This location in White Settlement, TX was not up to the standards I am normally used to in any state. Ordering our food was fine, except we were told the differences between regular iced coffee, vanilla iced coffee and frozen coffee. Then told they would put extra sugar in bag. When we got our coffees, was not what we were told it would be. We had to ask for more sugar as it was gross tasting. Service is always excellent!

This has been the go to Chick-fil-A for about 2 years now. Shortly after we started going here we noticed the lettuce tasted a little different. Today we got evidence of why... I think there was either bird poop or dirt on our lettuce. I was able to wash right off, but I'll never be ordering the lettuce again... See pics of the before and after.

My goal with the mobile order is to have the food ready when I get there for pickup. Instead, the app only places the order after you’ve arrived. Then you get the pleasure of waiting 15+ minutes for them to start finally making your food. Completely defeats the purpose of placing an order in advance. Made me late to work. Also I ordered 30 chicken minis and no jam or honey provided.

Very disappointed in our recent visit. The delivery time was fast and the driver was friendly. But, the portion of the food was horrible... The large fries were less than ⅔ filled and the 8ct nuggets were so small, they barely equaled 1 chicken strip. Their prices keep going up but their portions are getting smaller.

The drive through update is AWFUL. There's an empty lane for mobile orders while the people trying to use the drive through pile up. We could've gone to the next city to get food quicker than sitting in that line.

Terrible service. Was completely ignored at the drive thru, they walked passed my car and started helping the cars behind me. I started waving at them and they still ignored me. Went to the window and they said I had to park my car to wait for my order… I only ordered 1 sandwich no meal…while everyone else behind me got their food. After I complained they gave me rude attitude and made side comments amongst themselves and handed me the sandwich. Why tell me I needed to park my car if you handed me the food after complaining?

I ordered my food at 10:13 and was in the mobile pick up line for 30 minutes. I get to the window and it's not ready and now it's lunchtime and the guy at the window says pull over around to the front and someone will bring it out. They never brought my food out. I went inside and had to wait again. I finally got my food at 10:57. No apology from management or anything. There were several customers waiting and complaining about how long they had been waiting.

I ordered a grilled chicken and egg biscuit, but received an English muffin instead. After driving around the building and opening the food, I returned to the drive-through to correct the order. The cashier took the opened, handled food back through the window and passed it to the expo worker, who then handed it directly back into the kitchen area. Per FDA Food Code and Texas Food Establishment Rules, food that has left the window and been handled by a customer is considered contaminated and must be discarded. Bringing it back into the food prep area creates a cross-contamination risk for other customers. I have been ill for the past two days following this meal and am concerned about the restaurant's hygiene standards.

Just a heads up if you're using the mobile app, the app lies, it says that they're preparing your food so it'll be ready when you get there but then You get there and your food's not ready, That being said if you order breakfast before 10:30 and get there after 10:30 you won't get your food, what a joke. What made me even angrier was they had the audacity to offer me some lesser food items, no I don't want some crappy plain biscuit when I ordered a ten count of chicken minis, I actually took off work for this so thanks for wasting my freaking time!!!

This is the slowest and least efficient location I’ve been to. Food is the usual great Chic Fil A taste but wouldn’t recommend the drive through, you’ll wait 20 minutes just to get to the window due to the set up.

What a disaster their drive through lanes situation has become. Making the streets and freeways more dangerous by causing people to order on the app while driving. Shame on this location. They've made one of the 2 lanes a mobile app only lane. It also causes tremendous delays in the regular drive through lane, backing up traffic into the parking lot, trapping parked cars. This is not a corporate move, but a local franchisee choice, as other chick fil a's don't have the mobile order lane. Shame on you. I'll drive 5 miles out of my way to go to another chick fil a from now on. Corporate ought to be made aware of this cluster.

Customers, beware of flies trapped in the salads. Always check your food before eating. My family loves Chick-fil-A, and we’ve ordered from this location countless times. It’s conveniently located on my route home from work, so I often stop there for dinner. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I picked up three salads, and all of them had live flies trapped inside. One salad even had two flies that flew out when we opened the lid. When I checked the third salad, without even removing the lid, I saw another live fly inside and recorded it on video. I called Chick-fil-A to request a full refund, but the person I spoke with questioned my claim and insisted I come into the store to get the refund. I declined and told them I would be leaving this review to simply warn others: check your food carefully before eating.

I eat at Chick-fil-A at least once a week. Today after working a 13 hour shift at the hospital I stop by this Chick-fil-A. It is almost 9 PM at night and I’m not sure why their drive-through is so busy but there’s like 15 cars in their drive-through and the line is not moving. I was tired and I just wanted to get a quick sandwich and a drink and be on my way so I went inside to the dining room to order and take it home. One of the employees walks out to me and tells me the dining room is closed and that I either have to use the app to pick up an order or go back to drive-through. I tell her I just want to order something to go and be on my way. She turns around I guess talk to one of the managers and the manager tells her that the registers are closed so she comes back to me and tells me that I either have to use the app or go back through drive-through. I’ve never been to Chick-fil-A this late in the evening and I will never be going back again. There is no more customer service with a lot of these restaurants. If your dining room doors are open then you should be able to take an order from a customer. I was very disappointed because as I stated, I go to Chick-fil-A And eat there once a week and I order from this restaurant dozens of times, but I was disappointed by their customer service of forcing me to either use an app which I don’t have and go back to drive-through to pick up the order or go back through drive-through on the regular lane which there were already like 15 cars in the line and the cars were not moving. This location really needs to do better at serving customers. I will never visit this location again!

I made a delivery order this morning. It took about an hour for it to show up. The food was cold and soggy did not receive straws with my drinks tried to call the store got sent to a operator. Helpline gave all my information was told I would receive a callback from the store never receive a call. Try to make a claim on the app. The app would not let me do so it told me I need to go into the store to make a claim or to get a refund. I went up there a couple hours later I was told I was supposed to have the food with me that I ordered, but it had already been a couple hours. Threw it away by then was told I cannot receive a refund was given three sandwich vouchers Which The amount of money I spent was almost $50 to have the food delivered in total, so I felt like I was scammed. I do not recommend ordering a delivery from this location unless you want your food to be soggy and you get no refund.

I love Chick Fil-A..well, I use to love it. I’ve gotten these very small chicken sandwiches too many times! It’s always a hit and miss with no consistency at all. The kid at the front register said it was a normal size and that sometimes you get a decent size sandwich and sometimes you get a small one..well screw that! I expect to get my money’s worth every time! I’m tired of rolling the dice there. I took it to the counter and asked if it was a kids meal sandwich? Look at the picture, the pickle is almost as big as the chicken! I put a business card beside it for reference so you could get a better visual on how small this thing was!
