Been here twice now in the past two weeks. The first time the food was 5 star. The second time carne was dry. Even though it was busy the food felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp based on how dry and hard the meat was. The carnitas was also tasteless. There was no flavor to the meat like zero seasoning had been used. Will give it another try to see which experience was the fluke.

The food is amazing but the people are very rude and don’t give you what you ask for! I asked for 2 bags of carrots he gave me one and then I said I would pay for it when your not suppose to and ignored me and still didn’t give it to me! Very rude and judgmental people! And I have been going to this place since I was kid and it was never a issue but once I started to come by myself it has been! Very disappointing! And this wont change the way they are so thats sad….

Never been here before, Ordered online - got in line, told dude I needed to grab my to go online order, he asked what I had, I told him, he made my order then when I got to checkout, next dude got entirely rude that I stood in line for my order instead of going straight to him- literally groaned at me rolled his eyes at me and said lady why did you even get in line if you had a togo order.. , THREW the fresh made order on a back table, and rudely dropped the other bag that was now cooled on the counter. I asked for more salsa and instead of grabbing it off the line in front of him, he rudely opened the bag the other guy just made, grabbed a salsa, threw it in my bag Tied it and dropped it on the counter. Dude I never had even been there and there is no sign saying to go orders in this line or anything like that. Very BAD customer service and not enough food for the $. Definitely not a place I will be recommending or buying from again

Asada tacos was disgusting.. The meat was very mushy, and flavorless. The salsa couldn't even help it, because it was flavorless as well. Idk where all these good reviews came from, because this place is not it!
