Highly recommend!! If you’re in the area and looking for a Family or Friends Fun dining experience with excellent food. If you’re looking for a great date night. This is a perfect spot. Now if you want to take it to the next level and as they say “Show Boat” for (2) or an excellent Birthday Surprise. For $53.99 it’s a great dish they will remember for a lifetime. The grill side of the restaurant is always great and the service is excellent as well. Pro Tip~ If you have a large family or group call ahead. (Parties 10+) They will accommodate and it will make for an excellent experience for everyone involved.

I have been eating at this restaurant since 2015. The service is always great and timely it doesn’t matter if you are dining in or eating hibachi. If you are looking for a fun place for a party the hibachi cooks put on a great show and will have you laughing so much! The waitress are always, so kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this restaurant! I was really in the mood for sushi but my son wanted hibachi and we lucked up passing by Ichibon because they serve both. I did order sushi as well as the vegetable hibachi, my son had chicken hibachi and my partner had the shrimp and steak hibachi with one California Roll. The sushi pieces were a bit small for the price but good. I have to say the hibachi is the real gold mine! It is so good! Try it, you won't be disappointed. Everyone is really friendly and courteous. Our service was fast and my bill wasn't extreme. We will probably go again for the hibachi and hospitality. Thumbs up!

It was fabulous. There was a 45 min wait so we decided to sit at the bar. Best choice of the night. The dinner bento box was fabulous. You get to watch all of the fun of the hibachi tables but you can order the sushi too! I love the sushi and hibachi steak. So the bar is where I will be sitting from now on. The woman who was the bartender for us was amazing. She was so helpful and nice. It was fabulous, the food was great the people where great. I will 1000% be coming back

Came here for my birthday gathering and was very surprised with everything. Great show and amazing service. I just don't like that they made us wait for my entire party to show up before sitting us! The chefs were good and the servers were very attentive. The food I'm giving 3 stars because it was honestly underwhelming especially given the price and portions for everything! Definitely recommend you to try it at least once if you live in the area!

Ate hibachi at Ichiban for the first time in a really long time. The waitstaff were great. The show was cute and the kids enjoyed, but the food didn't have any flavor (salad was still good). If it were my first time to eat there, I would not go back. We usually eat sushi there when we are in town but I wont do hibachi ever again.

Buyer beware. They added 18% service charge on the bill automatically for a family of 5. Credit card machine they hand you asks for a tip. I ended up tipping 38% of my bill without realizing it (over double the tip on the bill). Service and the chef were good. Not going back.

Visited with family for a holiday lunch. The server was excellent and offered great service, and the food, especially the steak and shrimp combo, was satisfying. If possible, go on a weekday for the lunch special; it’s a much better deal, about $7 cheaper, than the non weekday prices. However, the experience with the chef was uncomfortable. While his technical hibachi skills and tricks were entertaining, he relied on an exaggerated, stereotypical "character" and accent that I found quite offensive as an Asian American family. I had to ask him to stop the antics and speak normally, which made the meal feel tense. I decided to withhold the tip from the chef because of this. The food is decent (we had to take boxed leftovers), but I hope management encourages their chefs to entertain without resorting to outdated and disrespectful caricatures. It really detracted from what should have been a pleasant family lunch.

Anyone who truly enjoys sushi will not enjoy the sushi at this place. The grill experience is cool for people who haven't been there before. They do automatically add tips to large tables.So watch your receipt before you sign it. The\n Kids enjoyed watching the chef. The large blazing fire did scare them and overwhelmed an autistic child.
