Joes pizza has been the talk everywhere and my mum and I feel so privileged to have come here from Australia. The pizza is humongous. We’ve never seen pizza this big before.! One slice of pizza here is an equivalent to 4 slices back at home. We are very happy to have tried the pizza. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much. The atmosphere and the kindness of the staff was phenomenal. I was also very excited to be here because our Uber driver had told us that he had actually met Jason Momoa and Justin Bieber here so we were hoping that we would see them there too!

If you love NY style pizza then this spot is one of the best I’ve ever had in Los Angeles. The flavor tastes exactly like NY pizza and the crust and underbelly of the pizza are cooked to perfection. The only downside is the pricing. It’s very pricey for pizza. We paid about $70 for two large pizza pies. I highly recommend trying it. I had plain and pepperoni pizza. 👌 perfection

Love love love Joe’s pizza! Authentic New York style pizza in LA. Been coming here for years and being half Sicilian I think I’m a good judge of pizza lol. Joe himself is a great guy. He gives this big city a small neighborhood feel the way he treats everyone like they’re somebody. As far as the negative reviews about customer service, I had a few bad experiences here with new hires not the ppl who have been working here. The new hires have been consistently rude. But hey don’t blame Joe for that, good help is hard to find. If you had a bad or rude experience , don’t let that stop you from getting some great pizza here. Plus like I said , Joe’s a good guy , support one of the good ones. Give him some feed back he’ll listen. Nobody wants rude ppl working for them 💙

On Wednesday night, I had an hour drive back to Huntington Beach and wanted a quick bite of something. It was 9:30, or so. I saw Joe's and pizza sounded good. I parked and walked in. They served by the slice which was perfect, but, it's New York style... I was a little disappointed because I've never really been a fan of the NY style, but I was hungry. I grabbed a couple of slices and a soda. I ate in the car and from the first bite I was hooked!! The crust had a nice crunch to it with a good chew and the flavor was great. The tomato, basil, and mozzarella was the first time I've ever had pizza without meat, but it was AMAZING!! I don't know how it compares to being in NYC, but I will eat at Joe's again when I'm in town! Thanks guys for the great experience, fast service, and the great pie!! 😋 On a side note, the couple in line behind me were from NYC and they raved over how good it was at this location!

Best pizza I've had on the West Coast. Even better than some NY pizza I've had out there. 15/10 would recommend this place. Everything is made fresh to order unless you grab a pre-made slice, and those are worth it too. The hoagies are phenomenal, try the sausage, pepper, and onion one 😉

This is the BEST pizza in Los Angeles. Not many California pizza places actually get NY style pizza right, but this one sure did! This sauce has just the right amount of sweet and gives you a crunch with every bite. The cheese to sauce ratio was perfect for the regular slice of pizza. My search is finally over I’ve found my favorite pizza joint!!

This place is super fire. Highly recommend The Sicilian pizza. It was to die for. Plus the garlic knots was perfectly crisp outside and super fluffy outside with tasty drizzle of parmesan. They made my order quick and efficient. Thank for an amazing lunch! I Will definitely be coming back. Thanks mathan.

We had Joe’s in New York. They have a nice selection of pizza and other things. Small shop with a few tables. Decent price. The pizza was lovely.

We stopped by Joe’s Pizza and had such a great experience. The pizza and cannoli were amazing, and Javier was incredibly kind and accommodating, truly went above and beyond. I even accidentally left a personal item behind, and he made sure to keep it safe for me until I came back. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

My go to place for delivery pizza. Delicious crust, this pizza is amazing. I always get the white and add spinach, garlic and chicken. Sooooo good! Huge pies! Great value.

Joe’s Pizza on Sunset is just one of those places that never lets you down. If you’ve lived in LA long enough, you know there are about a thousand places claiming to be the “best slice in the city,” but Joe’s doesn’t shout—it just delivers. I came in once for a quick bite and ended up going back three times in the same week. That should tell you something. Their BBQ chicken pizza is low-key addictive. The crust is perfectly crisp but still has that nice chew to it, and the BBQ sauce hits just the right balance between tangy and sweet. Big chunks of juicy chicken, just the right amount of cheese, and a little green onion—chef’s kiss. But the sleeper hit for me is the Mom’s Pizza. It’s got a rustic feel to it, almost like something your friend’s Italian mom would pull out of the oven. Tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil doing exactly what they’re supposed to do. It’s casual, it’s fast, it’s friendly. Not trying to be fancy, just good pizza done right. Whether you’re grabbing a slice late or taking a whole pie home, Joe’s has earned its spot in the LA pizza scene.

My favorite NYC style pizza in Southern California.... Moved here about 2 year ago from NYC and had been on the hunt for a normal, everyday NYC Pizzeria slice. Don't get me wrong - this is not the best pizza I've ever had... It's just as close as I could possibly get to my local neighborhood pizza in NY. Their food is priced moderately. Far better than some of the other famous Pizza places in the area. Their delivery service has always been great for me. Never had an issue.

Cauliflower crust vegan pizza well done….eggplant was the only topping added and it was served burnt? The base pizza just tomato and cheese is $20 and each topping is $1 on top? So essentially you get a cheese vegan pizza for $20 pricey… Taste ok. At this price the eggplant or any topping chosen should not be served burnt on top…

I ordered two pizzas thru Postmates , and they managed to mess up the whole thing and brought me the wrong order, I wish the travesty ended there but no , they brought a fully burnt pizza and a fully burnt sandwich. This is terrible. No one should go through this again. Hire a quality check person ASAP.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but there’s a consistent issue with the slices being sold. Many of the slices sit out for very long periods, sometimes hours, and customers are still expected to purchase them instead of having fresh pizza made. When ordering a full pie, they will make it fresh, so it’s frustrating that the same standard isn’t applied to slices. I’ve pointed this out several times and was basically told that this is just how they operate. Even when I’m willing to wait a long time — sometimes close to an hour — for a fresh slice, the expectation still seems to be to either take what’s been sitting there or go somewhere else. The pizza can be good when it’s fresh, which makes this even more disappointing. With the amount of traffic this place gets, maintaining fresher slices or rotating them more often would significantly improve the experience.
