It's a gas station connected location. So I feel like it's a quick in and out experience. Even though they have tables and chairs. I would highly recommend to go orders. Because the atmosphere is best suited for to go. Because it is not the type of Tim Hortons to where you want to sit down. But not knocking them. Trying to make you feel like you want to sit down.

He is hard of hearing and it takes him time to get organized yet they are so patient and kind to him and make sure he is getting what he wants. Also, they let us stay in there and talk for as long as we want. Coffee is always made the way I love.

The staff is absolutely delightful at this location..I had a breakfast sandwich there the other day for the first time and in my opinion they beat Dunkin!! I normally get waited on by a girl named Michelle, Sam, or Hannah and they are so delightful!!!

We haven't been able to visit these often because we don't have any near us. But the kids had it for the first time and loved it! The food was delicious and my flavored coffee was so good!

Nice small neighborhood Tim's. Small volume for bakery items since they only keep 3-6 of any baked good items on hand at any moment. Overall good quality and fast service.

They ask that you call ahead if you get more than a dozen donuts which is ridiculous. They don't have a lot of food or donuts made so it takes a while to get your food and they often don't have what I want.

For a restaurant attached to a gas station, it's good! The staff are always really nice and understanding and I wish people would be nicer to them 😅 they can get pretty busy but even then I've never waited an unreasonable amount of time and my food has always been good. It's a fine place to stop in the morning for coffee, donuts, and a sandwich.

They used to be to large patties and they were delicious. Now they're more like fingers and they're just not as good. This is not a reflection on this location, just the restaurant chain in general. The staff here is always friendly and usually move the lines fairly quick.

It was crowded, because it’s small. There were not any parking spaces available without waiting. The people that work there are amazing. They really hustle, and work that fast without making mistakes, and while being very pleasant.

Took forever to get my food/coffee

Typical QSR, service was ok, nothing to get excited about. Unlike others it was in the gas station, so that may have played a role in the average service. Food was decent though!

Coffee was very strong, had to go home and shave my chest. Lol

I don't understand how the hash browns at the location on Elmwood are ALWAYS stale and bordering on cold. I go to outlet TImmy's and they're fine. I'm not looking for haute cuisine, just a hot had brown. Semi warm is fine too.

This location is hit or miss on quality of service. Tasteless breakfast sausage, but the BELT bagel is okay in a pinch. Coffee is...okay.

I was too awkward to ask them to remake it and I fixed it with some extra sugar packets. Either that or they gave me dark roast (I’ve worked a Tim’s i know the mentality). But this was at 7pm and it was dead… At least the chick was nice 🤷

Very bad experience this morning. The service was very poor. Then when I got to work and opened my sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, it was visibly awful looking. The biscuit was undercooked and the sausage was hardly cooked at all. Needless to say, I didn't have breakfast!!

Lots of scoffing, sighing and attitude -- ended up honoring the coupon after talking to a manager but then out of frustration shoved my drink to me and slammed the window shut as I was still (habitually) in the middle of saying "thank you - have a nice day". This location has lost my business. I'm still a big fan of Tim Horton's (why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1) though so I will be calling in a formal complaint to their Corporate office.

When I go there and order bagel and cream cheese, I barely can taste the cream cheese. I asked for a little more (I was inside) and was told it would be extra. I explained there was barely any on it. The response I received was, Well I don't put much on it because cream cheese revolts me". I responded with, "Well, you're not eating it, I am "

I love Time Hortons, but every time I come to this location, they always mess up my order. I know it's a small location, but it's every time unfortunalty. They also do not have any sauce other than cream cheese, so for any of you hot sauce lovers or sauce dippers, the don't carry any of that here. There is a full service Tim Hortons down the road on plank rd.

Ordered a large black coffee and get a small with milk..... allergic to milk. Your chances of an order being right is low. This place needs to be shut down.

Customer service is horrendous at this location and they have yet to get our order right any of the times we've stopped there. There is a complete lack of organization or caring to correct any of the many mistakes they make. After messing up our order 3 times we just said nevermind and they told us to have a good day and not attempt to correct the issue. Will not be returning.

Worst breakfast I have ever gotten...Nothing was right...Biscuit was awful...dry and undercooked...egg was undercooked...asked for assorted tidbits but got all one kind...shorted a hashbrown but the only one we got was so hard you couldn't eat it... Very disappointed in Tim Hortons....Most of my meal went in the trash...

This location has lost my business to Dunkin Donuts. Every time i would go here (before 10AM) they would be out of somthing in my very ordinary order of a #12 meal.

Ran out of cruellar donuts, ran out of bagels, training new hire during busy time in am..cappucino overflowed did not do over so was jipped .POOR MANAGEMENT won't go there again

Placed a mobile order for 2 donuts ahead of time & when I arrived to the store it look me about 15 minutes to even ask about my order because the employee at the register was just talking with a customer. After I found out they just threw out my order receipt because they didn’t have the items I asked for a refund and unfortunately neither of the employees knew how to give a refund. I tried to get a refund through the app and they told me I would have to get a refund from the store that told me they didn’t know how to give a refund. Giving a 1 star review due to losing out on money and not getting my order or a refund

I wanted to get a vanilla iced coffee but they told me they were out so I said okay just make it sweet and when I got the drink it tasted literally like dirt and not sweet at all, instantly got a headache when I took my first sip I had to throw it out. They were out of everything also.

The girl at the drive thru was less than pleasant. She acted as if I was wasting her time, or annoyed I was there. Really? All I was doing was ordering an iced cappuccino and a donut. If she can’t be pleasant, she should find a new job. Happy New Year to you too

Two messed up orders in 2 days. Both times items missing. Mouth breathing, non verbal worker at window with Antifa or Anarchist tattoos and ringed nose. The first time I drove back. Second time I checked before driving off. I assume a woman manager was looking over the mouth breather for a reason. When I said there is no hash brown in this bag and showed them, she said because you ordered a meal plus extra for my wife the computer automatically changed my order. As cars were waiting she said I can get you a hash brown if you want one. I would not have ordered it if I did not want it. By then I was so mad I drove off without it. I got no receipt from Antifa boy. One thing for sure it costs to much. I won't be back for a long time. Hopefully Antifa boy will have moved up in his career maybe in politics or something.
