I am honestly disappointed, i came here with my waterpolo team to enjoy lunch after a hard game. We were served insane portions, i mean absolutely tiny. I ordered a burrito with black beans, steak, cheese, pico, and lettuce. I was served a half scoop of beans and steak. There was more cheese in the burrito than steak or beans. Even the girl at the register said to the guy making my burrito, “ thats it?”. He then sprinkled a bit more cheese. Overall, I cannot beleive i paid 14 dollars for a burrito i finished in 6 bites.

Placed an online order to support Webber Elementary School on the website but there was no where to enter the code. Talked to 2 employees inside the store on how to add the code. They were adamant that they couldn't do anything. Asked if they could cancel the order and I'd order again in store with the code. Again told me they couldn't do anything and I need to cancel on the app. Went back to the website to cancel but the live agent on the support feature wouldn't respond to my messages. Refreshed a couple times and the AI agent just gave me random options without transferring to another live agent. Super disappointed in Chipotle. The only reason I even ordered was to support the school. Never going back again as you guys can't even honor that.

This is the second time I order from this store and the 2nd time they have not given us our guacamole!!! We’ve paid for guacamole each time but for some reason they never give it to us. It’s extremely frustrating and we will never be getting our food here again. Terrible service.

Came here with my brother around 8:50 PM. The food quality sucked. It was cold and when we saw the counter, it looked messy and the food was at the bottom of the containers, not fresh. We got 1 chip bag and the chips were stale. We spent $40. So disappointing. I’m sure I can get two combos at IN-N-OUT Burger, way affordable and the food & customer service are top notch.

I walked in this Chipotle branch to get a drink and some chips. Also I desperately needed help because I left my phone in my husband’s car after he dropped me off at Westminster Center. I asked the server if I could use a phone to help me contact my husband since there is no way for me to get home without a phone (obvs couldn’t book an uber or call anyone). She said that she will ask her manager and then she came back a few mins later saying that no, she couldn’t help me and and that I should “try Jamba Juice next door, maybe they can help”. Like what?? I asked politely and I’m sure I didn’t look like a homeless person or someone who would steal a phone. What a way to help a customer! I know it’s not in their job description to offer assistance this way but couldn’t they be a little conpassionate? They even huddled among themselves to discuss it. Thank goodness an employee from PetCo next door offered to me her phone right away after I explained my situation. I am never coming back to Chipotle branch at Westminster Center!

Ordered a Kids meal and got 1 puny pre-filled taco instead of the two tortillas and meat as advertised. Not coming back to this store.

Absolutely horrific portion sizes. The worker literally gave me 1 scope of rice and half of scoop of chicken for a bowl and it cost 16 dollars. It's like the workers doesn't give a damn. For 16 dollars, I rather get a poke bowl with higher quality food, fish, and portion. Hadn't been here in a while and now I know the reason why. Just terrible.

They give out the smallest portions for the most expensive food. They are always out of the smoked Tabasco sauce. The meal is just not good without the Tabasco sauce especially with the small portions. This is all because of the new manager. A couple years ago this was my favorite restaurant now it is junk.

I am simply appalled at the clear lack of effort from the staff to make the customer experience even mildly bearable. My good friend Kelez placed an order at this establishment and was given the tiniest excuse for a burrito I have ever seen. What makes the situation even worse is that another member of staff called the employee out for the small portion and he laughed it off. My friend was then charged an astonishing price of 15 dollars. This place should not have the privilege of calling themselves a chipotle restaurant.

So order through the app a bowl of burrito with meat, and specific stuff, picked it up and headed back to my work to realize they gave me wrong bowl which contains stuff i can’t eat due to allergies reasons, they ruined my lunch, my time and my money They really messed up my whole lunch at work which i ended up eating chips And the worst part is that i can’t contact they through their own App so i can’t even exchange it or get a refund, which make me more dedicated to not order from that location again or go through 3rd party apps like uber and DoorDash. Never ordering from this location again.
