Our family loves to come to this ice cream shop! It has a wide variety of ice cream and it also has a wide variety of Latin treats. It definitely hits the sweet spot in our cravings. My husband loves the milkshakes and agua frescas and I absolutely love the Chamoyadas made with mango. They have healthier options with fresh fruit. I have tried to go to other places close by, but they do not compare to this place! The workers are extremely friendly and are so patient with my children. This is the place to be during those hot summer days and for an afterschool treat.

This place has always been my go to spot for dessert since I discovered it. My mother and I enjoy the ice cream and all the other snacks they have to offer. Very clean inside, friendly staff. Everything I tried was really good and fresh. The elote was really good perfect amount of crema and cheese. The mango water was good, not too sweet. The strawberry ice cream was good and the fruit salad was delicious, not too much tajin. Will definitely come back.

Everything was great that we ordered A 1 scoop ice cream cup 2 corn in a cup the chile powder was not spicy tasted more smokey. And the horchata was great! Would definitely come again!

This is typically my favorite spot to get deserts everything is so fresh! And for that I’m gonna give it 4 stars. I wish I could give it 5 but tonight I had a horrible experience. The young lady who served me tonight did a horrible job and had a horrible attitude. I ordered a chicharrón preparado and she literally gave me like 3 cueritos on it so I asked for more and with an attitude she gave me a little more. Then I kid you not she poured half the bottle of cheese on it ruining it. So at that point I was over it and took it and said thank you and she responded “yeah”

I love this place, I love their ice cream and antojitos I go there since they opened, but I just went today with my grandparents and the customer service that we receive was so poor the girl who was working rolled her eyes at us several times while we were ordering, the only reason I didn’t said anything was because Of my grandparents.

Very understaffed. There was a long line when we got there. Zero communication as to how long it was going to take. Basically we walked in and just stood there while 10 other people also stood there with dumbfounded expressions on their face.

Customer service is horrible. Out of 2 girls not one could even great or ask what we’d like. Not busy either, definitely do not recommend. 👎

Really weird service and behavior. They kept serving people who came in after me. The two girls up front were making eye contact with me as I'm standing at the counter underneath the "order here" sign. But would start talking to people who walked in behind me as if I literally didn't exist right in front of them. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. I have never been treated like that in my life.

The service is not professional, I went in asking for what flavor waters they had left since many times some waters sell out befor others, When the young girl working there replied to me by saying "Look at the sign it will tell you" there was a second young girl with glasses that found the 1st girls comment funny and started laughing. As i countinued to pay they both wispered to eachother talking about the situation laughting at me. I will not be returning to this place, i can go down the street were i get treated the right way. Dont waste your money at this place and get laughed at for wanting to order.

I went in to get a hot cheetos esquite and my tray literally had an open/used bandage. that’s disgusting and unsanitary. the strawberry cheesecake thing i also got had hair in it. i would’ve take a picture but it was in the moment so i didn’t get a picture. i understand things happen but this was really really too far with the bandage i’m disgusted. and on top of that we walked in at 8:20 and we got out at 8:30 and the lady closed and locked the door once we walked out when i know they close at 9 which i don’t blame but come on .. the bandage ?
