Ordered medium chocolate shake and salted caramel treats. The shake was a five as usual but the salted caramel treats were four pieces of fried dough with lots of butter and no salted caramel. Very disappointed in the caramel treats. Usually all the sides are so good.

Smasher double burger was paper thin dried up patties. Frys were old and cold, onion rings were made of skins and were over cooked in what appeared to be dirty fryer oil. Sonic...give up the new burgers, stick to what you make best, the original #1 and #2 burgers.

This location is hit and miss. Everyone is nice, but the food is wrong half the time. For instance, my real fruit slush is always wrong. Sometimes, key ingredients are left off when not asked, like onions. And again sometimes it is correct. Many stalls don't work correctly and you can't pay at them or can't see them. I am patient and always get it fixed, it's just too frequent so make sure to check your order if you're taking it to go. The food is good though and of course we will be back.

For the past several times coming to this Sonic, the orders are wrong every time. They either don't listen when you order, or they don't care. It's gotten to where it seems like every trip is such a frustration at the total lack of caring what the customer is saying.

I ordered a couple of blasts and they tasted almost like soap or rotted milk I couldn't tell what that tasted was but it left a numbing feeling on my tongue that reminded me of soap. It may have been rotted milk cause it was the ice cream not the add ins that tasted like that. I'm disappointed and won't be going back there

If you order after about 1 pm, don't expect the order to be correct, good or correct. We’ve went here quite a few times and they are consistently filling the orders wrong. Our last order, we ordered a chicken sandwich add cheese, add pickles. This was clearly in receipt and no pickles or cheese was present despite being charged. The same visit we ordered a hamburger, no cheese, minus Mayo and ketchup, add mustard. Also clearly on receipt. The burger received was seriously meat, bread and mustard. Same visit, ordered mozzarella sticks with ranch. Again on receipt. No ranch out even marinara sauce in msg. This was have been an easy fix but we ordered in app, picked up and drive home before realizing the order was 45% correct. My husband goes here sometimes for lunch and his order will be correct and decent. The fries and tots are rarely hot on afternoon or super. Your lucky if the hamburger is even warm. This is clearly poor night shift management and employees half doing their job. Skip the Whitney sonic, go to the McDonald’s of chicken express.

Ive called multiple times trying to get the phone number for the corporate office # and nobody answers! Not great customer service at all!

Disappointed and concerned. For the past two months, I’ve been served spoiled shakes at this Sonic. I gave them another chance after a few weeks, hoping it was a one-time issue—but the shakes were still rotten. What’s troubling is that the staff seems aware of the problem but continues to serve them anyway. This is one of the few fast food options in Whitney, and you’d think they’d take a little more pride in that. If something as obvious as spoiled shakes is being ignored, it really makes you wonder what else they’re cutting corners on that isn’t as easy to notice.

Just got home and pulled out the burger. It’s burnt and dry. The fries taste like oil and cold, and the chocolate shake is gray!!?? None of it is edible and straight in the trash

Guy on the intercom was disrespectful about not having ice cream. I’m sure it gets redundant having to exclaim the lack of product. However an ounce of professionalism would suffice.

Push the button and wait 9 minutes for an answer? Meanwhile 4 employees are literally just standing around inside, not taking my order. You should value your customers more. Then when we get our food it's sloppy. You're not busy, why is the food so sloppy? Do better.

Horrible experience. I've gotten cheated twice here Time #1 I ordered a bacon burrito with extra bacon and extra eggs. They gave me hardly any eggs and NO bacon Time #2 I ordered in the app and the app glitched and sent random food to a location I had never heard of. I was declined a refund even though I never got the food The managers at this location are also rude and only concerned about speed. They dismissed all of my concerns. I hope management reads this.
