Hello reason I gave 4 stars for food wasn't hot and line was long due to Wendy's not having burgers, On 101324, me and hubby went there, I gave 5 STARS for service there is a beautiful young lady named Rebecca she was so pleasant, patient and joyful when servicing us...I enjoyed her smile, and her attitude is even gave her small tip...I will continue coming if there are more "Beckys"....give that girl a raise, plz❤️❤️

Went to the drive thru. Ordered the old favorites that Dairy Queen just brought back, a chocolate brownie blizzard and glazed animal cookie blizzard. My order was correct I was greeted pleasantly and of course it was delicious 😋.

So I called north Huntington Dairy Queen to order see if I could order a blizzard cake for tomorrow and they said they could not do it and need three days in advance and gave me attitude... I called White Oak Dairy Queen to ask if they had any blizzard cakes with Heath already made and they were super friendly and instant told me they'd make me one for tomorrow no problem. Super appreciative for the cooperation and staff!!

The food is well made here. I don't know why, but we pay more for ice cream here than at DQ in West Mifflin.

The young man who waited on us was very professional and had a very professional attitude with his job. He was polite and carried himself as if he was the boss.

Was cleaner than other DQs in area. Blizzards were properly mixed with good amounts of ingredients so they were very tasty. They were busy but service was quick.

Took the grandkids here and we all enjoyed what we got. Blizzards, sundaes and ice cream cones. All were good! Plus, even though it was lunchtime and many people were getting meals, not just ice cream treats like us, they were very efficient in getting everything out. We also liked that there was indoor and outdoor seating here. Some places still don’t allow indoor seating and the pandemic is over. We’ll come back here again for sure!

We went into dairy building. But the car is line loty at drive -thru. It really busy wit mostly their drive -thru than building. It seem inexpensive with $ for ice cream and blizzard. Yep

We had to wait for our food, but I expected that as we didn't order ice cream so I wasn't concerned about that. The food tasted good and the staff was friendly. This was a nice change as normally when we visit here the staff isn't the friendliest.

Usually I'd give them 5 ⭐. But this visit I gave 4 because the girl at register didn't hear me when I told her to add cheese & bacon to my sandwich. Probably an honest oversight. Kinda bummed that DQ doesn't carry fried mushrooms anymore also! All good though 👍

This one is good the food is cooked right and the wait time is not bad. I just wish you would reopen the lobby part and your prices are slightly higher then other Dairy Queen in the area.

This was our 2nd time coming here and if I was buying just for me I'd come back. My mother has had stomach issues after eating the chicken tenders both times; I believe it is because of my mother's stomach and nothing to do with the food. We do like the blizzards a lot, especially on those hot days.

The service was good. My son didn't drink his Blizzard, because he just isn't a dessert person. The food was fresh and the chicken tenders were not overpowered with seasoning.

Food is ALWAYS good here. They seem to hire pleasant staff. Only complaints are that the drive thru line gets VERY long, and the franchise owners seem to opt to limit many choices available at other Dairy Queens.

Very expensive $ 3 for a small cone. The food is reasonable but why so much for ice cream?? And they won't tip a blizzard like they do in West VA, VA Beach on the boardwalk, and Maryland

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a double cheeseburgers w/ fries and a single cheeseburger w/ fries. ... along w/ a banana milkshake. A good part of the shake was chunks of banana, making it hard to drink thru straw. The burgers were so dry, I could swear they were made hours earlier & just kept on a section of the grill to "keep warm". Burgers were huge disappointment, but the fries were perfect. I had no idea DQ had such great french fries!! I'll remember when I order there again to get anything BUT a burger!! Even my DOG had issues chewing and swallowing the burger patty!! And had we ordered a Blizzard, the chunks of banana would have been delicious, but when you cannot drink your shake because of the chunks, BLAAAHH!!

They never ever get your order right in the drive thru. They always miss a detail. Wrong item, wrong quantity, or wrong details. It's a shame because their food is better than the Wendy's and Arby's nearby.

The food was tasty. The restaurant was clean. Employee was friendly. Bringing the food to the table was a nice touch. However, for the price, the burger seems a tad on the small size and the fries included in the standard combo is definitely a small small.

I went in to get a birthday cake the other day, not a sole in the place but me. I saw at least 3 employees (young persons) there. Didn’t seem to be doing much. I went over to the cooler, looked at the different sizes & options. I wanted the larger round cake , but the one I wanted was literally on the bottom shelf ALL the way in the back. I had to play somewhat of a game of Tetris to try & get the one I wanted. It’s harder than you think to move around cakes that are large & not light without extra room you need on the shelves. I had to have been there for 5 ish minutes & not one of the girls working, (standing around) offered to assist me! Cake was good though, even though he turned 28, he asks for one

It's ok in a pinch it's always fairly dirty inside and the ice cream doesn't seem to be as cold as the others in the area. They won't flip your blizzard.

Food is good but to sit and wait for 14 minutes is ridiculous. Plus I ordered 3 items and 2 of them were wrong. A bad night for them?

Listen. I'm a reasonable person and my expectations are not unrealistic. But every time I go to this location, I learn something else that they "can't do". Put a sundae in a blizzard cup so it doesn't spill over the sides. Can't. Make a Reese's peanut butter cup milkshake. Can't. Call you to verify a cake order. Can't. As a former Dairy Queen employee and sister of a current Dairy Queen employee, never have I ever had an issue making or ordering a peanut butter cup milkshake or finding a way to accommodate a guests request or following up with a customer to verify an order. We're not curing cancer here, people. It's ice cream.

For the prices, the food should taste much better and we noticed employees not always washing their hands and not paying attention to what they were doing. I watched them fill up the cup with the wrong soda, while they were chatting with coworkers and I figured she was filling it up for someone else maybe inside or behind me in drive thru, when she tried handing it to me, I told her she gave me the wrong soda. She refused to acknowledge it and insisted it was the right soda. I was on lunch break and took the soda, which was definitely not the right one. And I will not be going back.

I've been going to this dairy queen for the past 4 years and it is consistently horrible. I order food each time and I have never had an experience where the fries are fresh and warm, they're ALWAYS cold and taste like they were made the day before. The burgers are put together poorly and you might get one pickle on them. The food is very messy and honestly I'd expect this kind of quality from McDonalds, not dairy queen. Any other dairy queen I've been to is a wonderful experience and the food is the best fast food you can find. The Dairy Queen in North Versailes is the best in the area, their food is always consistent and I've never had a bad experience there. Avoid this place like the plague

The food was below average, the milkshakes were runny, and the tea machine only gave out raspberry tea no matter which button you pushed. The only reason it got 2 stars is because the employees were nice.

Made a trip out here and was waiting in line to order but didn't make it in time before they closed. I was hoping they would do the courteous thing and still serve me but they said they shut all the machines down right at 9:30. Super frustrating and disappointing when your family is looking forward to DQ!

Went there to get a burger, fries, & blizzard. Ended up coking steak at home while moving the lawn at the same time! This location seems "COST PROHIBITIVE" on the back end! The gal said she "couldnt substitute a drink for a blizzard at THIS LOCATION, even for an extra cost." I said with the $10 combo running $11.89 hows that not possible? The gal says WELL its $11.89 thats what it is! Im like "Oh so u just gonna try & SILENCE me huh?" So I said I'll just take my business elsewhere. Was totally appalled! She totally tried to rush me & I just said screw that! I also wont be delivering any more of their mobile orders. Update: On/around 05/12 location had a power failure requiring their entire meter box/panel & so on to be rewired. Im pretty sure they lost all their product being an ice cream store! Karma! I've had this Dairy Queen at 5 stars for over a year. Today, I ordered 2 blizzards. Literally, maybe a spoonful of toppings in each and both at the bottom of each cup, not mixed well or at all and probably almost plan inch of space on top. Would have given it a 1 star but it's ice cream. Still good.

Absolutely terrible since COVID. It is now almost June and the restaurant is still operating as Drive-thru only!? The state is lifting mask mandates yet here you sit in line for over a half hour just to get pulled to a waiting spot after placing your order and wait another 15+ minutes. You get the food and there’s a good chance your order isn’t completely correct. I only gave it an extra star because the food is at least good. I think it’s time to let patrons back into the restaurant for better service. DQ has lost its chill.

Went there specifically today because I just received coupons in my local paper for DQ. I don't usually go there, but thought I'd try it since I got the coupons. Afterputting in my order at the drive thru, they told me they don't accept dq coupons. Makes no sense. My order was for a large blizzard (6) and get one for 99 cents. Went then to McDonald's and got 2 for half the price

Peach cobbler blizzard had a dusting of cobbler on the top. Beyond that it was an entire cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Zero effort. Will try again sometime and willing to update my review accordingly. Judging by other recent reviews this location needs to do better. Also, they post a one sauce rule. Bruh. Everyone knows 2 sauces is the minimum viable saucing. Chick-fil-A don't play that.

This was my second trip to the White Oak Dairy Queen and my last. The first time my take home order was incorrect- charged for a medium and given a small. Tonight I had a mobile coupon on the Dairy Queen fan ap and was told they couldn't accept mobile coupons.

Worst experience I ever received. There was mold on my wife’s bun and she’s pregnant and while everyone was in the back BS’n they totally disregarded my concern and just picked the mold part off of the bun. I was disgusted and they had worst attitude especially Tammy the manager. I’ll never go there again. Thanks Dairy Queen 👎🏼

Please save your money and do not go here. 2 small blizzards and 2 mini blizzards for kids. All the blizzards were same price total rip off. Got a #4 meal. Menu said $6 dollars. If you want fries thats an extra $2. Why do you advertise a combo meal and tack on more money for items that should be in a combo. Will never go to a DQ again total rip off.

Went through the drive thru order ice cream for myself my wife my two daughters before even receiving the ice cream it was already melting the blizzard I ordered for myself was like soup in a cup. I called the store to inform the manager of the poor service and to tell them how bad my experience was. This shift manager or shift supervisor seem to get very defensive when I was explaining my situation and telling them about my experience. I then proceeded to tell the manager that I would call back tomorrow to talk to the store manager she then replied to me I'm leaving note so don't worry. Out of the entire trip there the best part was leaving and coming home. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. I strongly discourage people from going there and will probably not be returning if I can help it.

Go to Rita's Ice - This DQ has NO quality control. Ordered a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard. Received vanilla ice cream with peanut butter powder swirled around in it. Apparently, the employees do not know the menu. Don't even say you're busy and didn't understand what the customer wanted - ASK if you don't understand or aren't sure. Will not go here again. Like I said first - go to Rita's Ice ... it's just across the street.

BEWARE they do NOT participate in any of the deals in the DQ commercials and they do NOT accept coupons that DQ puts in the mail either. You do NOT know until you tell them that you are using coupon for xyz. They operate under the DQ license to lure customers in. I will never patronize this location again.

Used to love Diary Queen, but now they have crossed the line. They used to toast their bread and butter it to perfection. Now they decided that they don’t need butter on the bread. This is a monstrosity. I still plan on going there, but it will never be the same.

I have never come here and not had my order messed up. If you want to play a game of "let's see what random kind of blizzard I get that I didn't order" this is the place to do it. Edit: it's been over a year, I and I can report it is exactly the same. Last night moments after I ordered and paid I was handed food that didn't remotely match my order. It's like a circus in there.

Saw the ad for the Valentine cake for $9.95.called them and had them set one aside for me.went in to pick it up and they said they don't participate in that special but have one for $16.95. then saw two other notes on the door and cash register that they don't participate in two other coupon specials.wow I guess they just think they are to good to give a discount.i also ordered a fish sandwich and fries, which were soggy and tasted terrible.i will never go back to the white oak store.who does the owner think he is! Very Rude customer service!! Seen a worker arguing with a family they were treated so bad. They asked for a refund on the food. The worker was so nasty to the gentleman and his daughter. After seeing this we didn't order from this location. And went to a different Dairy Queen that treats customers with respect.

I got 2 mini blizars 2 small blizzards and a burger which I was assuming fries came with (which did not) total $23. Such a shame the burger was $7. The worst prices I will never go there again. The worker that helped me was Keyshawn Wright and he was a great employee , so sad to hear that he got fired. The owner is horrible and racist. I will not be going again. I hope that whoever is in charge of the hiring process has more diversity… just because the Dairy Queen I went to is in white oak, does not mean it should only keep white employees. I will be letting my peers know the discrimination he faced and to not go there as well.

i ordered two sundaes from here tonight on 9/23 @8:00, the customer service the young lady had was very disappointing and pitiful. She was very miserable to take my order and didn’t say one word to me when giving me my food at the window. Anyways i received my ice cream and it was melted once we got up the street after we pulled them out of the bag because she obviously made them and let them sit there while we were going through the drive through. Not sure of this poor workers name but she had brown hair and glasses. i think she is a manager of higher up here which shows that this occurring may result in a decline of sales at this store.

I will never order anything from these people again. As you can see in the picture, the cheese, which should have been shredded, is actually pasteurized processed American cheese that was ripped up into pieces They neglected to provide salad dressing, utensils, sauces, and they also neglected to provide napkins, the bacon tasted obscure, and they didn't even toast the bread. They lost a customer with this experience.

I'd love to give a better review.. The food is usually good. Unfortunately everytime we come here, and order the chicken basket with country gravy they only fill the container half way. Even if you ask for extra? I understand trying to save on food cost.. But when you give half a container for 6 strips... It's a little aggressive. I'll likely be back, and am ready to change my review. I've been back, and there is unfortunately nothing but worse happenings... I even specified that this happened... AND STILL the same issue. No response from the GM either.

Ordered online for delivery. I ordered 2 bacon burgers and 2 large fries. I received 2 flaming hot burgers. Tried to call them and they didn’t answer so I emailed them and had door dash contact them about the mistake. Them never responded to door dash and it took 4 days for them to respond to my email. At this point, the burgers were thrown out and because I never took a picture of what they sent, I never heard back from them. HORRIBLE customer service! Will never order from there again.

Update after trying again. Missed a whole meal on the order and didn't cook the fries. This location may end up losing their delivery options because they mess up so many orders. Forced tipping at this location and they messed up the order several different ways. SO definitely didn't deserve a tip.

Poor customer service , door was open at 9:10 but they turned me away and said they was closed but allowed 3 school bus loads in after us . Corporate responds by saying sorry but the inside closes at 9 and drive through is open until 9:30 . 1. Better signs on door to make sure people know. 2. This place screws up orders all the time. How freaking hard is it to listen to order and make what is asked for. They have enough workers there.But they dont seem to actually give a crap. Youll be home before you realize its wrong. Worth driving up into north huntingdon to that one. And its not like its cheap here. 17 bucks for 3 blizzards and 1 was wrong. This isnt the first time either, but will be my last time.....

This is the worst DQ ever. They got the size of blizzard wrong so they decide to dump the contents from the smaller cup to a larger cup and didn't add any more chocolate nor snickers. If I could rate this place a 0 I would.. don’t come here everytime I have cane here they’ve messed up my order.. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake with extra peanut butter. They barely added peanut butter and added chocolate chunks.. they’re all teenagers that work there that don’t want to do their job.. last time I was here I asked for a hand dipped cone with chocolate. They dumped chocolate into a dish then out icecream and a cone inside. Thought I’d give this place another try.. not again.. do better and hire better people

They made us park to wait for our order, half hour goes by...Still no food! And when we get it they gave us wrong food. Had to wait for right sandwich which by the time we got it our onion rings where ice cold. Manager Tammy could care less! Finally open my sandwich to eat after I got my husband's sandwich taken care of ....I do believe Godzilla walked across it! He opens his and....the A1 sauce was pretty nonexistent....pictures attached....Tammy you are not very good at customer service..please it's not that hard...swallow your anger that was written all over your face even before i approached you about my order issue...the poor child who was working was repeatedly apologizing when it should have been you!
