EXTRAORDINARY!!!!! I reserved dinner with my beautiful wife this evening in fact and I tell you, I am SO glad that we dined here; from the valet, the host who welcomed us, our server “Jacob,” the ambiance, the food (we had the salmon and roasted chicken), and drinks was spectacular! The price is reasonable for such a fantastic and elegant establishment! We highly recommend RH Rooftop! Even the restrooms were clean. We sat right by the waterfall for dinner so reserve that great spot in advance if you’re romantic like I am. My wife was so happy and I’m happy when she’s happy! I’d give a 7 star if I could!

The food is as impressive as the setting. We had brunch this time: The scramble was perfectly cooked—silky from the crème fresh, rich, and topped with fresh chives. They’re accompanied by thick slices of rustic, toasted bread, an avocado, and a butter lovers portion of butter. The classic Caesar salad is crisp and generously finished with freshly grated Parmesan, and one of the best dressings we’ve had in a while. The beverage selection is wine and beer only but a thoughtfully curated wine selection. Another unique trait is the variety in seating arrangements. Whether you’re seated beside a trickling fountain or under the soaring glass ceiling, every detail at RH Rooftop is designed to elevate your dining experience. Service is attentive and professional, and the overall vibe is both upscale and inviting. You can tell great care goes into both the ingredients and the preparation. The location is just stunning. Sitting atop the RH furniture gallery, the rooftop is beautifully designed, filled with natural light, lush greenery, and a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. After our meal, we walked through the store downstairs and loved exploring all the elegant displays and design inspiration. It was the perfect post-brunch stroll. Whether you’re a local or visiting, RH Rooftop offers a full experience—from the ambiance and food to the service and setting. It’s more than just a restaurant—it’s an escape, and we can’t wait to go back.

This place was amazing, I came to celebrate my birthday and it was great, I was able to take pictures downstairs with the furniture and it was so fun and beautiful. The food was amazing, super the delicious, and the service immaculate super attentive, overall a great experience!!

Great ambiance, service was excellent, food was very good, American cuisine. We had the burger which was juicy and delicious. As a starter we had the grilled shrimp which were very good. The truffle fries are a must. I highly recommend the RH when visiting West Palm Beach.

This rooftop restaurant offers an elevated dining experience—literally and figuratively. The ambiance is elegant and perfect for a special date night. My wife and I had a wonderful evening here. She ordered their famous lobster roll, which was flavorful, though we both wished it had been served a bit warmer. I had the Italian Eggs Benedict and it was absolute perfection. The mimosas and fresh orange juice were a refreshing touch, and the French fries were surprisingly tasty—crispy and well-seasoned. A beautiful spot with great views and an even better atmosphere.

On a bit of a whim I decided to try out this restaurant; glad to say it didn’t disappoint. Everything I had was delicious! The crispy artichoke appetizer was unlike any artichoke dish I’ve ever had and it really impressed me! Caesar salad was also great but definitely the stars of the evening were the broccolini and the french dip! One might consider the prices a bit high if they are comparing this to a typical chain restaurant but I think that’s an unfair comparison. This is a classy place, beautifully arranged, and attention to detail is clearly a high priority for them. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in West Palm Beach!

Great brunch spot! The rooftop is beautiful, full of natural light, and the glass ceiling makes it feel super special. The shaved ribeye steak sandwich was delicious, especially dipped in the au jus. The Chinese chicken salad was super fresh with a tasty dressing. We finished with Belgian waffles — fantastic with maple syrup and butter. They started us off with Bellinis, which were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

I am so in love with this restaurant. Monica was absolutely amazing and beyond courteous. She greeted us, wished me a happy birthday, communicated clearly on the wait time, ensured we were happy with our seat placements I can go on and on! Monica is the host/receptionist you need at your establishment!! Despite the restaurant lights being dimmed at night (bad for pictures) the restaurant was soooooo beautiful. The food was super tasty and our waitress was phenomenal as well. I had the grilled branzino and potato puree and for drinks peach Bellini.. 10/10 recommend !!! I am definitely going back for brunch.

It is just an amazing place where you just want to hang out. The team is very polite and sweet. Eventhough you are in a very exquisite location, you can just be yourself...does not matter how fancy you want to be ...Just try the artichoke appetizer, so original and delicious.

My meal was a treat for the senses—I savored a perfectly cooked fish paired with a fresh arugula salad that was simply delicious. Every bite was a celebration of flavors! However, the experience was slightly marred by the service from the hostess. Despite the restaurant being only half full, she wasn't very accommodating when we requested a more comfortable table away from the sun. It felt a bit unnecessary, given the space available. Nonetheless, the quality of the food and the beauty of the restaurant far outweighed this minor hiccup. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal in a lovely setting!

The staff were kind, professional, and very accommodating from start to finish. We began with the Classics Blinis with Caviar, and they were a perfect start—light, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For our mains, we shared the Roadside Lobster Roll, Shaved Ribeye Dip, and Roasted Chicken Club. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. A beautiful spot for a relaxing and memorable meal—we can’t wait to return!

Whole experience started with me not managing my time. Our reservation was at 1:30 but by 11:45 I was starving. Called in and the nice woman who answered helped me pick up a canceled spot at 12:45. Great start. Our server was Erica. She answered all my dumb questions and did it with such kindness. We ordered a good amount. A little of Prosecco, 4 mini lobster rolls with caviar, grilled shrimp, a salad with salmon, and steak and eggs. I can’t fault one bite I had. Erica was super attentive. The biggest surprise for me was the price. I half expected to spend $500 easy. But the bill was half that. Certainly plenty of “bang for your buck”

First time at this very fancy and upscale restaurant. Very beautiful location. Great ambience. Very clean bathrooms and very clean location all around. Valet parking or you can park in the garage across the street. The restaurant is located on the rooftop of the building. Very nice setup. The first 3 floors belong to a very fancy and upscale furniture store. Everyone was very nice. I recommend a reservation, specially on the weekends and holidays. The hostess was very friendly and courteous. Our server as well. The food presentation was beautiful. The food was very tasty 😋 😋. It was fresh and hot when we received it. The only reason why the food only got 4 stars, is due to the limited menu choices. But other than that, very delicious. Very friendly staff. They have a bar, but also somewhat limited. Very nice atmosphere and decor. Very nice people all around. Didn't see any security, but felt very safe and secured. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for checking in. I really enjoyed my visit to this great dining resteraunt. There is vallet parking (reasonable), and the view of the city from the 5th floor is peaceful. The food is REALLY tasteful but the portions can be a little disappointing. I tried the Lobster Roll and it was worth every dollar spent. My date tried the honey glazed Salmon. It was slightly overcooked but still tasteful. I was really pleased when the waitress asked us how did we want our Salmon. Many places don't ask and don't care. This lets me know they care about the customer. There is a really good ambiance at this place. Ethan, who is a manager is very professional and made sure myself and date were well taken care of. Between the service, food, convenience I look forward to going back for my 2nd visit. RH Rooftop was worth my time and I am willing to give them more.

Matt Whitney, our server, was phenomenal—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm. This was my third visit to RH West Palm Beach. It’s always fairly busy, but they manage the flow well. On our most recent visit, we ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, Gems Salad, shaved ribeye dip, roasted chicken entrée and the Fried Chicken Sando which was hands down my favorite. Service was quick, which we appreciated. The only small downside was that on my first visit, a waitress seemed a bit uninterested and made us feel like we were a bother. I understand we’re all human, but I wanted to note it since it’s been a similar experience from others. That said, we were finally seated in the larger dining room with the beautiful chandelier, which was a highlight and made the experience feel special and the homemade chocolate chip cookie was divine!!

Came here for the way it looks on social media - beautiful restaurant however the small and low tables and couches make it hard to each together. Despite this, the food was very good! We ordered the blini with caviar appetizer and felt the flavor of the caviar disappeared against the heavy layer of crème fraîche. If I come again, I would definitely order the potato chips with caviar. The grilled chicken club, fried chicken sando, and RH burger were outstanding though, definitely try any of those! Best of all - the cookies - oh my god, this place is worth it just for the cookies. Our amazing waiter brought us a glass of milk which took them over the top. Definitely give this place a try, and bring a camera for the beautiful photos!

We love coming here as a special treat. This occasion we came to celebrate a special occasion. It went unacknowledged. We ordered numerous items, but nothing was particularly exciting. The caviar bilinis was the biggest hit. Overall it's the ambience you come here for as it feels opulent.

Went on a Sunday for brunch with friends. Sat outside, beautiful day. Had a basic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. Very good. Nice atmosphere. Staff was very professional & accommodating. Other friends had some drinks and said they were delicious.

Beautiful venue, excellent table service and decent food. Came here for dinner Saturday night—we were running a bit late but the host was very accommodating. The decor and chandelier lighting is gorgeous but it makes the dining area more dim lit. Our server Christopher was awesome—friendly and attentive. First off, we were disappointed that they do not serve liquor here, only beer/wine/champagne. With that said, we order a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne (a favorite of mine) for $150. For starters we got the Prosciutto Board and Classic Caesar Salad with Salmon—both okay. For entrees, the Lobster Roll with Caviar was delicious—had lots of lobster meat and reasonable amount of caviar, worth the extra $40. The Whole Grilled Branzino was disappointing—no flavor, tasted super bland. Our Prosciutto Board did not come out until AFTER our entrees were brought out—we were annoyed about this since it was supposed to be an appetizer item and we ordered this first. Overall, inside is gorgeous and picture worthy, server was great, but overall, food was average.

The table service was excellent, with staff who were attentive and friendly throughout. The food was delicious, making for an enjoyable and memorable afternoon. A lovely time dining here with the added bonus of getting to see some cool furniture throughout the levels beneath the restaurant. All of the food was delicious, I just wish the restaurant had a liquor license (only beer and wine) because a cold dirty martini would pair perfectly with their ambiance! Stay for dessert- the cookies are a must!

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and this restaurant is breathtakingly beautiful. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. The service was also great and our waitress was incredibly helpful and made many recommendations which we loved. The food was good, but we didn't think it was great. But perhaps we are spoiled and have been to so many amazing restaurants in this area. Overall, we were pleased with the experience and will likely come back for the gorgeous atmosphere alone, but the food was not necessarily better than many of the other options in the palm beach area.

The service was not great. We were there for Sunday brunch and the service was slow and almost non existent. Never asked to refill coffee. Pancakes were cold. Atmosphere was nice but maybe it was just an off day for them.

The “rooftop” turned out to be mid-size balconies. Beautiful interior, average food, excellent service, and a high bill.

So, something I ate here was bad. I ordered a mini lobster roll as a starter, and the grilled shrimp and grilled Asparagus as my main. Others in my party also had lobster rolls and asparagus, so I'm guessing it was a shrimp. It didn't taste bad, but I spent the evening with some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had. I'll spare you the details, but it was bad. This is not really acceptable anywhere these days, but especially at these prices. Very disappointed.

Hope the quality of the food can be improved to justify the price. The ribeye sandwich 2/5, lobster roll 3/5, crispy artichoke 3/5.

We truly wanted to love it here. The decor is great and menu looked better. However, from the moment we walked in, the service was horrific. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for a reservation that we made months ago. And then when we were finally seated, we were seated at a 4 top table, with a party of 7. We requested an extra chair, several times, and it was never delivered. The manager told us they didn’t have any. After we had been promised one on multiple occasions. How can you not find an Extra chair at a furniture store? The table next to us came in after us and was served with food and drink before we were even served with water. From the second we walked in, we felt that we were treated different based on age/looks. It was wholly inappropriate. When we brought our concerns up to management, they brushed us off and would not apologize for the table that was inappropriate for the size of our party. We spent several hundred dollars on dinner, and were treated like second class citizens. I have been an RH member for several years and have purchased several pieces of furniture from here. However go forward I will be spending my money elsewhere.

The experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We made our reservation a month in advance and arrived on time, yet still had to wait over 30 minutes. The hostesses downstairs were dismissive and not particularly kind about the delay. Once upstairs, we were again told the table was not ready. Before being seated, the upstairs hostess specifically told the bride’s sister that a dessert with a candle would be brought out after dinner. That never happened. When we were finally seated, the table was clearly meant for 5–6 people at most, despite our reservation being for 7. We were told an extra chair would be brought over—this never happened, even after asking two additional times. Throughout dinner, one person in our party was left awkwardly without proper seating. What made this more frustrating is that midway through the meal, multiple nearby tables had extra chairs available that could have easily been offered. The food itself was good, but nothing remarkable enough to outweigh the service issues. We asked to speak with the manager to express our concerns. While she did apologize, she stated they had no extra chairs because the restaurant was fully booked—which is not the guest’s fault when the restaurant seats a party at an undersized table. It was especially baffling given that this restaurant is attached to a luxury furniture store with chairs literally everywhere. Initially, no attempt was made to rectify the experience. Eventually, the waitress offered 1–2 desserts (one of which we had already been promised anyway), which we declined. Only after that were two of the least expensive items removed from our bill. While appreciated, it felt like an afterthought rather than a genuine effort to make things right. The most disappointing part of the night was the overall feeling that our group—seven women—was not taken seriously or treated with the same respect as other tables. We spent several hundred dollars and left feeling overlooked and undervalued. The space is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service left a very poor taste in our mouths. Given the price point and reputation of RH, we expected much better. We won’t be recommending this restaurant to others in the future.

The restaurant is beautiful and the concept promises a special experience, but unfortunately the service completely ruined what was supposed to be a very important night for us. I made my reservation two months in advance to celebrate my anniversary. I traveled 1 hour and 28 minutes from Miami to West Palm Beach expecting a unique and memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were seated in a very uncomfortable area with uncomfortable chairs and tables, when it is clear that the real experience of this restaurant is in the main dining area. The hostess had a poor attitude and showed no empathy at all. Despite having available tables in the main area, she told me we would have to wait 45 additional minutes to be seated there, regardless of my special occasion or the fact that my reservation was made well in advance. We spoke with Iran, the manager, hoping for a solution, but his response was completely indifferent, with no real intention to resolve the situation or acknowledge our disappointment. This was extremely frustrating. I want to highlight that Erika, our server, truly saved the night. Her empathy, professionalism, and excellent service made a big difference and helped salvage the evening. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience in terms of customer service and front-of-house management. A restaurant this beautiful should understand that service and guest experience are just as important as the food, especially when guests plan ahead and travel long distances for special occasions.

As a small business owner I try not to trash other businesses even when they disappoint me. This restaurant warrants an exception. The atmosphere, ambiance, furnishings and decor at RH Rooftop were spectacular. The food was absolutely disgusting and the service was god awful. My branzino appeared and tasted like it had been slathered in motor oil. The filet mignon was tasteless, rubbery and slimy. They serve steak but have no steak knives; only butter knives. They have cocktail tables but they do not serve any cocktails; only beer and wine. They brought a surprise birthday cake I requested out for my wife to our table. The surprise was that it was a cookie. Our server was clueless and MIA the entire time. Shame on this restaurant for giving me a dining experience bad enough to motivate and justify me to write such a horrible but truthful review.
