First time here and we caught them at the dinner rush. They all took care of what they needed to do and are working with what they have. If only people remember how to be people again and know they are trying their best!! Thank you guys for serving us and taking care of us!! Keep doing what you're doing people like us really appreciate all that you do!!!💕😁😋
Gavin’s service was awesome. As usual food was tasty and quality was good. They are definitely short staffed. Was there for good 20 mins and everyone was super busy but still managed to deliver fast enough.
My family and I usually have Panda Express twice a month and every time it’s been great. Sometimes the wait is a little long but it’s understandable considering they are usually pretty busy in the evenings and the food is being cooked.
Panda Express is one of our go to places for lunch when we are in Weatherford. My favorite option there is the Sweetfire Chicken Breast hands down, my husband loves the Orange Chicken they have here alot. The wonderful employees here are always so polite and kind when helping us with our order. They have an app that you can build points buy useing to get rewards of food and drinks which is always a plus. Definitely recommend!
Good food, kind staff. The food was well stocked and fresh. Clean dining room. Clean restrooms. We ordered walnut shrimp, sesame chicken, orange chicken and spicy shrimp. Sides included fried rice, chow main, and greens. It all tasted wonderful. The greens included a large portion of broccoli. Soda fountain was working.
I took my kid here and there was a worker there that was bending over backwards to give us a great experience. She cut up the chicken small for him since he’s little and just tried to make everything easier for us! I so appreciate her! THANK YOU!
I love their food. The orange chicken and chow mein are my favorite. They have many delicious flavored meats. The staff is always friendly. I've never had a bad experience at this location.
I’ve always loved Panda Express. I always get half rice and half chow main, orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, and teriyaki chicken. This leaves me with plenty of left overs. Their orange chicken is the best! They do have restrooms here. The service is relatively quick. The staff is friendly. They never mess up my order because I always go inside to order. I haven’t been through the drive thru here. It is more expensive than some fast food restaurants as a 3 entree meal is around $12. The parking lot is small but Walmart is right next door, so you could park in their lot and walk if it’s too busy. This will always be one of my favorite places to eat.
This was my first visit to Panda Express. The employees had smiles on their faces which is so refreshing in the fast food industry, and they seemed eager to help. I told the young man who assisted me that I would certainly be coming back, and I hadn't even tasted the food yet! (It was yummy, by the way!)
Great food, friendly staff, comfortable dining. Highly reccomend
Food and service was good. Shirley was very welcoming. Will visit again for sure !!
Decided to give Panda another try. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised with the order tonight! Ordered 3 , 2 entree plates - honey walnut shrimp, Beijing beef, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, chicken and spring egg rolls, chow main and fried rice. The chow mein and fried rice were phenomenal!! Chow mein noodles were perfect and coupled with cabbage, and fried rice had fried egg, peas, carrots, soy. Both were delicious!! 🤤 All of the food was 10/10 via drive thru. Dude who took our order was very impatient. I felt rushed and as though adding on more food was an irritant.
Very nice employees and appreciated their kindness and fast service.
Anytime you go inside to the eat the employees are super friendly! I always get the orange chicken it's my favorite item on the menu. The resturant is always super clean as soon as someone leaves the table they are wiping them down. Really great for fast and delicious food!
I travel all over tx for work, this location hands down has the best orange chicken! Always the crispiest orange chicken I’ve ever had. 🤌🏽
Food is always awesome. But the sweetest little oriental lady behind the line is probably my favorite. She's always happy and always takes great care of me. I can't remember her name all of the sudden, but she's amazing
Never been until friend took me their.i will be back to try something else good to eat.
This location can do no wrong! Food is always hot and fresh I ordered this at 3pm it was done by 3:15 I waited to get home to eat which is a 25min drive its 4:30pm as I’m typing this and my food is still hot I LOVE IT their communication is perfect. Drive-through speed is great when you come inside you’re always greeted. Did I mention the food is always hot and fresh?👀😆 I’ve been coming here since I was in college and I’ve never had an issue!
I love everything about this panda location. The freshness of the food is incomparable and the staff is great. The biggest shout out to Camila, one of the shift leaders she is the best ever and makes my day everytime I eat there.
I recently visited the Panda Express in Weatherford and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional quality and service. This restaurant easily stands out as the best in town! The ambiance is welcoming and perfectly set for a quick meal or a casual dinner out.The staff here deserves a special mention for their friendly and efficient service, ensuring a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in. The menu, as always, offers a delightful variety of dishes, but it's the freshness and flavor of the food that truly sets this location apart. Each dish was prepared perfectly, bringing out the rich, authentic flavors of Asian cuisine.Whether you're a fan of their classic Orange Chicken or looking to try something new like the Honey Walnut Shrimp, everything tastes fantastic. It's clear that the team at this Panda Express goes above and beyond to maintain high standards and satisfy their customers. For anyone in Weatherford looking for a great meal, I highly recommend stopping by this Panda Express. You won't be disappointed!
This location is really hit or miss. The customer service is iffy, some employees are very helpful and nice, while you can tell others are just ready to leave. The food is usually good, but when I ordered super greens for my side today all I received was broccoli that wasn't even steamed. If they didn't have any super greens ready and they told me I wouldve been perfectly fine changing my side, but they didnt say anything. The broccoli tasted absolutely awful.
Frequent patron. Always good. Portions are sometimes meager but quality is top rate. Services sometimes suffers when they hire new people. Such is the fast food industry. New hires have to be closely monitored. Management seems to work hard.
Definitely better than your average bear. Ordered string bean chicken with steamed white rice. Order was fresh and well made. Service was decent. Will definitely return to this location again when in the area.
About the best in the area. Always busy. Hot and fresh.
Food was fine for fast food. Typical of most Panda franchises. This one was crazy busy. I went in to eat and had to wait for about 10 minutes standing there at the counter. They were having to fill drive through and online orders ahead those dining in. Not what I expected. Understaffed.
I order to go, inside of these places is stuffy. Orange chicken and chicken eg roll with half and half is the way.
Placed a online order. Waited for my food apparently they were having issues with online orders so the manager gave me a family meal redemption coupon. The food is not as good as I remember. The rice was under cooked, the noodles where hard. Idk if panda as a company has changed their cooking methods or if it's just the cook but the food is not as good as I remember. Not just this location but in general. Service is decent. The manager seems to try and thats good.
The Food tasted like it had been sitting out for a While!(which it was) I can Never remember to get Sweet & Sour sauce - and they Never remind me or say anything! Speaking of - the Girl waiting on me - I couldn't hardly Hear - I kept having to ask her what she said! And Finally - it was Too Damn expensive!
I will not be going back to this location for a long time. I was hoping it would be better than the last two times I was here. I wanted the mixed vegetables but they had been there a long time. I got the Shanghi steak should have known not to get it since pan was about empty no mushrooms. Cream cheese ragoons had to be thrown away because they were oily and tasted as they had also been there awhile. If lady waiting on me could have smiled and been a little friendlier it might of helped. Was very good when it first opened. Very disappointed!
Food is good. Quality as in fresh and hot was lacking. I got a plate of food..set it down at a table...went and got a frink...came back to sit down. The food was like warm to cold. The food sitting out should be piping hot and still hot to getting warm when ready to eat. It's probably the 3rd time I've ever ate there and all 3 times were the same experience.
The restaurant was a mess inside glad I got take out. They only had one register open(drive thru). The staff wasn’t particularly friendly. They were out of half their offerings the employee said they could make it fresh. I get it it’s an hour from close but it is a Saturday. The food was good though and I’d say it’s an average overall dining experience.
Arrived before the lunch rush to pick up lunch for an office. What should have been a fast visit ended up taking nearly 25 minutes before my order for 4 entrees were ready. The rush came fast and overtook the team though they tried their best to keep up. Friendly team but just overwhelmed.
Food is always so good here but almost every time I order here without fail my order is made wrong. I always check my box before I leave due to how many times I’ve gotten my order made incorrectly. No matter if it’s slow or busy. Make sure to check your food before you leave. Sincerely a pregnant woman who likes her orders made correctly. Especially, when it’s coming out of my wallet.
I come here often. When someone orders through the drive thru, yall should probably learn to put forks with our meals. Yall wanted $15 an hour but can give me a fork with my $50 order
I don't recommend ordering ahead here because they don't start your order until you ask for it at the counter despite the app telling you it will be ready at a certain time. Also the food quality has gone downhill recently, and make sure you ask for soy sauce or else they won't you give any
The manager wasn’t in the day I was there. I was charged for a dinner plate I didn’t order and never got that plate. Because she wasn’t there I couldn’t get my money back. The child’s plate was all wrong, I asked for chicken and broccoli I got rice and broccoli.
They are usually Okay sometimes, but i went up there about 20 minutes ago and the grilled teriyaki they sold me was Pink. Not well cooked at all. I called the location and all they said was sorry and that was pretty much it. My rice i can tell was old or reheated, but atleast that wont get me sick like Uncooked PINK chicken
Just ordered a bowl of fried rice with sweet fire chicken and this is what I got. The bowl is only half full as you can see. They were out of almost everything and it is only 6:40. Also the guy cooking the chow mein noodles had no gloves on and was using his hands to stir them... nasty!
Every time I go Panda Express I feel like im getting the burnt left overs. The food is always very burnt, cold, and usually I get more rice but with little with little entree. I have to give them 2 stars because they usually have good customer service.
i normally love this panda but lately there drive thru is slow as hell. Spent 5 minutes at the speaker and when i finally said "hello? hellloo?" i got a response. Love there orange chicken but this batch is actually to spicy to eat and it is never like that. Sucks to spend 10 bucks on a box of orange chicken just to not be able to eat it
The service is slow. They tend to always be out if items. Got rid of the sweet and sour sauce for some reason and are using the duck sauce for egg rolls. Duck sauce is nasty!
The food is good, though they can be very stingy with the meat on broccoli and beef dish. But the worst thing is how slow they are. I average 10 minutes every time I sit in the drive through line, most of it spent waiting for someone to take my order (as opposed to other cars taking a long time). Going inside is even longer.
I doordashed a plate and teriyaki chicken. I called the store because DoorDash doesn’t have a spot for sauces…expecting sauces when It got me but I did not have any sauce not even the normal sauce for my teriyaki chicken. My friend and I are disappointed. Especially since we called the store and they told me they would put sauce in the bag.(this is also not the first time this has happened with this location)
I can't stand leaving bad reviews at one of my favorite places to eat. Went in at 8:45 pm to order dinner for whole family. I noticed real quickly that there wasn't anything fresh on the line. Everything looked like it was made at lunch. I asked about the Teriyaki Chicken and was told "no". I guess that means they were out. I then asked about the popular Orange Chicken (there was only 4 or 5 peices left) and the young man behind the counter made a comment about they don't have much left because they were about to close. I asked when they closed and was told 930. So don't go into this location 45 minutes before close and expect anything more than leftovers. This really bums me out.
No vegetables, I go to Panda so I can get something quick that has vegetables and they had no vegetables as a side. Poor management that would allow that to happen. So instead of vegetables I got noodles and fried rice, they were sloppy, the noodles and rice got mixed together. There was food and napkins all over the floor and most of the tables were dirty. No smiles, didn't act like they wanted to be there. I don't know if I caught them on a bad day or this is normal?
I understand why they do this, but don’t put so much lettuce in the chow mein. They’re trying to make the plate fill up faster and use less noodles. I didn’t order lettuce with a side of noodles. Lol please add more carbonation in the drink machine the Dr pepper was awful.
Rice was very unseasoned and dry. Meat was decent. Could have thrown at least 1 soy sauce in the bag to make the rice edible, but nothing except 8 fortune cookies.
We stopped visiting Panda about 3 years ago because the food quality dropped. We went in a few months ago and found it to be pretty good. We have been back 3 times since. The 3rd time was very poor. It was 1:50. The food was stale. We asked to trade something out and the manager rudely denied the request. It was a poor overall experience. Spent 48 min on the phone with customer service to ultimately get a refund. Panda has potential as it is sometimes good. We are not willing to take a chance on the days when it is bad, especially if there is no local recourse.
Employees are good but Food tasted stale. Terrible orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. It was stale. Noodles were super oily. Oil had weird smell. Worst taste of food
I had to go to the hospital! I should have known, but the girl said it was good! I ordered the black pepper Angus steak, it looked dry and burned, and of course small portion (which keep, getting smaller). This was around noon, and was not hungry at dinner time! Anyway! called in to work Monday morning due to a terrible stomach ache! I've had issues with this restaurant before but this time! not good, do better!
Finally went back after a bad experience (terrible portion and service). This time the portions were decent, but the food was lackluster at best. Cream cheese ragoons were bland and had been sitting for awhile. The peppered Angus steak was way over seasoned. Orange chicken and sweet & sour chicken were soggy. Downside is that they literally just brought the orange chicken out. We ate in store. By far the worst food we have had as a family every time.
Ask for orange chicken and grilled teriyaki chicken and didn’t even get my teriyaki chicken at all person at the window was rude and had attitude
When I can buy a whole Chick-fil-A meal for $9 it is absolutely ridiculous that I'm going to spend almost $10 on a small thing of rice and chicken. Panda Express is the McDonald's version of Asian food I should not be spending $10 on rice and a little bit of chicken. This is my first and last time at the store I will not be coming back.
I Critiqued them about dirty hand touching the inside of my bowl or plate and also about $10.00 Proportion of white rice and a little serving of chicken in a bowl, early day’s Food was filling at a fair price and now less food at a higher price…..
not usually the type to leave a negative review but I went through the drive thru and ordered a bowl and was about to order a drink and they cut me off and told me the total and to pull up and I asked if they had diet coke and they said “ok medium diet coke pull up” and i ordered crab rangoons at the window and only one rangoon was fully closed the other two barely had any filling and were open… maybe slow down and let people talk.
I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, what with the virus and everything, but every time we come here I'm disappointed. They're never open at 10:30 like the sign says they're supposed to be. Their fried rice doesn't have much flavor and half the time it's undercooked, and their portions are small. Tonight for example, I got a bowl with fried rice and string bean chicken breast. Got a bowl packed full of rice and what amounted to about four pieces of chicken and a few green beans. So I essentially paid for a bowl for a bowl of flavorless rice. I'm done with Panda unless we happen to be in Gainesville again.
Got takeout for the whole family. Workers were courteous and restaurant appeared to be very clean. However, food was lousy. Rice was barely warm and both the beef and chicken entrees were terrible. Orange chicken was mostly bread and beef was grisly. Ordered spring rolls and they were mushy and not even warm. We threw most of it out.
I know you folks are busy but the lady on the drive-thru today 11/15/24 took our order so fast and did not give us time to double-check and of course, we got home with the wrong order.
If you want good Chinese food and proportions go to Little Panda. Once Panda Express runs out of food they do not make more. And they are very rude about it. They start cleaning and stop making food 1 hour and 20 mins early when they don’t actually close till 10pm. Wont come back here.
Just left panda getting my refund. i ordered orange chicken with chow mein and my fiance got fried rice with his order. both chow mein and the rice were very dry. but gets even better... my orange chicken was undercooked and not fully done.. was very mushy and gross pink in the middle.. Will not be returning i ate a few pieces of orange chicken and i hope the few i ate before we're fully cooked... also very slow in the drive thru. be careful ordering the orange chicken. always check your food. I shouldn't have to worry about my food ever being undercooked.. I'm pregnant and im pretty upset about it.. I hope i don't get sick..
Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and didn't move. I finally just went inside and no one even acknowledged me standing there for a while. Finally someone came over but they were out of EVERYTHING anyway. I travel for a living and this is the worst panda I've experienced.
Line was wrapped around the building and moving SLOW. I ran in to order without a mask, stood next to 2 “door dash employees” without masks. The Panda Express employee stated that in order to take my order I had to wear a mask, yet I stood in the same room for the same length of time as the door dash employees and they weren’t required to wear masks. Makes no sense... consistency in the treatment of all patrons is important.
So we were just swinging through Weatherford for a one month stay at the RV park. And when we went to Walmart to grab some groceries we noticed the long line at Panda. I figured this was because it had to be good, and plenty of people wanted in on the deal. Wrong. This has to be the single slowest Panda I have ever been to. The food was wrong. The definitely skimped on the portions. And I'm not sure my food was cooked all the way. Then I checked the reviews - all of it was there if I only I had read them before going. I'd recommend staying away from this one.
Had bad experiences with this particular location almost every single time I’ve been. This time they forgot part of my order though they didn’t forget to charge me for it. Previous times they’ve gotten my order wrong consistently, last time they screwed up I literally turned right back around after getting home with the wrong order, after arriving with food and receipt in my hand I was told I had to wait till the next day for a manager, otherwise I could buy another order. Service here is a joke It’s fast food, not rocket science
This may be the worst place in town for Chinese takeout. This is my second time to get a Kung Pao chicken bowl that is 95% rice with a few pieces of chicken and vegetables sprinkled sparsely over the top. Of course, it's my fault for going back and giving them another chance. Once again, no soy sauce provided! I have dined in and there is no problem. They just cheat you when they know it's takeout! They should team up with Golden Moon. The last takeout I had from them had lots of chicken and vegetables and no rice!
The beef and broccoli were burned and way to much sauce. The food was almost empty The manager let ppl go on break in the middle of lunch rush, only one person working front counter (food and register) so service was 15 mins in line the store was dirty no tea was made. Over all the food sucked and so did the service. Won't be back. The one in Granbury was way better.
They are really bad about locking the lobby doors during lunch rush and dinner rush. The last 3 times I have been there, they didn't put napkins, silverware, straw, or cookie in the bag. I dash there quite often and customers always complain of no silverware or straws. Update: I AM SO SICK OF BEING IGNORED EVERY TIME I COME IN TO PICK UP A DOORDASH ORDER!!! Why even accept doordash orders if they keep pushing them to the back? I waited 25 mins just to have someone aknowledge me. Then another 10 mins for them to START the order. You literally have to get flat out ugly with them to get them to look at you. The manager on duty Makenna locked the door at 8:39 when they dont close until 9:30. Then they all rolled their eyes when the guy walked around and came in the side door....this was before 9:00....again they don't close until 9:30. Stopped making certain foods well before closing time telling customers "were out" when they look at the cook, she turned around and said "no Im not making that". Like yall still have an hour before closing. Change the hours if yall are going to be that chapped about having to make and serve food past 9:00. Just how the restaraunt business goes. Drives me nuts because they dont have a clue Im picking up a doordash. What if I was the paying customer getting ignored like that? Absolutely ridiculous. Us dashers don't get paid by the hour. I understand it gets busy, but when they purposly don't make any eye contact and walk off numerous times after ringing someone out without asking who you are waiting for, really sends me over the edge. Yall get paid better than any other fast food place in weatherford. There is no reason to provide that kind of service. I hate to say this, but I will keep coming in there and saying whatever I need to say in a loud tone just to get their attention until this changes. Either that or contact doordash and cancel services with them because this place cant seem to accomplish the task in a timely manner.
My order was 2entrees with 1 side....I ordered 2 orange chickens & WHITE STEAMED RICE, & 4 soy sauce. Nobody in front or behind me. I got 2 things with mushrooms & fried rice! I do NOT eat mushrooms or fried rice! I also didn't get any of the egg rolls I ordered! I made 8 attempts to call. They either did NOT answer call, or after leaving 1 message, it was full & NEVER called back! I'm an old Nana with a tight budget on SS alone! Spending $15 for dinner is a splurge & I couldn't even eat ANYTHING! IM NEVER GOING BACK!
We arrived at the restaurant, there was a young man at the counter taking temps and fixing to go plates. He totally ignored us. The young lady at the register said something to him, but not to us. We stood there for over 5 mins without any acknowledgment. So we went down the street to Golden Moon , and will try them. Would not recommend this location.
Asked for a bowl with chow mein and string bean chicken. I literally received 3 tiny pieces of chicken. If you were to put the beans together to form 1 green bean it would have been the equivalent of 4 green beans. The chow mein was so dry I had to cover it in soy sauce. This place has really gone down hill. It makes me sad.
Ordered a plate for here. They started to put in small to go box. I readied for a plate. Was told “it’s the same thing” as she rolled her eyes. Then I asked for extra meat. A different employee huffed at me and said they could only give me 7 pieces. I counted 4 on my plate. Terrible customer service.
Showed up an hour before closing, and sat trapped in the drive-through line for 40 minutes bc they were "understaffed". They have never once had a full menu available, even in the middle of the day. I come here often bc it's the only one for miles around and it's decent tasting food. Very poor management.
Online order but still had to wait in line
I rarely leave bad reviews, will do so today in between trips to the bathroom. Wife called in a to go last night (seems they didn't have half of the menu available) and brought it back to Brock. Hands down the worst Asian food I've ever eaten. Seemed to be all boiled, no flavor, just slimy beef something or another... even the eggrolls sucked. We both stated we probably shouldn't eat it but hated to throw it all out... we are paying the price today. I'll send over a bill for toilet paper. Whoever owns this place should probably go down there and see what the kids are doing in the back as they sure aren't making good Chinese food.
After charging a dine in order, I ordered a take out to take home. My credit card was declined because you're not allowed to use the same credit card for 2 consecutive orders. I only have ONE credit card, accepted all over the world...but here. This is not only foolish, it's stupid, and BAD for business. You've just lost a customer over $7.70!!! Unbelievable!!! I'm sorry, but I can no longer subsidize a business that is run that poorly and makes incompetent business decisions. Now...you can be giving your food away and I won't go there.
Worst Panda Express location you will ever visit and quite possibly one of the worst food establishments you could ever visit. Lobby is never open they never have super greens, apparently they don't even make super greens on Sundays the worker told me. There has been ants in my drink and I usually get served raw rice. Would definitely recommend avoiding this place like the plague.
No real telling if they are actually going to be open or. Sometimes they close more than two hours early. When they are actually “open for business”, the play guess order method. Some days you have to go through the drive thru other days you have to walk in. The level of customer service has fallen off to the point of mediocrity on the best of days. I could look past all this as I do not really expect much more than my order be correct and the location be open during the posted hours. Mix ups with sauces and chopsticks can be let slide. However, if you aren’t going to serve customers during your posted hours please try to find a way to disseminate that information, online perhaps. Otherwise it seems you might as well lock the doors and move on down the road because at this juncture it would appear that everyone at that location and possibly others are paid just a little bit more than they are worth. Thank for your time.
Juan G needs to be fired for he is not the smartest. I sat for 20 minutes while he tried to figure out why my gift card was not working he tells me it’s at $0 with a receipt saying it’s at $0 and then I leave go park and look it up and there’s $25 on it, how can I get it in one try and it take him 10 minutes the first time and 10 minutes when I went back to show him how much was on there. Then him and his little coworker gonna laugh like I’m the problem. Worst service ever. Don’t hire people who can’t even figure out a gift card better than their customers. And above all that he gonna give me my food that was sitting up top and now is cold cause I had to deal with dumbness for 20 minutes, come on people do better.
Made me watch my food sit there 20 mins
The manager sucks at her job. She left me hanging for 15 minutes straight when I was trying to pick up an order. It also took me a whole 20-30 minutes to receive my order, they were handing everyone else’s orders out that got there AFTER me. Never coming here again.
Cold food as soon as you sit down? The lady Lul is not friendly at ALL. If we didn't answer immediately she was pretty loud. Very rushed to order. They were out of almost everything except the spicy items. Slimy chicken and mushrooms. Rushed us to order then left us standing, waiting to pay. Let trays of food sitting there and had to squeeze through customer behind us to even get our trays. If you need condiments, your going wait for that too! I ended up getting to go bowl and took my food home. Leadership has got to be terrible here! Employees look mad or maybe they are just stressed and unhappy 🤷🏼♀️ I won't be returning and will be contacting corporate.
Came here 11/22 and were not given one of our meats on our 2 meat plate. The broccoli on our beef and broccoli was under cooked and hard to chew. Drove 20minutes back bc Ryan a worker there said we could receive a replacement plate when we came back. He then argued with us stating he didn’t say that and could only replace just the missing meat. Inattentive & unaccommodating staff
This location is horrible. They are always out of everything by 8:30pm. They give you more vegetables than meat. I checked my food while still in the drive thru. I had 10 pieces of broccoli and only 2 pieces of beef. The same with the chicken. I had plenty of mushrooms with only a few pieces of chicken. Their steamed white rice is absolutely horrible.
I placed a carry out order on their app at 8:28 PM and arrived approximately ten minutes later to pick up. During that time I had received a text and an app notification that the order was ready. As it turns out the order was only half ready. When the employee confirmed which order I was picking up she said “Oh, the one with the teriyaki chicken? We’re out of that.” and I was advised to pick something else. I asked when they had run out of chicken assuming there was a supply issue of some sort and to my surprise she told me they had teriyaki chicken in stock, but weren’t making any more because it was “too late” and “took too long to make”. I asked when they stopped making teriyaki chicken and was informed that the cutoff was 8:30 PM. Again I placed my order at 8:28 PM and arrived for pick it up prior to 8:40 PM. I did not place my order through a third party app or website. It was placed through their own app. If the app allows the order to be placed and paid for the store and employees should be expected to fill the order especially when their posted business hours suggest they should be open for nearly another hour. I asked for the entire order to be cancelled since I was going to have to drive to another restaurant anyway. I was first advised to cancel the order on the app, but the employee must have been unaware of the app functions because there was no option to cancel - likely because the order had already been marked as “ready” despite half of the order being apparently unavailable. I was then informed that they were unable to cancel the order at the store because their point of sale system was out of receipt paper and that I would have to call customer service tomorrow for a refund. I wonder if there was more paper in the back and it was just too close to closing time to change it out? That seems to be their philosophy. I did call customer service the next day after I googled the phone number. Their complaints area on the website directs you to a web form and does not provide a readily available phone number seemingly discouraging you from speaking to a live person. During the nearly 25 minutes I waited on hold I also completed the web form. Apparently their call center is staffed about as well as their restaurants. Quite simply if a restaurant is no longer preparing food they are not open for business despite what the posted hours may suggest. I am extremely disappointed in this experience from both a customer service and operations standpoint. This is a poorly run business. I would recommend anyone in the area redirect your hard earned dollars to Little Panda. Although the location is likely not as convenient for many, for approximately $1.50 more you will get better food quality, larger portions, and drastically better customer service. I for one will not be returning to Panda Express.
Went through drive-through service very slow got home did not get what I ordered
Didn’t have any selections and was suppose to bring them out after we paid and was sitting for 10 min. We noticed others in line getting their food. I went back up and reminded them finally brought it. Luke warm and the restaurant was filthy as it is most days we had to clean our table. Also no tea just empty containers. Management really doesn’t care nor the corporation. Just try to get a hold of someone in the company that cares. Will not be back.
I love Panda but the Weatherford location never seems to have food. No matter what you order its always a 15 minute wait. I dont understand how you can't keep food.
11/28/25 The manager will lie to your face about being out of “something” and then you can sit down and see them make certain “something” for to go orders. So order online and eat your food there so you have access to the full menu.
this place absolutely sucks. Never get food here they never give you your right order. They take forever to come out and it’s horrible.
Honestly the young lady taking our order was nothing but rude. Had an attitude the whole time while I was trying to order. Food was okay for being “fresh”
I’ve been feeling bad for the past few days so my husband stopped and got me a plate of coconut shrimp with noodles and rice. The rice was dried out and full of very large chunks of eggs. The noodles were extremely dried with a very funky taste. And let’s start by saying the shrimp was nasty and dry and there were two very small pieces of walnuts. The reason I liked Panda Express is because of the walnuts in the shrimp, I can get plain shrimp anywhere. I will not be eating here again. The place has went down hill really bad. Nothing like it used to be. They need better management to stop this nastiness with the serving of the food!!!
We showed up at 730pm. This place was out of food. Lots of empty bowls on the serving line. Everyone sitting in the dining area was waiting for their food. If you wanted orange chicken, you could get food. Otherwise, no luck. I was told that the wait for food was 20 minutes minimum. Give me a break!!! I decided not to eat. My boys opted for orange chicken. There are lots of better places to eat than here.
I put my order in an hour before closing. When I got there to get my food, they were out of almost everything that I’d ordered and refused to make more food despite the fact that they still had about 45 minutes before closing. McKenna, their team lead, was incredibly rude and ended up slamming the drive-through Window without resolving the issue. And apparently I was going to have to wait to get a refund because I chose to use their ‘oh so convenient’ app. Ticked off, I pulled around and saw the things that they had left. They do this during the night shift, where they only have a small selection of food left, and you have to take it or leave it. They don’t care about whether customers head out angry or not. They then just sit on their thumbs for an hour or two. I’m not normally confrontational, or, as they like to call them, a Karen, but at this point they pressed on my buttons. I pull into a parking spot and storm in - only then, after my blood pressure was nice and high, were they happy to put down some fresh food for me. McKenna being nowhere in sight because apparently she didn’t want to do her job anymore. Lazy young people wondering why Older generations are being so ‘mean’ to them. Do your job or you can get lost instead of expecting your customers to. There was no manager on site.
