IHOP man. Where else can you get a week's worth of cholesterol in one meal for under $10. It would seem that people are trying to buy breakfast with their home depot gift cards or something.

This IHOP have great services, The waitress here are very courteous and know how to serve people. Great location to bring your kids as well my son is very happy and pleased with his food.

We go to IHOP sometimes for senior night, although they always have a 55+ menu. With the way costs have risen for food, this is a good value. The food is always good. I usually get eggs and pancakes. I love the multigrain pancakes. The people are always friendly.

Love IHOP as a kid and as an adult. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you cant go wrong. Prices are great still. Still yummy. My son said the macaroni and cheese is better than at Chillis. For those driving by and see the parking lot full, don't think oh man they're busy. The people doing laundry next door or the coffee place apparently are taking spots because when we went in, inside was empty yet the lot was full.

My visit to IHOP in Westbury was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming with a clean and nicely laid out interior, and its good location offered plenty of parking. I indulged in the big steak omelet accompanied by pancakes and coffee, which were all delicious and satisfyingly prepared. Alex, my waiter, added greatly to the experience with his pleasant and friendly demeanor, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was an excellent solo breakfast that felt more like a luxurious brunch. I highly recommend this IHOP for anyone looking for a great meal in a comfortable setting.

The wait time was decent. I was surprised @ the fact that we only waited 10 minutes. Bernadette was our server and she was amazing. We had a small discrepancy with the order but the manager fixed it ASAP with no problem. Overall a great experience with my family ❤️

I ordered all four of the new specials and when i got home and was taking them out, i noticed i was missing one platter. I called and was talking to the manager Mike and he told me to come in to get it and would give me free pancakes also. I asked if i should bring the food back because i know people like to lie and get free food and i didn't want to portray that but he said no just come back. He was very nice and when i got there it wasn't a long wait for the food and it was quickly brought out to me. My first complaint was when i first came in it was while before someone came over to help me. I assume they were just short staffed or busy, second complaint the packaging of the Food sucks, be careful the food will fall out, lids not really secure.

My first experience there with seasoned server Bernadette was AWESOME! No long wait for ordering, great check back, and extremely friendly. Second visit MUCH different. Not greeted when I came in. Had my luggage as we were headed to the airport after eating. Counter attendants continued to converse while I stood at the counter. FINALLY, when I was greeted and after I requested a table so my mom and I could have room for luggage...THE HOSTESS DELIBERATELY SAT US AT A TABLE THAT WAS NOT ASSIGNED TO ANYONE. We asked a few people for help and was slow to get results until we requested the Manager Mike. Mike was awesome and apologetic...sent super server Stacy over to help us, who like Bernadette was engaging, accommodating and kind. Although I found Mike and Stacy to be redeeming, it is not a good look for servers to not recognize or acknowledge customers. This is a dangerous day and age...ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS.

I'm a senior. I wanted the senior discount on an item for which i was granted the discount on the past. But for some reason, I could not apply it even though I could in the same store recently. So, I settled for an item on the 55+ menu.

This place is nice I didn't have to wait that long. The price you can see for your self. But the taste and staff it's better the IHOP from Freeport

Best to go there during weekdays. Place was not so busy, and service was not up to par. As we entered, two red t-shirt guys were talking to each other and enjoying their coffee. Without greetings, we were asked how many. It was between 10am-11am and we were there for breakfast. After we were seated, we ordered coffee. It was served without utensils. We asked our service lady to bring utensils. We almost had to ask for everything including ketchup, hot sauce, warm syrup etc. Food was average. I guess I should've gone there when they are busy.

The food was great and so was our waitress, but inside of the restaurant was disappointing. Many of the dark green booth seats are ripped and poorly repaired with duct tape. Duct tape! The paint is chipped off of some spots of the walls. Also, the bathroom smelled bad and there appeared to be fecal matter on the tissue holder for the toilet tissue. The door of the stall I was in also did not have a proper lock. The floor inside the bathroom stall was sticky. For a restaurant that had a perpetual flow of customers while we were there, the owner of this specific IHOP location is doing nothing to maintain the quality of it. It needs renovation. While the food and waitress’ service was enjoyable, this will be our first and last visit at this specific IHOP location. There are better IHOPs to go to.

I was recently at IHOP on Old Country Road in Westbury. Always decent service and food, but the restaurant was so cold, that I couldn't enjoy my meal. Note to management: When the temperature drops, turn the conditioning down or off. ALSO, I had to request new silverware, because the first set given to me had hardened food on the fork and spoon.

Huge parking lot no issues, went early in the day, not that many customers in the store, my daughter ordered the pancakes I ordered a Burger Deluxe. My Burger Deluxe did not even come out hot. The store was not even busy, and it seemed like we waited a while to get our food. She enjoyed her pancakes. My food was mediocre, the service was great, and store was very clean.

Dry burger, warm fries and mediocre service. I have had better. Utensils only provided upon request. We had a Steak omelet, 55+ senior grilled chicken dinner and the hoppy hour steak burger. I am not sure the waiter understood our order because what we ordered was not on the plate. He never came to check up on us We didn't feel like going to look for him. I did have to search for him so we could get our check and leave. Maybe we will come back someday. We have had better experiences at other locations.

Price for breakfast have gone up more than expected. Last time I was in an ihop for bkfst cost around 40% less few yrs ago. Food and service was ok.

My husband did it to me again. Here we are trying Ihop. First it took a while to be seated and the whole place was pretty empty.They are definitely way understaffed and did not have anyone receiving customers. I saw several people walk out waiting to be seated. Our server Alex was very nice and accommodated our every need. Food was mediocre. When it was time to pay their system was down and we did not have cash. So we had to drive around to get cash from an ATM. I never use an ATM outside of my bank because of the fees. We were forced to be inconvenienced and pay a fee. Never again!

The bacon and egg combos illustrate and describe 2 eggs with 4 pieces of bacon and hashbrowns. Both plates ordered only came with 2. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Don't be afraid to make a note of it when they come out. You WILL get more bacon on a plate. Otherwise good food.

We went there and I ordered a buttermilk crispy sandwich and they served me the crispy chicken strips and didn't ask which sauce I wanted. I sucked it up and ate it and I grabbed the hot sauce from the other table. He then charges me for the buttermilk sandwich because it costs more. The server's name was Jeffrey R. Idk if he did it on purpose or not. There was clearly a language barrier so, I chose to let it go. They should hire people who can communicate in English. It would make our lives a lot easier. Really like the way they be hooking up their food as a company but this location had a covid roach approach me and my friend while we were about to eat I called for one of the sevants to cone fast I couldn't believe it. She came and it ran away. It looked like a mutation because that wasn't an ordinary roach. Anyway. We changed our seat. No we didn't leave I don't know why. Manager said he was calling the exterminator and taking an item off the bill. So obviously by this review I wasn't happy with him just taking off mozzarella sticks. I'm not going to post the picture of this creature because he did pose for one honey. Brave something. I won't do u all that dirty. Won't be back.

Was at this location about a month ago, always have to wait to be seated. Table. We asked to be wiped and had to shoo away little fies. Female waitress was nice along with good food. Went back 3 weeks ago for 3pm special, waited again to be seated. Told male waiter about flies but he just handed us bill. I’m sure our waitress was tired after a long morning shift but maybe management needs to find a way to make the place More welcoming . Plates looked thrown together but food was ok. I would not revisit this location based on the atmosphere, cleanliness and service /friendliness.

With this Ihop being conveniently located in Nassau county and popular; one would think it’s great. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst Ihop I’ve ever been to. The food was decent. The server had a serious attitude. The coffee is always the best here, between a medium and strong brew. The coffee today was absolutely disgusting and nasty. It was so weak that you could see everything so clearly. I asked the waitresss if she could bring me another coffee. She did and yet again the same thing happened. Did Ihop change their coffee strain? It’s so disgusting. It tastes like water and milk together; awful. The pancakes were good as per usual. Several tables were so dirty and it seems like cleanliness isn’t a big deal here. I wouldn’t recommend this ihop at all.

Takes too long to get food. Coffee was brought without a spoon and plate, so sugar and milk wasn't possible to mix. Waitress was not anywhere in sight so coffee got cold. Where should I start no organization from the front door. No separation from people paying or waiting to be seated. I’m never coming back to iHop. Every time I come to iHop, every table has to wait at least 20 minutes for a server to come to take their order. That’s because there was literally only server in the whole restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. After a long wait for my hot chocolate, I realized there’s no utensils on the table. I ask for a spoon. I received it after it was no longer hot. Under the whipped cream there was so much oil spots in the hot chocolate… why? Why is there oil is this beverage? The egg benedict looked nothing like the photo. It was beyond soggy. It was oily and the quality of the food reminds me of airplane food. I couldn’t eat it so I ordered pancakes. The texture of the pancakes are nice but it’s desperately lacking flavor. I have to smother my pancakes with butter for taste other than flour. Only after I finished as much as I could of the pancakes is when I found a FLY embedded into the last pancake. The fly was cooked into my pancake. The server looked, sounded, and acted stressed. I didn’t bother to complain about the experience. Didn’t want to add anymore unnecessary stress to his shift. This is just too much, I actually cannot take this place anymore. You give me no reason to go to your restaurant when there’s so many other restaurants I can eat at. Your standards have crippled to nothing. There will be no iHop in the next 10 years if you continue to run your business at this rate.

Horrible service!!! My family and I walk in. The young gentleman looks us in our face and then he just leaves us standing there. Never said give him a minute or that he will be with us. So after 5 minutes standing there we seat ourselves and he sees us, goes to another table to speak to the ONLY PEOPLE THERE besides us. Looks at us again and just goes inside the kitchen and never returns. We were sitting there for 10 minutes and still no one came out to attend to us. It was ridiculous!!!! Worst service and treatment I’ve ever received in any establishment!!!!!

Very unprofessional. We walked in, and someone was standing there, not the greater. She took us to the table without saying one word, dropped the menu, walked away, and dissappear to the back, never going back to the front at all, even after we left. Our waiter was a tall Spanish guy with glasses who looked like he had way too much on his plate, calling out people/employees from the back, in front of all the customer saying " bro bro you need to help me out, come on bro" speaking to a short Spanish guy with messy hair who also keppt saying "bro" with every other sentence, while other guest were standing up in front with no greater to seat them. Waiter brought out coffee with no plastic spoon that is usually brought out with the milk to stir. Bread was hardly toasted one one side, and the other side wasn't toasted at all. They ploped the butter on top of the toast without putting in the usual container. The entire time we were there, not once did our waiter come to check up on us to see if everything was ok. This is one of the worst experiences we had at IHOP. I will never waste my time or money going back to this location. If I could rate this location a 0 star, I would!

On Sunday, 20th Easter I dined at your location and spent $132.83$ After leaving, I noticed an additional charge of $19.92 was added to my account without my permission. This appeared to be a 15% tip, which I did not authorize. I immediately contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager named Mike, who assured me the amount would be refunded to my account within 24 hours. That did not happen. Since then, I have followed up three separate times. The second time, I was told to call back again. On the third call, I followed that advice, only to be put on hold for over 10 minutes before being routed to an automated message—with no resolution. As someone who earns $16.50/hour, that unauthorized charge is more than an hour’s pay, the lack of accountability and responsiveness from your team has been incredibly disappointing.

It's after 2p it's definitely a after school kids spot..the floors had food on it.. my man got pork instead of turkey sausages 😐 now he's vomiting.. never again I'll take a extra drive.. but for teens hey knock yourself out... the pancakes were good tho...

Do not visit this location after 8pm eastern time. The host are not at the front so you have to wait until someone see you in order to be seated . Due to privacy I will not disclose the servers name my family and I had but definitely was not pleased. We sat waited about 10 minutes before the server even came to our table started off good by him taking our drinks. With the place being empty our drinks took about 15 minutes. Once the drinks arrived the coffee was poured then thrown on the table it was extremely unprofessional. When this happen I kindly ask the server was there an issue as he seemed aggravated. He just said he was fine. However, his attitude was so rude. After waiting to place our order we just asked for the bill and paid and walked out. This was the worse experience ever at IHOP. Lastly, the bathroom was terrible.l.

My family and I came to the restaurant and the whole place was segregated, they had all of the black people alongside the back wall where no one can see them and the whole place were Spanish and white people but they put all of the black people along the one wall and no where else and that’s exactly where they put us. Will never go here again. And the waitress had a bad attitude.

Bad, very bad, I placed an order for home delivery, the order was incomplete. I ordered a Thick'N fluffy French toast combo, the fries and strawberry jam I had ordered were missing. They didn't even provide me with cutlery. Outrageously expensive and incomplete.

I got food poisoning from here! Please be mindful with eating at this location. I attended on Sunday Nov 24th around 5 pm the place was empty. (Should’ve took that as a warning but nope ate there anyway) By Monday 3Am I woke up vomiting profusely and I now have a horrible case of food poisoning. It was the only thing I’ve eaten all day. My partner also vomited but did not get as sick as me. It’s a day before thanksgiving and I’m in pain and can’t stop vomiting. Thankyou ihop.

Came here with my husband and toddler daughter. We should have known something was off when they indicated there was no hot tea available at 3pm on a Saturday along with a women’s bathroom sink that was unclean. The food was ok but the Nashville chicken sandwich wasn’t warm and my daughter’s eggs didn’t taste like real eggs. All of this aside, the worst part was the sighting of roaches in the top framing of the bench, coming out of the cushions. We were so disgusted. I can only imagine how unclean the kitchens are. Certainly never returning to this or any iHop location.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst iHop I’ve ever been to. There was a roach on the table and food. Spoke to the manager who was a young kid, and his response was “ok, sorry”. So nasty.

I made order for pick up of grits and eggs 🥚 and sausage and toast from this particular IHOP when I got to the restaurant they only had the eggs/toast/sausage but no grits now instead of saying to me on the phone or before I paid for my food we don't have any grits they let me pay for it then I realized wait a sec there's no grits then the waiter says do you want something else no so I have to wait another 20 minutes to get food 🤔 NO just give me my money back. I got my money back with no problem but the communication is poor at this location in my view 🤔

We like ihop so we went there with family total of 8 people.Jeffery R our server was very rude he didnt give us time to settled with kids and when was told to gave us few min he got upset and start arguing about everything and brought our food late intentionally and argued about drinks and almost served us with a rudeness and bad behavior. Please check your server name shouldn't be Jeffery R. Mike manager i waited for you but this should be addressed.

Roaches came out to meet and greet and crawled all over the syrup container and the table. Staff are incredibly nice, though. I feel bad that they have to work in that atmosphere. Management should take care of the place better.

I was there by myself today and service was still horribly slow and food was mediocre. I wasn’t acknowledged at the table for almost 10 minutes after sitting down. Place was half empty in the middle of the day. Old lady in the ponytail with no enthusiasm was impossible to get her attention so I practically had to beg to have some water, then again to get a to go container and the bill. Then yet again I had to get up and ask another waiter how to pay because the waitress handed me the receipt and said have a nice day without letting me know if she’ll be back (probably wouldn’t have for another 20 minutes unless I got up). All this just to pay almost $30 for something I could’ve made at home better. And I just won’t ever go back to any IHOP restaurant. I can’t believe I gave them a chance to treat me this way on my birthday of all days.

If I can leave zero stars I would. I came here yesterday because my autistic child Loves IHOP, so yesterday I made sure he got his wish. Yesterday we was shunned by 1 server, my daughter over heard 3 servers arguing over who will serve us. 2 of the servers said no and walked off. The server we had( cant give a name) because he didnt introduce himself. He then was trying to rush us on our order and to hurry up and get out. Food was cold and the server did not come and check on us he just dropped the bill and ran. Only bright spot was the general manager as she heard our plights and tried to rectify them. My family and I will never return to the westbury location and honestly don't have any interest to returning to any IHOP if this is what they offer.

We went to breakfast and we were very disappointed the food was extremely greasy and tasted like fat and burnt, the water also had a strange taste, the table where they sat us was dirty and when they asked for cleaning he said they had already done it, I love ihop breakfasts but I will avoid this one is not the expected quality in the food

This place looks really filthy they must be so busy, that no one cares if its dirty… the plates were not washed properly the bathroom was disgusting. The lady that took care of us was not pleasant(not even one smile) The crêpes we order smelled so bad…overall really not pleasant. Definitely wont come Back

food was good but they forgot to put all of the sides for a combo (no eggs or bacon) no butter, and no icing for my pancakes. disappointing considering i paid 40 dollar and only got 20 dollars worth of food

My frustration with my recent visit to this I Hop location is one for the books! The quality of food and service has deteriorated significantly; it was truly a horrid experience. I left feeling that I would have been better off at McDonald's. The disorganization on a Sunday morning was unacceptable, leading to delays and confusion.

We went late like almost 12am so maybe that had something to do with it but it took a while for us to be seated. Then we wait for our order to be taken more than 15 just for drinks we got coffee and the waitress tossed the creamer onto the table. In the end food was cold and we regretted going here. We come regularly in the morning time, but now we know no night time.

Poor service, very low quality food, multiple mistakes on order- ended up finally getting correct plate 10 min after everyone else finished eating- and was still charged. Don’t waste your time.

I visited this IHOP recently, and my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception, so I seated myself. Shortly after, a staff member came over and told me that next time I should wait to be seated—fair enough, but the tone felt more like a reprimand than friendly guidance. Later, when I told her I wanted to order takeout, she again corrected me and said I should’ve ordered from the front or told her earlier. I understand there may be procedures, but as a customer, I expect to be greeted and guided kindly, especially when no one is there to help at the entrance. The way it was handled made the experience feel unwelcoming.

Food was great, server was great but I didn’t like how some people got served before us and we were there before them. I was thinking it could have been of what we ordered vs what they ordered but it was only the three of us and it was a big table with more food for them.
