We had several different sushi dishes and the hibachi chicken and shrimp. The sushi was all delicious , before this I wasn't really a fan. Now I can't wait to go back. The service was great as well. They also serve alcohol if you want . I highly recommend this place.

So we made it here based on reviews. The place is kinda dark not so inviting. We were immediately seated, not busy. The sushi was ok, not 100% fresh for what I'm used to. We ordered Weatherford roll, rainbow roll and a third one i don't remember the name. I will say, The rolls are big. We ordered habichi plates (steak & shrimp) too. The filet mignon steak was cooked perfect however the amount they serve you is quite small. Reminded me of a child's plate serving. The veggies were good and cooked just right. Tender with a tad crunch. Very Small portion of rice too. The miso soup appears to be only watered down with no flavor. The salad is covered in ginger dressing which I don't care for. They should ask beforehand perhaps an alternative or no dressing. I didn't eat it but it looked fresh. Something that struck me servers are quite young. One server dropped some plates. They broke and shattered all over the place, there was scattered glass everywhere. She did not appear in a hurry to clean it up. When she did, she cleaned around her area only leaving glass pieces under tables and near our feet. I flagged our server and told her someone is bound to get hurt. She followed thru and clean it up. This really bothered me. So we went to pay, we put down our Amex card , the server says we don't take that. No signage anywhere stating so. What if I didn't have another card? Smh. Poor ways to do this.. So on the bottom of our tab. Recommended tips on the bottom of the sales slip starts at 30%. Ugh no I don't think so. I am good at leaving 20 % always and even 25,% but not doing 30, 35, 40% as they recommend. Sorry! While the server was nice. We had to keep asking for refills of drinks. My guess these young servers are inexperienced. I will say Prices are reasonable but they need to improve. The place needs a good cleaning. Wipe down even booths. Tables, chairs & even walls. We sat in a booth my side was by the wall that had old splattered food stuck on the wall. YUCK! Its evident the servers bus and clean the tables. They need some good training on cleaning and sterilization. They also have a patio area outside for seating. As we walked out i noticed broken beer bottles all over that area. No one sitting out there but broken glass bottles everywhere. Hmmm clean it up.!

My son who has sushi often said the scorpion roll was good however, the beef yakisoba was dissapointing. It was drowned in a heavy butter soy sauce with soggy, thick noodles. I was hoping this would be a good experience. The service was okay, nothing great.

the peeps working there looked like they hated staying opening half of a day, or not payed enough. every person in there for lunch, was rushed out. i got rude service, cuz they all wanted to leave it seemed. it was very strange being there and seeing other customer's reactions being rush-out also for lunch. meat was not good. sub-par. my female lady said the veggies tasted not good...

Food was actually decent but absolutely not worth it for the atmosphere. The place is unacceptably filthy and they acted upset at our presence despite it being 2 hours prior to closing. So much eye rolling and staring from staff the entire time. Another couple left while we were there because they came in and asked the server when they closed and she was very rude to them. Don't give them your money. They don't want it :)

No one in management or service wants to be at this establishment. Entirely unprofessional and this was my first time stepping foot into this place and I didn’t even sit down, we asked if we seat our selves or do we wait to be seated and they just looked at me and didn’t know what was going on. Me and my party actually left and I don’t plan on ever going back. I hope this helps the owner or management to change things for the sake of the lifeline of this business.

Place is super sketchy. It’s dark, half of it is closed. The smell is not appealing. The wait staff acts like you are an inconvenience. I’ll buy my sushi from HEB.

Don't rush customers out the door! Especially while they are still eating!!!! I was thinking about buying more food... but then yall rushed me out the door hence why the server only got a Penny as a Tip...... Due to this I will Not be back!

This is the 3rd time we’ve dined at this establishment. The drinks were not correct, the food was absolutely amazing, but all 3 times we have been double charged for our alcohol and had to bring it to managements attention. All 3 times the waiters have been sincere but the management seems short and dry. The second time we were nearly scammed the male manager was very ugly about closing time. We are the kind of people that love to go out and have no problem spending over 100$ for a dinner date weekly but I’ll tell you to save your money and go to Tokyo that’s 5 minutes away.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this place, and I must say, it was a nightmarish ordeal. The waitstaff at this establishment seemed to have undergone an intensive training program in the art of making diners feel incredibly uncomfortable. From the moment we sat down, they couldn't resist staring at us as if we were extraterrestrial creatures who had just landed. Their unrelenting pointing and whispering added a touch of mystery to the experience, as if we were the subjects of some bizarre experiment. It's safe to say that I've never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before. The sushi might have been decent, but the overwhelming feeling of being the star attraction at a staff meeting outweighed any potential culinary enjoyment. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxed dining experience to steer clear of this place. First time ordering from here. Portions are small, we ordered a soup and it wasn’t even filled half way (it was $3! How much does it cost to make onion water?!), and the “salad” was brown! Never again.

Damaged Goods

OK not sure what this taste like yet but ordered 2 beef fried rice and a soup for $26.00. When my husband brought out 2 little side boxes I was like wow but I still wasn't too put off until I opened the little boxes and they were only half full. Ridiculous... I ordered what I thought especially with price to be meal and after opening the half empty side boxes we have a 26 dollar snack.
