

Workers weren’t wearing gloves when serving cooked food. The lady doing the fries and nuggets literally stuck her thumb inside the container over and over again before serving people. When I pointed this out the manager seemed annoyed and did not instruct her to put gloves on. However the young mad working the counter (short skinny kid, glasses, didn’t get his name) gladly repackaged new food with gloves and sans the thumb of doom.
