A must try! This location was quick and the staff were friendly. They were actually outside taking orders in person at the drive thru. The good was delicious. The waffle cut fries are so good! Not too oily or salty and I got their house sauce and it was so good that I ended up buying two bottles. Their spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and I would highly recommend it.

Great customer service, so polite. They even remembered my name, long after I had placed my order. Amazing deluxe chicken meal, & the fruit punch was tasty. This was my first trip to Chick-Fill-A by the way.... I'm so not used to this level of customer service, it felt like I walked into a cult gathering...... (a few weeks later) I went back for the nuggets. I didn't like the chick fillet sauce, with the fries or burger, but with the nuggets they were amazing. The Oreo milk-shake was very good, but not as good as the milkshake at Zak's dinner in the byward market area of downtown Ottawa. That said the oreo milk shake is a must try at chick fillet & the nuggets 😋 are amazing... try the sweet spicy sauce... I think that's what it's called. The mac & cheese is not KD mac & cheese, it's Sunday dinner mac & real cheese. I'm kinda glad I don't live near a Chick-Fill-A... because I'd be eating here daily.

The place is very clean. We tried the original Chick-fil-A sandwich, which was delicious but had a small portion. The salad was excellent, and the lemonade was the best part, incredibly refreshing. Overall, a great spot for a meal.

Food was top-notch! Hot and delicious. The service was mediocre. I realize this was during the holidays, but this was my 1st time at this restaurant. I expected a menu, not attitude when I told 'Karma' that I've never seen the menu. Great experience, will recommend. Messy drive through setup.

We traveled to the USA and while there decided to visit Chick-fil-A for the first time. It was incredibly busy with about 20 people in line and over 50 cars at the drive thru. We were thinking it might not be worth the long wait, but they very efficient, so it only took about 15 min for our food to be delivered to our table. My chicken sandwich was perfect being moist inside and just a touch of crispness on the outside. The waffle fries were very tasty. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and the restroom was impeccably clean. Overall, a great experience.

Chick-fil-A delivers consistently fresh food, quick service, and some of the friendliest staff in fast dining. The chicken sandwiches are always hot, crispy, and well-seasoned, and the waffle fries come out perfectly cooked. Even when the drive-thru is busy, the line moves fast thanks to efficient employees and organized systems. The restaurants are clean, family-friendly, and reliable for a quick, quality meal. A dependable choice every time.

It's Chik Fil A. Food's pretty good. However, after driving 5.5 hours and missing two items from drive thru order, one of which was food for my kid, leaves a bitter feeling.

I recently visited my go-to Chick-fil-A after a long, exhausting day, looking forward to treating myself and my pup to a little comfort. I've been a loyal customer for over three years, always ordering a pup cup along with my meal. However, tonight's experience was incredibly disappointing. When I placed my order, I was informed that they do not offer pup cups. This was surprising and frustrating, as it’s something we’ve previously enjoyed during our visits, plus the drive was 25 minutes out of my way. This lack of consistency in their service was a let down. It’s unfortunate because I’ve always appreciated the friendly atmosphere and quick service at this location, but this experience has made me reconsider where to spend my money moving forward. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I went to this location this afternoon and ordered a chicken sandwich gluten free. I specifically asked if the waffle fries were cooked in a separate fryer and I was told yes. I should have never eaten the fries I was given. The were old and stale and had clearly been sitting out and were not fried fresh in the dedicated fryer. I have had dedicated fries from this location multiple times with no issues, they are piping hot and very light in color. Fries from the shared fryer are always darker. Why was I given old regular fries? It was super slow. Needless to say I got horribly glutened. I have been sick since an hour after I ate and will be dealing with this for days. I am Celiac, and this is what happens, because the people who work here did not care enough to simply make fresh fries. I won't be returning for a long long long time. Chik Fil A is the ONLY fast food chain that offers a dedicated fryer to the Celiac community. It's you guys and Chipotle. Thats it, that all we can have, on road trips, whatever. You need to train your staff better, train them to take these things serious. I am so disappointed and angry. If you offer gluten free, you need to stand by that and do it correctly, because when you don't, we get very sick.
