Really enjoyed the grilled chicken wrap with apple cider vinaigrette

CLOSED on SUNDAY. Food is hot and tasty, prices are somewhat high for fast food and the lines can be long. This location has a kids play area and a decent amount of booth and table seating. Loud inside, the drive through is a double lane where people walk to you to take your order. Bad part is you don’t get to see the menu when you are ordering .

Good for the most part. I like the gluten free options Chick Fil A has, but I wish they could toast up the gluten free bun, but I understand they wrap it in a bag. But for the grilled chicken, with the gluten free bun, it feels like it's just at room temperature, but the fries are hot. Don't know how that comparison works. Chick fil a is the place that, I never have to check my bag to make sure my order is right. Well today was the day, I get home and they gave me a regular sandwich, and not my 🌶️ spicy sandwich. Guess that habit will change going forward :(

I came to pick up a mobile around 4:15pm -4:20pm and there was one car ahead of me , someone was already helping them but there were 2 employees talking on the side while I waited. Horrible. The worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. I've never experienced a Chick-fil-A so slow. There is no reason the drive thru takes almost 15-20mins for breakfast orders.

As much as i love eating chickFilA. I has the worse experience here. I order a drive through grilled chicken nuggets, deluxe sandwich and milkshake. The 1 piece of chicken nuggets i tried was uncooked and extremely chewy. I took it to the counter and thought of getting it replaced. It was the manager who asked my how many piece i ordered. I said 8. He took it inside and came back in a couple minutes. He told me, "i went over each piece and they are perfectly cooked but i am still handing you new order, these are your new nuggets and i gave u fresh once". He literally replied that 3 times. He indirectly accused me of lying about it. No apology nothing. Infact he had an attitude. I went back to my car and there were only 6 pieces and it was the exact same way. Undercook and chewy. The sandwich was overcooked and dry. And the shack cup was leaking.

Breakfast order canceled because I checked in for pick-up at 10:31. Irony is that the lunch sandwich they gave me tasted like it was 4 hours old.

Drive-thru line is horrible. I've been to numerous Chick-fil-A's in this area and none of them are slow like the El Dorado location

I normally have no problems at this location. Absolutely love it. Well, I just left today 12/12/2025 (order time 2:38pm) I ordered the grilled chicken wrap with fries, lemonade and chick-fa-la sauce. The wrap is cut into two. It was pretty good except I had a piece of what looked like maybe chin hair in it. I called the restaurant @2:54pm to let them know and the woman that answered the phone told me I could bring the food back and have it replaced. Unfortunately I’m 24wks pregnant and the sight of the hair made me throw the first half of the sandwich up and I still have the second half. She apologized and asked me for a receipt which her new employee didn’t give. I said I literally just came there, told her my name on the order and said yall even gave me a free ice cream so she know I wasn’t lying. She said she won’t be able to give a refund but could replace it. Highly won’t recommend this place due to this, I should’ve went down the street to jack in box if I would’ve known my experience would’ve sucked like this.

Absolutely horrible… I am a customer for over 9years and I am never buying from this location again. I ordered breakfast burritos via the iphone app for carry on, I arrived about 40min after to pick it up and they told they cancelled the order and throw it away since I didn’t pick up the order within 30min!! No communication at all before they take action!! Never coming to this chick fil a location again.

Normally I have a great experience here. Tonight I went for dinner inside. No one took my order at the register. No one made any contact at all. A team lead, a woman whose first name started with B, came to ring something up at the register in front of me. She made no eye contact and didn’t speak to me before leaving again. I waited a bit more before deciding to leave.

They have changed the chicken at all locations and it is gross. It’s probably highly processed because it doesn’t sit well with me or any one I know. Chick fil a has gone the cheap route with their food.. what a disappointment

2024: That's it... I'm never coming here again. Entire order is completely wrong and NOTHING you can do once you get home. THIS is not a Cobb salad, it's a Market salad! Service and Accuracy of orders has plummeted in the last 2 years and these are only two reviews of many cases this place had failed. The worst part about this WRONG salad order is that the fruit isn't even fresh! Apples are soggy and strawberries are mushy... Who knows how long this chicken has been sitting out. It doesn't even look grilled. The guy taking the order is completely disorganized and only worried about what car is going next instead of focusing on THE ORDER! Ridiculous! --- Update: I decided to trust Chick-fil-A's commitment to foood safety and ate a little over half the salad. Boy do I regret it. The next day I had all the symptoms of food poisoning (stomach cramps, nausea, dizziness). Needless to say I spent a lot time in the restroom. Never, ever, ever again at any location. I hope this gets to management at this location so that they can review their standards on food safety. I can take bad service and a wrong order every now and then, but negligence on food safety is intolerable. 2022: Booo... Ordered grilled nuggets and got fried nuggets instead 😫... Drive thru used to be fast, it is painfully slow now.
