Absolutely The slowest McDonald's you'll ever visit. If you see a single person in that drive-thru line bail out immediately. And unless you're ordering one drink and the line is empty, do not go. You will be waiting 10 to 15 minutes. Absolute worst. Slowest McDonald's you will ever visit.

I ordered a state bagel with 2 eggs and extra morning sauce. They gave me a regular bagel, and they charged me try to call him on the phone. No one answers the phone one of the worst mcdonald's I have ever gone to. I'm a security supervisor Miller Filmore around the corner. I can't go back and get my food fixed but no one answers the phone there.

Got into a verbal altercation with a worker over the fact I accidentally spilled a drink. When trying to remedy the situation he just handed me the mop and went on about his day, after reminding him that I was not an employee I was accused of spilling the drink on purpose and proceeded to argue over the fact that he wouldnt do his job and accosted a customer. 1 star to everything never come here.

Do NOT come here if you want your food in a timely manner. Service is non-existent, there is nobody at the front counter to help, I assume to cut costs. Your only option is kiosk, drive through, or pick up. Kiosk is not maintained because the printer was out of paper for receipts at all kiosks. I ordered from kiosk, order was never shown on screen. I waited 45 minutes and wasted my lunch break trying to get help and watching people who came after me walk out with their order. The staff will drop off orders and ignore you. Good luck even getting a refund if your order is missed. They made eye contact with me and walked away multiple times. Staff looked annoyed at me for wanting help on my order that they missed. When someone finally acknowleded I exist they asked me for receipt, but nobody could even fill the paper roll for the kiosk. I would not be surprised if someone spit in my food. It was cold when I got it anyways. Save yourself the headache and drive to the next nearest McDs or another chain, this place needs new staff and management.

Went there for lunch stayed till dinner! My food took forever and wasn’t completed fully. Went in for missing nuggets and sauce and got ignored. The workers at this specific McDonalds is trash very rude and non compliant at all.

Workers forgot to give complete my entire order. I walked inside to get the rest and was ignored. After patiently waiting i asked the lady if she can complete my order and she gave me a smirk and ignored me again. Definitely could use new management.

Extremely slow with sufficient staff. Ordered two sandwiches and two coffees. Lost 45 minutes in the restaurant. Drive thru slow also. The employee on break felt the need to have her phone volume loud enough for all of us to hear what she was watching.

Came here today with my service dog, expecting a quick meal. Instead, I got an unfriendly welcome and was refused entry. What’s surprising is that every other McDonald’s I’ve visited has been welcoming — some even offer my dog a puppy cup. It’s amazing how this location missed the meaning of “customer service.”

Aleart !!!Pathetic customer service by the staff and the store Manager - Maria ... This location badly needs to get train by McDonald company. All the staff including Manager wasn't wearing gloves/ caps while preparing foods for the customers. One of the staff member was sweating and he was putting fries in the bag. Another girl was coughing too much and was wrapping the sandwiches in the bag. I can say with certainty that if the health department is visited, they will close this location as the staff of this location along with the Managaer - Maria. are spreading germs to the meal instead of food.

This is the worst mc donalds I've ever been to. They are never staffed. They never come to the front counter. They just keep making drive thru orders and ignore everyone standing up front. When they do come over to bring you your order, finally, they almost throw it at you and walk away even when you ask for your cup or some ketchup this place is the worst

It tools almost 30 minutes for my food. I ordered a large fry with extra salt and a spicy crispy chicken. I asked for the order to be brought out and it never was. I go inside after finally getting fed up and was given unsalted fries and a plain chicken sandwich. I then went back inside explained this was wrong. Was told there was salt in the bag. I dumped the bag upside down so the cashier could see there's nothing in the bag but napkins. No salt. Nothing is correct ! Sandwich was sloppy. I actually want my money back lol
