The service was amazing as well as the food!! One employee was exceptionally friendly and professional! Her name was Emily, I didn’t catch her last name but she had blonde hair and her eyes were light like a blue color. She was soooo sweet! She greeted me so kindly as if I were a family member. It honestly was the best service I’ve had in a looong time. 10000/10 will come back to this location because of the wonderful service!

I was hesitant about going to Cains, but my son insisted, so I went. I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was great. The only negative was that they did not carry BBQ sauce. After all, this is Texas.

What can l add, Cane's is ALWAYS good. The food is always hot and fresh. The dipping sauce is the best. If l had a complaint it would be the iced tea is sometimes to sweet, but just add unsweetened problem solved. Well l never get the slaw, but then the only coleslaw law l like is the one l make. Can't go wrong with Cane's.

This location runs like a machine. 3 bussloads of kids were leaving as we ordered, and the staff didn't seem phased at all. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

The Raising Cane's in Waxahachie is a staple. The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly. They have long lines at the drive thru at times, but it always moves at a steady speed. I know the chicken tenders are the star of the show, but that garlic toast is fabulous! Orders are spot on, I haven't had a bad experience yet. Keep it up guys, you're doing everything right!

Raising Cane's is one of my favorite spots, but this was my first time visiting the location at 1600 N US Highway 77 in Waxahachie. I'm happy to report that this store lives up to the brand's reputation. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The food was great, just as delicious as I expected—hot and fresh. My absolute favorite part of this chain is the sauce; it’s one of my all-time favorites and never disappoints. The lady who took my order was just okay, nothing special, but overall it was a pleasant experience. If I find myself in this part of Waxahachie again, I’ll definitely be back for more.

Fantastic chicken fingers. Normally the staff is pretty good, but today, I went through the drive through and the young woman at the food window didn't speak to me. After I parked to eat in my car, I discovered that I have no ketchup for my fries. I'm disappointed. If RC won't hand it out eith each order, then please ask patrons if they'd like it. Also, I realize the young woman at the second window might be having a bad day and be too exhausted to acknowledge clients. The tenders are delicious anyway.

We dined there the first day it opened for business. Lines of cars in the drive thru. Lines of people inside. Only 2 people taking orders. There was enough counter place for another person. We ordered the Perfect Box with lemonade. The fries were fresh and warm. Texas toast was on point. Chicken tenders were moist, hot and good. Cole slaw is a perfect addition to the meal. Not that crazy about the special sauce. Then again, I'm in minority when it come to it. Lemonade was excellent. No free refill. Free refills on other drinks. The price was right. Cane's is still Cane's of course, recipe and chicken has changed in recent years and it's not as great as it used to be. Still a Mid place to eat at, and prices don't help the cause either. Location was clean and staff was friendly.

We ordered two box combos and all 8 peices of chicken had a burnt flavor. It made our kitchen smell. Inedible. We called and the manager offered to replace the orders which is nice but we went through the drive through so very inconvenient that we have to go back.

The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star is because I don't like their chicken. In my opinion, it has no flavor, but their garlic bread and coke are delicious 😋 the test of my family really likes this place so we go often for them. Great service and positive environment.

Was very busy but all empty tables had not been cleaned. Food was screaming hot, well cooked and very well seasoned. Sauce ratio at Canes is really cheap, you should be able to get 2 sauces included without paying for another sauce. But definitely a good place to eat.

It's Canes. It's always a hit or miss, as they've declined a lot in quality over the last few years. Their prices are high and the sauce too small (side note: every location I've been to has never given extra sauce when I've ordered it but been charged for it). I've learned my lesson at other locations to NEVER do curbside and just stick to the drive thru line. This particular location is decent. The line can be quite long, all the way up to close for them but, in my experience thus far, they've kept composure and food accuracy.

I've eaten here before and the meals have been OK. This was an 11PM Sunday meal and the experience wasn't good. The tenders really weren't tender, mostly crunch with not a lot of meat involved. Don't like the toast so I substitute cole slaw, which has been consistently good. The crinkle cut fries are hard to screw up, they did a good job of trying though. Drinks a drink. Atmosphere not bad late at night, I avoid the daytime crowds since it can get very noisy. Service was fine, I'll forgive the lad for dropping some of my change on the floor, it takes two to tango, such is life.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is casual, the food is great. The only complaint I have is their lemonade is garbage. It seems watered down or flavorless; I figured maybe it was just the lemonade so today I ordered a fountain drink. It also tasted watered down and weak. They really need to improve the quality of their drinks in order to round out their meals.

Cold aluminum chairs and booths made for a somewhat unpleasant visit. And calling out the name to an order could have been a bit louder and more than once. Food waits at the counter getting cold quicker while you're waiting for your order to be called out.

The chicken is okay. The fries are not good at all. The sauce is good. The iced tea is terrible. The woman yelling the names for orders was so incredibly loud, many people at tables around us were complaining about it. It was extremely distracting. Standing at the counter ordering while she was screaming names made it very tough as we had to repeat our order since the girl taking it couldn't hear us over the screaming and then the order taker had to repeat eveything to us as well. Seems like they could figure out a better way to do this.

Raising Cane’s has always had great food and service. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food on my most recent visit. The chicken was much smaller than usual and also dry and tough, which is the opposite of what I’ve come to expect from Cane’s. The fries were also small and soggy. Out of all the fast food places, you would think a place that has a very limited menu would get things right. I ordered a gallon of sweet tea and they gave me an unlabeled jug of unsweetened tea. Got here at 12:15 to pick up a big order that was supposed to be ready by 12. I ordered at 10:30. The girl at register was rude and pushed me off and said they was working on order. I spent almost $200 and this was the service I got. Was running so late that I took it a rushed it over to a friends house who just had death in family. Order was wrong. Not enough food was in the order like I had ordered. This was so upsetting and embarrassing that couldn’t even feed the family in need. Called back to restaurant and was put on hold for 10 min and no one ever helped me. Finally got ahold of manager and told him what happened and he didn’t even offer to gave me the missing Items. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow. I have never had an issue with raising canes. I’ve always went to Mansfield location. Will never return to waxahachie.

Why offer curbside if you don’t bring the food out? Then, when you go in and ask they say “oh, I set it there. You just need drinks.” No, I NEED you to bring it out like it says on the receipt. But it’s fine, I’ll carry out my 5 drinks and two bags of food with no drink carrier because you couldn’t be bothered to get one. And why do they NEVER have ice? Seriously, the ice machine is always empty. Save your $65 for 3 meals and 5 drinks and go someplace else. Update: Just left 12/23. Waited 20 minutes for curbside and again, they failed to bring it out. Went inside and the manger just looked at us like we were stupid for expecting our order. She walked back to the kitchen without a word and 5 minutes later came back and dropped the bag on the counter then walked off. Had to call her back to get our drink cups and she pulled out 2 medium cups, set them down and walked off. She was really annoyed when we showed her the receipt and said they were larges. Bright side, they actually had ice. Save your time and your money, just go to chicken express. I called restaurant & a nice guy answered phone, I asked for a manager I heard the manager say “I don’t have time to talk” & was then rudely put on hold without explanation. Reposting my review from 10/04/25 because I still have not received any assistance.! Do not keep telling me to fill out the form (I have at least three times) on the website or to call. I CANNOT call… I physically CANNOT talk on the phone. I will not be able to talk on the phone just because you tell me to. Either offer an accessible accommodation within your main customer service (we’re talking about all raising canes locations after all) or I’ll also be reporting to the ADA. It’s beyond easy to *also* offer written correspondence. Each time I submit a form I state the fact that I cannot talk on the phone. And to not call me or ask me to call please as I cannot talk on phones. And yet constantly I keep getting told to call. It’s incredibly rude to not even read my messages and just keep giving automated responses. I thought raising canes was more advanced in the times than that. Making a whole community feel unwelcome at Raising Canes. I will not be returning to any locations with such a cold lack of response… and the nasty cold food. I don’t usually leave reviews but this time this pissed me off. I waited 20 minutes for a takeout order in front of the spot where the orders are always put. My order was apparently sitting on the counter where the employees put together the orders the entire time. The cashier had left his station 2 times both to talk to other employees. The chicken was much smaller than it used to be and was no where near worth the price this time around. Also, the front counter was a mess. I don’t plan on coming back unless they really get their act together.
