The waiter was extremely helpful. Carlos was my server. He is very polite and fun.
We ( My family) & I got there after watching a movie at the Fallbrook #7 on Father's Day late night. They took us in with 20 mins left before they closed. The waiter & service was perfect, my kids enjoy this place. So we live on the otherside of the Valley. My wife now would prefer to come here, service & quality of food was worth the drive. Hat's off to management & the customer service we received. As I did my best to reward our server with a above average tip. Keep up the good work.
My mom and I went to the Olive Garden in West Hills to eat last Monday night, the 31st of January and we were the only ones there and usually I don't stay however they were very welcoming, our server was so understanding, knowledgeable kind and made us feel so welcome. The food was awesome and our server whose name I'm not remembering but I hope and I pray he gets credit and kudos for how awesome he was, he made us feel welcome and I truly appreciate and thank him for that.
What AMAZING service from start to finish!! We celebrated my sons bday and Jose the manager was so thoughtful and accomodating. Our server Jacky was amazing always so attentive and friendly and was always available. Hugo was just stellar always making sure our area was clean and visible. Excellent excellent customer service and they made my sons bday so beautiful. Olive Garden you have the best employees!!!! Keep up the great work💯💯💯💯💯💯
Wide variety of Italian selections to chose from! There are also a wide variety of tasty beverages as well. The breadsticks are amazing. They are baked just right with the correct amount of garlic on them. The salad was delicious! The servers were wonderful! They engaged in conversation and were the nicest people. They made the experience the best! I would recommend this place to all my family and friends and I look forward to coming back!
We decided to have dinner at this Olive Garden at the last minute on a Sunday night. To make sure it wouldn't be an issue, I called ahead and gave warning that we would need a table/booth that could accommodate 4 adults and one stroller. My daughter was asleep and I am super paranoid about resting the car seat on an upside-down height chair. They said they would be able to provide seating when we arrived. Everyone was very helpful during our visit. I was able to slide the carseat into the booth and they stored the stroller out of the way of other guests. As a first time father I was very pleased with the service they provided me. I was able to enjoy a nice meal with friends and family. I would recommend this location to others with children. Have no fear my fellow parents! Great food and great beers on tap and in bottles!!
I recently celebrated my birthday there And I would like to say the staff was very professional. Very nice, and they took good care of the whole family. We all had a great time there.
We really enjoyed it. The service was great. Very fast, attentive & accommodating to dietary restrictions. We ordered the endless pasta soup, salad and breadsticks. 🥣🥗🍝🥖🥖They brought out the children's food🍕🥦🥤 first which is very helpful too.
Wife and I split a chicken parmesan, waiter brought it out already separated 👏 Salad was so so, but them Italian donuts aka beignets with berry sauce, Perfect! For being lunch time wasn't as crowded 🤌
Tally was amazing, and really took care of us!!
Service by Jacob was simply put impeccable!! This server went above and beyond. He honestly should be promoted to a higher position as it's clear he understands a restaurant and how to treat customers as if they were guests at their own home. Jacob was the best server I have ever witnessed in my 68 years. Kudos to Olive Garden 🫒 For employing the very best courteous and professional waiter at every turn.
My spouse and I visited the Olive Garden in West Hills on Fallbrook one evening for a quick dinner. My expectations from a standard restaurant chain was not high, but it was quick and easy. But let me tell you, this trip to Olive Garden was like no other. The food was good as usual, but one person made it very special and personal. The manager, Darren Mazyck went absolutely above and beyond with our service and experience that evening. He was very friendly and tentative to all our needs. He assisted us with our dinner choices, and recommended a unique dish that was out of our usual confortable options. At first we were hesitant, but his charisma and demeanor made us feel confident in his ideas. Sure enough, this was by far the best dish we have had from Olive Garden. He made sure the food was hot and cooked to perfection, and followed up with us shortly after to see if we enjoyed his suggested dish. We then spent a few minutes talking about it, and the way he carried himself felt like we were spending time with a friend, rather than a waiter. In conclusion, this trip to Olive Garden broke the norm of what we were used to and from here on, we only want to come back to Fallbrook. The food and his kindness exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much
Really good food every time I come here very consistent I would like to thank Catherine for being a great service provider and hearing what we wanted and made sure we were always serviced well. Also would like to take a minute to thank Darren the manager for being polite kind courteous and checking on us twice he really wanted to make sure our experience was at the best of service and it was. I can tell he has a great crew
The food is great, the menu options are varied enough to offer something for everyone, and the staff is very professional and kind. i give it five stars overall. For LA area, the prices are very reasonable, too.
Haven't been to Olive Garden since I was a kid in a totally different state, and I have to say. Going here again for the first time since then was wonderful. Customer service is great. The food was good. I get the same thing every time I go soup, salad, and bread sticks. I love it They are always friendly.
Great experience at the Olive Garden in the Fallbrook shopping center. was so good. Added the crispy chicken to the alfredo. This was a delicious change from the regular chicken addition. A table visit from the manager just checking to make sure everything was going well. Even drink refills added for us while he spent a little time talking to us. A very enjoyable lunch.
Beyond amazing service from Felipe, he was incredibly attentive and sweet! It was our first time dining there and he gave us amazing recommendations and even tailored them to what we thought we would enjoy
It’s not the first time I go to this specific Olive Garden but the new waiters they have are amazing. I want to give a shout out specifically to Charlie W. He was my waiter today. His professional and charismatic demeanor made my day. Always smiling and very serviceable at his job. He deserves a raise!
I came to this location to meet up with a good friend of mine who moved out of state. I hadn't been to Olive garden in quite sy time. The last time I went with some friends we didn't stay because we thought they were to pricey. Yesterday however I had the all you can eat salad and soup and thought the price was reasonable. I didn't order an dish as I got there an hour later than the rest of the group. The waiter was really sweet and didn't mind waiting on an group of older women. The hostess who greated me at the door was also very nice. From what I seen of the restaurant it was very clean and would visit this location again
I love this place. .Great food. Wonderful people. During this stressful time, this food and the great people here are a comfort. I asked for extra bread sticks for my little boy. They make him happy and feel like things are normal. The nice people provided them with a cheerful note and Happy face on the bag. Made him feel 10 feet tall. Thank you so much! And as always the food was great!
We really enjoyed our visit to the Olive Garden at the Fallbrook location. We planned a surprise dinner for my mother-in-law and the staff at Olive Garden were very kind and supportive in making it a special occasion for us. The food was brought out in a timely manner and was satisfactory. I can't recall having such pleasant waiters. I would definitely recommend eating here and hope that you too have as good an experience.
The food was really very good! We were expecting more "commercial" style but it was just as good as any of the fine dining restaurants we've been to. The price was much more than we expected but again it was worth it. Try the shrimp appetizer and pass on the stuffed rigatoni.
My second time visiting an "Olive Graden" and it was fantastic. The moment my family and I walked in we got greeted and host was smiling. That's a plus. Our server was Jasmine V and she was phenomenal. Anywhere I go, I tend to ask a lot of questions and our server had patience with me in general. [ : Our favorite things to order are "Tour of Italy", "Shrimp&chicken Carbonara", and child gets random things because they like to try different things on menu. Server was constantly checking up on us and made sure we were doing great. Thank you guys!
This location is one of the nicer Olive gardens I've been too. The venue has a romantic Italian setting with dim lighting. The employees are friendly and amazing, the staff is highly attentive. and most importantly the food here is always excellent. This venue is easily 5 stars in my book.
I recently had an exceptional dining experience at Olive Garden. The warm ambiance, attentive service, and culinary masterpieces made the evening memorable. From perfectly cooked pasta to a well-curated wine selection, every detail exceeded expectations. Olive Garden is more than a restaurant; it's a place where passion for food and customer satisfaction shine. Highly recommended for those seeking a remarkable dining experience.
Food and customer service was perfect. Very sweet and helping. They double check for customers (who look young like me 😂) for the drinks. And when leaving the manager open the door for me and my aunt, because we had just went shopping. It was super dope and the music was relaxing. Very peaceful place.
Wow!!!! This location really cares about their customer care. First of all, Billy is probably the best server we ever had. He was so fun, caring, and made the experience amazing. He went out and beyond for us. The manager also checked in on us to make sure we were doing great, which is awesome. The food is delicious as always, but the service was absolutely outstanding. Amazing job❤️ We love you Billy!!!
Amazing place , nice food , healthy food , very good service and nice people work in this restaurant
I was here to have lunch. Food & the service by Jasmine were great. I will visit again!
This was our first time at this Olive Garden location, and it was GREAT!! Our waiter Joaquin was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Gus, was really great, he checked on us frequently to make sure everything was perfect!! The food was delicious!! We will definitely be back.
Absolutely deeeeelicious, fresh food👍. I went for lunch (11A to 3P), had the "Fettucine Gorgonzola and Steak", which was absolutely delectable! Big portion, so I had great, midnight leftovers. My Friend had the the "All-You-Can Eat Soup and Salad", which were both completely fresh and excellent!! It seems as though this (West Hills, CA) location has been beautifully upgraded and is also completely clean, ALL of it👍. I can't wait to go back!!
Got there early for lunch, seated fast. Lots of parking. Charlie was our server and he was really nice. Food was good. Liked the Italian music in the background. Haven't heard that at other olive gardens. Only thing would be to check the mens restaurant baby changing station. Feels like it's about to fall.
The Olive Garden in West Hills, has excellent customer service, but particularly, the Manager, Darren. He went above and beyond, which is unprecedented these days in the restaurant business. I've been at Olive Garden on Fallbrook in West Hills, twice in the past week or so, and this evening, I had an issue with a pickup order (totally unexpected with my vehicle), and Darren provided a solution I didn't anticipate. There's a reason why he is a Manager, and that is due in part, to knowing what makes a customer happy, in addition to knowing what will keep ongoing customers coming to his establishment and also having new customers, by word of mouth. Cheers to Darren! S.M.
My parents asked me to write a review on behalf of them. They absolutely adored their server, Lanesha. They said she was so kind and made their experience so much more enjoyable. Best server they’ve ever encountered.
Mike and Pablo at Olive Garden were absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience special. The Italian food was incredible, so flavorful and delicious, and the prices were fantastic for such quality. I’ve never had service this good at a restaurant before truly one of the best experiences ever felt like i was at a house 😂
Came for the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl promo. The ad mentioned it was $13.99 but the price at this location is $17.99. If you want extra protein (chicken, meatballs, or sausage), it's an extra $5.49. I was a bit disappointed at the kinda bait-and-switch between the ad price vs. actual price but it's still a good deal nonetheless. Our server was very friendly and efficient. Always asked us if we needed anything. Parking can be a bit challenging due to the Walmart across the parking lot.
One of my friends and I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and it was slightly over crispy on the bottom crust, but very delicious 😋 . I had the Ministronie Soup with my dinner and it was excellent. The service was spot on and superb as our table never needed to try to flag anyone to request more of anything. We all enjoyed the atmosphere and it was easy to hear each other to have an enjoyable conversation and visit with one another. The price of the dinner was in line for the good food and great time we experienced. Overall, we all concluded our dinner by agreeing we will definitely be coming back.
We sat at the Bar and received fast and friendly service. All you can eat pasta, salad and bread sticks were all we needed. Fair price, clean place, great food and awesome service. Can't ask for more. Well done.
Usually I comment briefly and to the point. But about this restaurant I want to elaborate a little more. For those impatient to read to the end I want to say right away. RECOMMENDED. Sometimes I travel around the country. And whenever possible I make sure to find Olive Garden and most often take my favorite Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp and Salad there ( with a unique salad dressing) Today I stopped by Olive Garden at 6501 Fallbrook Ave, West Hills, CA 91307 I noticed a new dish on the menu. Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini The picture looks very appetizing. But it says the dish is spicy. I asked the waiter if I could order it but not spicy. She stepped aside to find out in the kitchen. And they made this mushroom sauce dish for me. Oh, my God. It's so delicious! Definitely one more dish is added to my preferred dishes. Thanks to the repeaters for their efforts, thanks to the waiters for their attentiveness to customers, thanks to the organizers of this chain of restaurants for the order in the restaurants and freshness of products. Recommended!
We ordered the 15.99 all you can eat and added the meat which is 100% worth it! We also ordered the tour of italy which they spilt for us free of charge which was awesome! We tool advantage of the free soup, salad, and breadsticks. Our waitress was so attentive and generous. The restaurant was super clean and well kept. Overall great experience !
One of the best family brunches ever! My husband ordered Lasagna, my daughter Shrimp Scampi and me Green Salad, with Chicken and Gnocchi soup on the side. The breadsticks were so good that they seemed to have just been freshly baked! Everything was just perfectly delicious! Our server was friendly, patient, polite and welcoming. The ambiance was cozy and comfortable. Easy 5 for Olive Garden! We will be back!

Olive Garden is the perfect go-to for fast Italian food. Yes its not freshly made pasta, but the consistency of their salad and breadsticks with a pitcher of sangria keeps me coming back. You don't come here for authentic cuisine you come here for delicious fettuccine Alfredo and an affordable time with a bigger group of people.
Good service. One item tasted burnt and was promptly replaced. This caused some duplicates in bill but was again taken care. So no complaints. I had ordered To Go multiple times at this location and the service has always been outstanding. They make sure the bread is warm and fresh, hence they do not pack it early. The parking is a mess though, due to Walmart next door
I don't go to the Olive Garden often . I went there for the salad, it was better than I expected. My friend had the tour of Italy she said it was fabulous! We were offered a free taste of wine that was so good that we added two glasses to our order. The server was excellent!
I guess I'm slow to the Olive Garden experience as today was my first time. I was pleasantly surprised as how good the food was and priced quite fairly. The service was slow but they were busy. I'll go again!
I could have sworn I already did this. At any rate, I wanted to celebrate my birthday eating the stuffed chicken masala. I waited anxiously all week. Unfortunately, it was way too salty for me to eat or enjoy. Thank God for Darren the Manager who understood and took it off the bill. I didn't get my birthday song but overall Darren made it worthwhile. I'd go again but won't ever order the stuffed chicken masala.
The food is good, However the waiter tried to charge us $22.99 for the unlimited pasta. I had her correct it as she lied & said she didn't hear me ask for the unlimited pasta which is advertised as $13.99. i was told at this location its $16.99. So we ordered 3 chicken Alfredo dishes, She stated it doesn't come with protein it's an extra $5.99 Its unlimited pasta only, which was never mentioned during our order, only after we placed our order, ate our meal & once the bill came we were told its an additional $5.99 for protein after I questioned the bill. I asked her doesn't it come with protein, she stated no. I showed her the pic of the menu with the chicken Alfredo, she stated yes it does but we had extra protein after she said it doesn't come with protein. She couldn't keep her lies straight. she then lied & said we had unlimited protein is why it was additional. I stated i never asked for extra we only asked for the unlimited pasta meal & she lied saying she didn't hear me. She only removed $2. I refused to pay that ridiculous price especially after I gave her the specific of our order. She had to get the manager, she walked away from our table & never came back. We sat watching her go back & forth, i then asked for her help she said give me a minute & never said another word to us. The manger tried to recreate a native saying she stated, she didn't understand our order. She lied she stood there taken our order showing us the options on the menu. The Manger was kind & did remove the out Rages over charge & the drinks. Stating next time its extra for the protein. The bill went from $90 to $55.69. Ps: We had asked her for a fresh salad upon leaving she gave us one with dressing on making it soggy, Which at other locations they give you a fresh salad togo without dressing & also we had a few bread sticks left, usually they give you a fresh bag togo, she gave us a bag to put the few in we had. Just Rude! Might I add this was after a good church service. THANK YOU MANAGER AT THE WEST HILLS LOCATION!
We were gathering for a visit with an out of town friend. Table was ready when we arrived and there was no pressure on us to order and leave. Waiter, Roberto was professional but friendly and contributed to the warm feeling we all had with seeing our much missed friend. Definitely would recommend. Food was actually quite good but my gnocchi was too bland and pasty. The soup was good however.
It has been quite some time since I'd eaten in an Olive Garden, due to the Pandemic. Isince LA County eased the shutdown, I needed to visit abd dine. I missed the lunch specials, as I'd arrived at the strange in-between time, but all the better fir social distancing, right? I was hungry, and I'd actually had Pasta Fagual and Chicken Gnocchi. Both came hit and tasty, with the usual breadsticks. My Chicken Parmissan was good - two thinly pounded, breaded chicken breasts on a rather sparse portion of spaghetti with marinara. Spaghetti was a little more cooked than al dente, but still quite refreshing. The chicken was very thin, very dry and very tasty ... dinner portion so there were two of them. Service was great; drinks were refilled, table cleared and server was always around when needed.
I had to ask 3 times for no chicken in the fettuccine Alfredo.
This was my fifth visit to this Olive Garden location and each time it has gotten better and better. Today I tried the Never Ending Pasta Bowl and Grilled Chicken Margherita. Of course I also had Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks to go with it. My choice for the Never Ending Pasta Bowl was the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. My soup of choice was the Minestrone. The food came out hot and tasted delicious. I will say that both of the main entree dishes were slightly over salted. Other than that, everything else was great. The server Gus was excellent, he was patient and friendly. I made sure to let his manager know what a great job he did.
My wife and I stopped by here because my wife wanted to eat their Chicken Alfredo. Since this restrauant is in a big plaza finding parking should be easy. When we walked in we got seated right away but it did take a waiter a while to come to our table to get our drink order. My wife got her Peach raspberry iced tea and I got water. Then she put in her order of the Fettuccine Alfredo but she didn't realize that the dish doesn't come with chicken so she had to ask for the chicken on the side. After we ordered the breadstick came out and this time they only give 4 now instead of 6. My wife food came out fast and she loved it. She didn't finish it so I asked for a box for it and more bread sticks to go if possible. The waiter came back with the box and a empty bag for the breadstick we had left on the table so maybe they don't give you breadstick to go anymore like before so that was disappointing.
Me and my husband looking for Italian restaurant to eat and we found Olive Garden couple minutes from the house we just came to the place we don’t need to do a reservation we come on he sits right away we get the food like 30 minutes less than that The place is quiet it’s clean the services right that I stay home is clean there is a big parking lot and it’s so good it’s comfortable That is like every hour Monday through Friday and the prices surprise me because it’s not expensive at all if The restaurant is busy because this is a big restaurant so we went somewhere anytime before you come in
The servers are nice and friendly. The dish was served fast, and they have the decent price. This is the first time I been here, the pasta is sooo creamy which I like alot. For sure I will come again. It's a nice restaurant for all type of gathering, also fit with big party of friends or family.

Great bread sticks and salad. I ordered spicy marinara on angel hair noodles with shrimp which was okay nothing special. The portions are big enough to share. The bartender was nice she was doing most of the work. We went at about 8:30 PM it wasn't crowded which was great.
It was okay and as expected. High points were that at 2 PM on a Saturday afternoon, there was no wait to be seated. Second, they have $5 drink options(the fruity kind of drinks and wine) and third, most items on the menu are less than $20. Low point, this is no where near the taste of a family owned small Italian restaurant. It will do in a pinch.
Food was not as good as it usually is. The bread sticks have been very bland the last few times I have eaten at several olive gardens around the country. Was there a management change? The service isn’t as good anymore either. Everyone is not as friendly as they used to be. I don’t know what has changed. Still will go to Olive Garden, and lower my expectations for my next visit.
I came here for lunch on a weekday. Our server was very nice and efficient. Although, it took a little bit longer than usual for our food to be cooked, for a moment I thought that they might have forgotten to put our order in. I will probably come back though and give it another shot, they might of just been short staffed in the kitchen this day. As far as food goes, I recommend the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo.
Food was great. They need to work in their CS. I ask a server for an iced blended drink, I was willing to pay extra but her answer was: "It does not come like that". At least she should say, let me find out if the person who makes the drinks can accomodate your request. I ended Not loving my dinner celebration experience and ended getting tap water. They lost the profit for the drink, and I will think twice on going back to that location. By the way, I asked for that same drink before and other servers were able to accomodate. Their tip of course was better.
The manager graciously allowed me to make a reservation for a birthday party. They set up a lovely private area for us. The food was very good. The service not so good. I don't know if they were new or inexperienced. We weren't a huge party, 8 plus a child. Someone in our party had all you can eat soup/salad they paid no attention & we had to ask numerous times for refills. Our drinks were never refilled. More than once someone in our party literally got up & tracked someone down to help us. We brought a cake & ordered coffee, reminded them twice & they were finally brought after everyone finished their cake. We went to this location due to very poor service at another location, unfortunately service doesn't seem to be important to Olive Garden.
We ordered two Chicken & Gnocchi soups, but one bowl had only one gnocchi and the other had only two. We also ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, which was overly salty and the breading lacked crunch. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and my family and I left unsatisfied.
Ordered eggplant Parmesan it was hard to eat had a hard time cutting it with knife. Partner got chicken marsala said it tasted bland not much flavor. Waitress was scarce. Couldn't find her to tell her food was not enjoyable, never came back to ask about drinks, how food was, would we like a Togo box let alone get her name. Wanted to take food Togo saw where other waiters were getting them from so we helped ourselves to the cupboard and got our own. Went up paid our bill and again not asked how our meal was they were busy talking to each other so we figured they don't care so we left won't be back to this place again.
Went with my family to location in Woodland Hills. Arrived at 4:10 p.m to beat the crowds.\nPlenty of open tables, however, hostess indicated we had to wait as they were in between shifts and lunch…
Ordered fettuccini Alfredo to go. Online ordering and curbside delivery was easy. Quick response time after check-in. I could only eat 3 bites of the Alfredo because sauce was just too gritty and buttery. Sorry! Salad was decent, and breadsticks were salty and satisfying (a tad on the dry side).
2nd time eating here,my son always order the same thing create your own pasta, with meat sauce this time instead of the meaty sauce he got 2 huge whole sausages, he asked the waiter if this is was normal he said no but never offer to replace it. He didn't eat it since it was not appealing. Hopefully they will be more careful in the future.
We waited about 15 minutes before our server came to the table, even though her section only had two tables. Throughout the meal, our dishes were never cleared, we didn't receive any refills, and s…
I was asked to move from the bar since it was closed but another person was also sitting there and being served Lunch don’t appreciate this as I eat here multiple times a month
Am really shocked because Olive Garden has never been like this but today I went in with my family and had a disappointing visit. We got sat down and they said they would be right back to take our order of drinks and guess they never came. I pressed the service button and that didn’t work pressed it again and they didn’t come to help. My sister-in-law told a waiter “can u please take are order we have been waiting for a while”and he said “ok” and we waited a little bit longer and no one came. We didn’t get to even order ate drinks and they didn’t even give us bread sticks. We ended up leaving in total we wasted 30-45 min.
The food was extremely salty, cold, and underwhelming. The server was a very nice man, but other than that the rest of the workers were quite cold and unhelpful. I asked the front desk for help and they were chit-chating and didnt even pay attention. The "manager" was nowhere to be found when I needed help and the rest of the employees extremely unhelpful. My family felt sick after eating the food and might have food poisoning. Next time I want food poisoning and mediocre food I'll tell my 9yr old son too cook.
I ate here with my husband and two kids a few days ago which I had the spaghetti as I usually do. I don't know what happened to this place but, that was the worst spaghetti I have ever eaten in my entire life. Very dry, very little meat sauce and big chunks of tomatoe's with a lot of pasta. I complained to the manager to give me more meat sauce because, it was so dry. He took a look at it and even agreed with me.
This restaurant has ANTS and a disgustingly rude manager. The servers were all kind and understanding. I quietly let them know there was a trail of ants on their walls and tables hoping they can fix this issue and I wouldn’t need to cause a scene. But the manager who came was extremely rude. She approached us with no introduction and asked what the problem is. I showed her the ants on their walls and explained it was on my plate and her response was “ok well I gave you a discount” and walked away. I still paid for all the food with a “discount” even though it was inedible. No apologies, no customer service at all. They’re probably used to this complaint. Get rid of your ants before you face a lawsuit and please learn some customer service.
My family and i went a couple days ago the waiter was very friendly. The food was good. We left shortly after everyone was feeling sick to their stomach and running to the restroom. I called manger Ken told him what happened and what soups we eat. He only offered to remove the soups not to replace the meals. 60.00 dollars later. Great customer service Ken!
Horrible service and experience. The waiter, Chris, did not seem to want to attend to our table; however, I did notice he was being attentive to another table in the area. We ordered the endless pasta. Same waiter brought the sides but a different one brought out the entrees, this was a little odd considering it did not happen to anyone else while we were there. Once the food arrived we were pretty much left on our own for over 30 minutes and no one checked up on us. We did not get a refill on any drinks, did not get more sides or another plate of pasta. Essentially I paid $17 for a plate of alfredo.
I used to like this place. Came here with my family, and they ignored us for 25 minutes. We tried to order a drink, and no one helped us they didn't even bring bread sticks. We couldn't even get a glass of water. The people in front and behind us came after us and got their orders taken. We asked them for help since it had been so long and they never came. I even pressed the service button, and it was on for a long time. I pressed it twice and had no help. I don't want to be that person, but it almost felt like they were being racist. I hardly leave reviews, but I had never been treated this way.
We all know that Olive Garden is one of the best Italian franchise restaurants. But this specific one is one of the worse restaurants that you may go. Very bad service, very rude and passive aggressive servants, you have to ask two or three times for something and then your servant stops coming to your table and someone else comes and you need to ask again and again. I ordered a cocktail and also asked for a glass of tab water but they refused to bring after maybe 5-6 times asking. But they always have free table probably because people prefer to drive few miles far but not going there. The food quality was good like Olive Garden brand. It is a big plaza and parking was easy to find the time that we where there.
Service was absolutely horrible. Went in today got seated and waited around for 20 mins for someone to take our drink order and no one came. I flagged down a sever and asked if he could locate our server because we had been waiting. We waited an additional 15 minutes and no one came. We spent 35 minutes total waiting for someone to take our drink and meal order. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I would understand somewhat if it was really busy but it was not. My family and I decided to leave due to the terrible service . I notified the front desk where several employees were gathered and they just apologized. I wasted nearly 40 minutes waiting for service.
Went here at 5pm before any sort of rush! The bartender took about 10 min to make my mom’s drink and had to be reminded to make it! I asked for angel hair instead of spaghetti and still got spaghetti! The chicken was so dry! The piece my mom got was alright but mine was so dry and rubbery! Being someone who works in customer service, it pains me when I don’t receive the service I’d want to give my own customers!
Man. Where can I start?... At first, no silverware set up on my table, then the waitress handed me a very dirty spoon from previous use, after that I had to step away from my table for napkins (waitress would check on the table behind but not me).. Manager was called, I told him how uncomfortable and ackward the situation was, I told him I was considering going home to avoid the ackwardness, guess what I was told!!! " Well, you could do whatever you'd like sir" I told him " I'm not trying to be rude, I'm not the person that lets all the frustration on anybody either, but serious? That's all you have to say? I could go home if I want to? Wow!" I told him how worse my situation was turning after he said that to me, I didn't take personal but I just want to put it out there in case any of you guys encounter this manager, don't expect anything from him, in my own opinion he shouldn't even be a manager... If he's not the to assist people or improve your experience, then what's he there for??????
We come to spend a pleasant time with the family because today is my husband's birthday and he loves the food here but we get the worst humiliation these ladies mistreated my son just because he cried the manager talked to them and they got angry they were very rude with my family and olive garden will no longer be a place to go with my family
Horrible experience. I took my senior mother to go eat with me and after them serving my food i had to take my mother to the restroom and when i came back they had throne my food away. I was charge for my food and drinks. I talk to the manager and i never got an apology and didnt even get to enjoy my drinks and the food in the restaurant. I Didn't get a replacement or refund on my drinks. I had a bad service at the end.
We’ve been coming here for years, mainly because of the service. Unfortunately, that experience has changed since Sara Rodriguez became the manager. A small but important detail was mishandled, and instead of being resolved reasonably, it was turned into an unnecessary issue. We ordered six meals. Two of them were supposed to come with either soup or salad. I arrived a bit late and joined the group, and before any food or sides were served, my husband realized we had both ordered the same side. I politely asked the waitress to change one of the sides from salad to soup. I was told this was impossible, even though nothing had been served yet. What makes this more frustrating is that no second salad was ever brought to the table, which means we were charged for a side that was never served at all. This is especially confusing since the salad is unlimited refill anyway, making the refusal to switch it to soup even more unreasonable. This isn’t about a salad. We’ve been loyal customers for years, we always order generously, and often leave food behind. It’s about how situations like this are handled. Unfortunately, this experience showed how poor management can drive away long-time customers.
