Buy thier hot chocolate. Buy it. Put it in your mouth and thank me later. Extra whip cream on top. Always. Delicious. Always so freaking delicious. Spot hits the spot. Good date spot too. Very welcoming and did I remember to tell you to get the hot chocolate?. Do it. Stop looking at your phone and just do it. Hot chocolate go and order it at the counter.
This is my favorite cafe in buffalo. The barista here, Hamad, really knows his stuff and has made me the best traditional macchiatos I've every had. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed too. A fair mix of family, college, and hipster. The only thing is sometimes the live music is pretty loud. Otherwise it's a great location right off the 290.
Cozy cafe with comfy seating available, great coffee, and yummy food options for breakfast and lunch! You really can't go wrong. The omelettes are especially great!
Love their scarlet tea!! Great place to meet a client or friend to share conversation.
On Monday I lost a special pin. Karen found it and pinned it in a safe place. On Wednesday I asked about the pin and she brought it right to me! 5 stars (the coffee is good too)
Spot is my favorite pretentious coffee shop in the world, and I don't even have to try they just are. They normally have a friendly open atmosphere with fantastic food and beverages. I have never had a complaint about Spot other than occasionally you get a bitchy barista or it's so packed it's impossible to get in.
A great spot(no pun intended) on main street. I drink mostly tea but there are many excellent beverage options. Friendly staff and good food. The atmosphere is also good. Only down side is the parking can be limited during peek hours
Spot is a fantastic place to grab a quick bite but more so to get a delicious coffee. Fast and friendly service in a laid back atmosphere.
You will be pleasantly surprised by how fresh and gourmet their menu items are. Pizzas have neopolitan crust and are sized for about one person. Mesculin greens are fresh and crisp. The only exception is everything in their dessert cooler - that stuff is your typical frozen variety of airport pastries. How did they screw up rice crispy treats there's only 3 ingredients
Spot never disappoints and does an amazing job choosing great employees to represent their neighborly brand. Food is fantastic and pastries very good, the only complaint I might have is that they need to change up their pastry offerings.
Staff was exceptionally nice, which makes it a delightful place to visit the coffee is very good. The food is great too. Avacado toast was amasing.
Very nice coffee shop. Probably the crown jewel in the Spot chain. Excellent egg sandwich and a great latte.
My sister and I went on a Monday, lunchtime. The place was "comfortabley" crowded. We found a table for 2 near the front window which provided our entertainment! I had the Grilled cheese on a panini, it came with a mixed greens salad, and coffee. The food was very fresh and tasty. The coffee (house blend) could have been a little stronger. Everything was great as always!! I love this Spot location, can't wait to sit outside!
It been a while since I've been here, but as always the food is good and the service is amazing. I was able to enjoy a strawberry/banana smoothie, and my Brother enjoyed the spicy tuna sandwich on focaccia bread (he ended up getting a smoothie too and loved it). Thank you spot for helping me to enjoy my Sunday afternoon.
Buffalo's best coffee and best coffee house! By far Spot Coffee sells the absolute best coffee and has the best service. Always friendly and fast service. The coffee is always fresh and tastes great and is at an affordable price too. They also offer a great variety of breakfast and lunch foods that also taste great and is very reasonably priced. Spot Coffee is a great way to start the day!
I have been going to spot coffee for about 20 years. This is the one on Main street, it is a beautiful setup, and of course the food is consistently good. I had my favorite cheddar cheese tomato Panini with a side salad. I brought a friend and she had never been there before and she loved it too.
Great place for coffee and food! Have done a fair amount of work here, and enjoy it for meeting up with friends. Can be a bit noisy at times, which makes it harder for larger groups. Their Mike egg sandwich is the best egg sandwich I've ever had in any place, ever. Highly, highly recommend it! With added sausage it can't be beat. Other food is pretty solid too, beats Panera(except in soups) for sure!
The employees are so hipster and efficient at their jobs, I've never waited longer than a few minutes for my drink. The food they have there is outstanding as well. Such a wide range of drinks AND food options, you can't go wrong at this location. Try the Caramel Macchiato or the Mocha Shake. Those are my two favorite drinks. Their wraps are all magnificent for lunch too. Definitely worth it.
I have never had a bad experience here! Every single order is delicious and made quickly and correct. Everyone who works there is helpful and nice.
4 guys stopped in for a quick bite before a round of golf and we were all amazed by friendly staff, the speed of the food and then the overall quality of our dishes. I had the egg white veg omelette, someone else had a regular omelette and the other two had the fried egg sandwich. Everyone was happy. The coffee was amazing and my only regret is that I didn't grab a bag to bring back to Canada with me!!
Spot Coffee is one of the better coffee shops in Buffalo. Amazing coffee and great atmosphere. Plenty of seating so you can get a table almost any time. Their food is pretty good too, just slightly overpriced.
Consistently better than any place in town in every category. If my coffee doesn't come from somebody with over 50% of their body covered in holes or Ink, it just doesn't taste that good. The place is usually kept pretty clean although considering how dark it is in there I could be wrong LOL their menu items are delicious but the coffee is where it's at.
Today was my first ever visit to a SpotCoffee, this one was in Williamsville. It was clean and comfortable. I had a western omelet and I have to say it was the best I have ever had anywhere. The ingredients were fresh and the omelet was cooked perfectly. If all there food is this good, you certainly could not go wrong with anything on the menu!
Spot Coffee is a necessary local space. It is clean, friendly, hip, and fun. It's a good place to study, have a date, get some ridiculously good food (try their pizzas, seriously!), and have one heck of a cup of coffee. This is a really cozy Spot Coffee, has fun bathrooms, and comfortable seating. It's a good corner for the community.
One of our favorite places. I love the food and the coffee, and the ambience is great. I usually get a regular coffee, but occasionally splurge and get a caramel macchiato. I like the feel of the ones in downtown Buffalo better, but I love that this is close to where I live. Great place!!
Food and drinks are always soo good and made the same every time. Pretty quick as well. I was waiting for a drink today when the assistant manager was batista, I could see she was handling a problem so I was patient. When she noticed I was waiting for her she immediately upgraded me and gave me a coupon for next time. Definitely not necessary, but very appreciated.
The best SPoT Coffee in the Buffalo area, although they are all pretty nice. This one has the most open atmosphere, the most fun location, the most energetic vibe. So totally worth it. Also, order the London Fog, but get it with the lavender. Totally worth it.
Nice atmosphere, good coffee (which I spilled) and tasty cookies. Their selection of books is appropriately pretentious, but their board game selection sucks. +10 points for playing a lot of Muse songs while I was there. There were enough Apples to make cider, i felt insufficiently douchy lacking a Mac of my own.
When here to kill time waiting for my wife getting her hair done next door. Ordered a mocha latte. Well crafted with a good coffee flavor comes thru the mocha not the over sweet like some make. The goodies looked tempting but I resisted. Nice relaxing atmosphere to kick back and work on your computer or read a book.
Great coffee ☕️ shop with free WiFi 😋
Happy holiday version of our reviews! We went with a spiced cookie latte and frosted mint mocha. Really really good, and festive! I would rate the mint mocha a 9.6/10 you can’t really taste the mint (but I’m not complaining about that) and it even comes with a decorative mint shoot (not really sure if we can eat it or not though, but I’m SURE my brother could use to eat it as he hasn’t brushed his teeth today :). The spiced cookie latte also scores highly. Great balance of cinnamon, milk, coffee, and sugar without being excessively sweet. I feel a grande would be too much however. Very cosy on the inside with a lot of natural light, and a friendly staff! The Williamsville mural on the wall is terrific and I like that’s its focus is Williamsville and doesn’t encompass Buffalo. Would definitely recommend Spot coffee for a spot of coffee:) Merry Christmas 🎄!!!
I only had a hot blueberry hibiscus tea. It was fantastic. It was very busy, but my sister's in law and I had a wonderful time talking and connecting. Would definitely go there again.
Spot is THE go to coffee shop for us. Love the grilled cheese with tomato. Ask for it to be added when you order it! Love the shakes and the coffee. Good food choices. Never close pleaseeee
The spot (pun intented) you want to go for a true cappuccino or coffee that you won't get at the competitors! Always looking to support local and Spot is one of my favorites. I love their soup and bread but all the locations are always on point with a great cappuccino!
The breakfast was great, my friend lives in Buffalo and said this is her favorite spot to come to. We had gotten avocado toast with egg and bacon along with a pizza bagel which was fantastic also and had red pesto on it. The coffee and chai latte were amazing too. Definitely recommend!!
We stopped by on the way to the airport as it was a predictable quick bite to eat. Even though it wasn’t a sit down restaurant like we wanted, the food was very good for it being a coffee shop. The food is freshly made unlike Starbucks where the food is prepackaged. We got two bagel sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese. All of our food was delicious. The coffee is decent, better than your Keurig coffee, but not as a good as Tim Horton’s. (According to my dad 🤣) I got the blackberry lavender lattée and my mom got the chai latte(both iced) which were both very yummy. Great spot for a quick bight or to sit and do some work.
This is one of our preferred coffee shops in Williamsville. My girlfriend and I love to stop here whether it’s just for a coffee to go, or gladly stay inside if we have time for lunch! Pretty much everything is good, the iced coffee especially. I really enjoy their pizzas too. Certainly not my first time here and definitely will not be the last! Would rather stop here than Tim’s any day of the week
We went there today for a evening coffee. Spot coffee will never disappoint you. It has the best environment. It doesn’t really matter which location you go to. Service is top notch. Food and drinks are top notch. Their drinks taste the same way they were tested 10 years ago. Their drinks are best in Buffalo and WNY. Keep up the good work guys.
The first thing you notice when you walk in is the calm, friendly atmosphere. It definitely feels like a place friends can go and hang out, or even a person who likes to be alone in a crowd. There's even a nice shelf withstand games on it. SPoT sets itself apart from the crowd in that regard. The coffee tastes great! It has body and life that you won't find in a chain like Dunkin or Starbucks. In town for work and without hesitation this was the place that was recommended to me and now I know why. Every future trip I take to Buffalo will now include a detour here.
I went early in the am.... I found it to be very good, a bit costly. Overall, I would go back just for the latte' it was soo good..... I do not remember the floor being dirty. They are very busy, so they may need to hire someone for a few hours a day just to keep up with the demand of cleanliness.... :) I definitely would recommend this place!!!!
Very cute atmosphere. There was art on the wall. The BTS art was very well drawn, by the way. Nice touch! Great selection of treats to go with my coffee.
It is lovely to sit and be able to write on a laptop, or read, and have some truly good coffee.. it is kind of expensive, though, so it is not an every day thing. They have regular tables and chairs, and armchairs. The armchairs ARE getting to the point where it seems weird that they aren't replacing them. Seating is sometimes impossible, making someone with a lot of food balance in an armchair until something reasonable comes along. There is a fireplace smack in the middle of the room, which is taking up seating, and is awkward to get around. The bathroom is clean. The people are very nice.
Great coffee and experienced baristas provide for consistent quality and service. The space is a bit small for demand, therefore it is typically overcrowded during rush hour.
Breakfast sandwich was good. Coffee was mediocre but not bad. My colleague said her coffee tasted burnt. Store itself is nice and clean
This Corporate-owned location keeps up Spot’s tradition of good pastries, somewhat interesting food choices, and delicious drinks. The workers are professional but friendly and eager to please. The Spicy Tuna on focaccia (our as wrap) is one of my faves. The salads are a weak point. Mostly mesclun mix with a few nuts and fruits tossed in. That’s it. Cookies and cakes are above average. Coffee is above average, not as robust as Starbucks, more like Tom Hortons used to be before Burger barged in and diluted it. This Spot is a really pleasant place, with a central fireplace lighting it up in the winter and a few outdoor tables the rest of the year.
Very busy place. Arrived right around noon on a Sunday. Wonderful atmosphere with friendly and courteous people. I noticed a couple of people playing Battleship which I believe was placed there by Spot Coffee I thought that was pretty neat. Yes coffee was good also.
I always come here when I come to town. It's cute and spacious but lots of little nooks if you just want to hide while working in your laptop. Food here hits the spot. Rotating selection of pastries and the weekend waffles are banging. Just a note, if you ask for greens instead of chips with any of their wraps or sandwiches, they will have a creamy balsamic dressing that I love! That might not be your cup of tea so maybe tell them so to avoid aggravation
Stopped for a take out drink. Even on a busy day, was able to get a parking spot in the attached lot. Order line a little unclear when you come in from the back, but wait was relatively short. Coffee was excellent as usual.
Fabulous service and quality latte. Can be a bit loud during busier times, but we enjoyed our time there.
Spot Coffee is always nice. The products they have are always fresh and tasty. The locals are usually cozy and quiet, perfect to get some studying or reading done. Obviously there's some times where it gets busier but usually works fine. They always have special features and fun stuff to try. If I had to give a what to improve point I would say the prices overall. Some items are a bit overpriced, even though again the quality is great. Is it worth it? Absolutely! Can I go there everyday? Maybe not so much.
Coffee was great! Going before 11 is ideal to avoid the weekend rush! No line! Usually a decent amount of parking in the lot.
one of my favorite meeting places for a quick get-together with friends. The teas they offer are good, and they always have a wide variety of delicious snacks! If you're feeling hungry try the Mike sandwich!
I've stopped in several times when I travel to the area for work to get some work done after hours/remotely. Their coffee/espresso drinks are served quickly and baked goods are good. Wi-Fi is good to get work done and some areas offer some privacy/quiet away from the bulk of the crowd.
Comfortable place for casual meeting to chat. Too busy to hold conversation which one needs to hear everything said. Friendly staff and fabulous cappuccino in ceramic cup, by request. There are delicious looking and wholesome cookies as well as heavy sugary desserts loaded up with calories. Sandwiches and light food are offered as well.
Always good service and coffee! The employees always help me pick out a good order when I'm not 100% sure what I want! Just wish the tables were a little cleaner..... Update....still wish the tables were cleaner
Staff never smiled and did not return our greeting. Staff did not call out our name when our food was ready. Very noisy with lots of biz mtgs going on
The quality of our food and drinks was great. However, the time it took to receive our food was beyond slow. Over half an hour between ordering and getting our food. Two breakfast sandwiches should not take that long to make. Especially for a drive thru establishment.
At this location, the service was friendly, but a bit scattered. They forgot the breadsticks for the soup, and when we wanted to inquire about a drink, no one was to be found. The cold caramel macchiatos that we ordered had very little caramel in it. It was almost tasteless. Normally, there’s caramel drizzled in the bottom of the cup in most places. Unfortunately one of the few coffee houses open on a Sunday afternoon.
I always regret tipping before services are rendered and my first visit to Spot Coffee was no different. I waited perhaps 5 min in line to order a Western Omelette with sausage and a large coffee and it cost me just under $16 but the receipt had a tip option and I anticipated good service because the place looked nice and people were friendly so I tipped $2 for a total of $18 for breakfast. So then the cashier said thanks and that he would call out my name when my food was ready. I immediately regretted the tip because I had to pick up my own food but the restaurant seemed popular so I am reserving my judgment for later. I started to look for a table and it took me a moment to find the cleanest table but eventually decided on a table that I had to pick up after. And after a reasonable wait they called my name I had to pick up my meal which turned out to be something less than average but average at the most and then I had to clean up my table with very specific instructions on where to put my plates with no food and the trash over there and balance my coffee and felt guilty to not clean up after myself, I didn’t want the next person to pick up after me. So I left wondering why I didn’t get a tip and now I am writing my first ever review that if you want to spend $18 on breakfast go to the Original Pancake house you’ll get your moneys worth and do less work a lot less.
Ordered new Yorker pizza which I had eaten several years ago, probably before pandemic. This time we found the pizza sauce to be very sour, quite awful in fact. I would not order again.
Comfortable, but tables were not as clean as they could have been. Coffee is good and the pastry was ok, but a bit stale. I believe it's only because of the "shortage" of employees.
I love SPOT coffee, Quality coffee and goods, Always have been happy with the food, the environment and the service received. This particular day i visited there must have been new staff on board because the service was not only slow, but very "messy". Everyone has too learn but words of advice, SMILE, SHOW POSITIVE EMOTION, and KEEP TRYING HARD!
I mean, it's not like the old days of debauchery on ratty old couches when there was only one Spot location, and it never will be, but this one is pretty yuppified. It's lost some of the charm and feels less homey. Still, the coffee is good, the deserts are fantastic, and I love their grilled cheese on focaccia. Taking away stars due to lack of recycling, and being served with single use plastic cups even when we were eating there. Plastic take away containers too. Come on, Spot, you can do better than that.
Food is good. Customer service is timely, servers are polite, warm and gracious, temp. during winter months is chilly, fireplace does not work consistently, lighting for reading is dim in some places. Quality of baking of muffins is poor, cakes and cookies are delicious. Coffee is good but greater variety of coffee choices served each day would be appreciated.
I had the chicken and feta wrap, very little chicken on it.
So so customer service. Bagel sandwich was good but my blended drink was bland and something was left out. So bland I couldn't even drink it. Normally a delicious mocha drink... Was disgusting today. Beyond disappointed. The staff was literally doing just enough to get by. Won't be going back.
Great coffee but the baristas were outright rude for no reason. Saturday afternoon 4/26/2025. Staff treated us like we asking them to move mountains not serve 3 cups of coffee. One mug had someone else’s lipstick on it and when we pointed it out, they acted very put off. Why go into a customer-facing job if you hate people?!
Food is ok, though service is slow. Today it wasn't busy but I still waited 15 minutes for an egg sandwich. It came out with overdone eggs and undergone bacon. Yesterday's service was better. Environment is clean and comfortable
That girl Lucy in the kitchen needs to go. She has a nasty attitude. I asked to have my egg redone because she gave me half of an egg not even I couldn’t see the yolk of the egg and she came out of the kitchen not even a smile or apology .She was really rude. Atmosphere was pretty nice and the other ladies were welcoming Lucy needs to know that if you decide to work in a place like that, you have to have some kind of customer skills And if she’s not happy, then go work somewhere else where you don’t have to deal with people face-to-face We come here often here from Boston but I don’t think we’ll be back to that coffee shop
I enjoy hanging out and having coffee and food here, however I cannot go as often since your restrooms do not have a baby changing table. Last time I didn’t realize that and had to take my baby out to my car and leave.
Coffee and bagels are really good. Unfortunately the music was so loud I couldn’t talk on a meeting without my whole team hearing it. Also, the wifi speed was marginal and dropped while on meeting with cameras on.
I ordered hot chocolate yesterday morning, and this afternoon, and they taste different. Today's tastes more watery and a little like cinnamon, and they are both different than the one I had at the Delaware location about a month ago. Staff is super nice, but their attention to customers is hit or miss.
I have been happy the chicken and feta the other 2 times I ordered it. But I opened the foil when I got back to work and this is how I found it. The wrap wasn't cut in half, it wasn't even wrapped up. The tortilla itself had a bunch of tears in it. The chicken was cut in huge chunks. For a wrap that cost almost $13, I was definitely disappointed.
Truly an all-time awful breakfast sandwich. Flavorless focaccia and a dab of cream cheese with eggs and some melted provolone. Gotta step it up. Coffee is good though.
Great place to go to work, unbothered. However, their teas are unceremoniously prepared and other drinks are made using pre-made mixes (e.g. the macha tea is extremely sweet, but, since it is pre-mixed, the sugar content cannot be reduced).
Spot does have great coffee, so I am giving them two stars because it IS tasty. But every time I go into this location, the wait time is much longer than it should be for the amount of food/drink tickets in the queue. This visit I made the mistake of standing at the end of the counter and watching the barista make our drinks - she frequently accidentally touched the INSIDE of the rim of the cup, spilled things and had to wipe the entire cup more than once per drink, poured milk from a pitcher BACK INTO a full milk carton, wiped her own apron or hair and then touched the cup, and just overall seemed frenzied. One customer took the wrong drink and the customer who ordered it was upset so the barista stopped making the drinks in the line and made hers first, skipping everyone who ordered before her. Also they forgot one of the two drinks and pastry in our order, but a manager (?) noticed and graciously refunded it since they had sold the pastry to someone else.
22 minutes for a latte and a cinnamon bun. During this time, a customer’s child threw up on the floor and the entire staff ignored the occurrence for at least 5 minutes as other customers trod through this and moved it around the store. Wow. Won’t be returning. (Two stars as the coffee was great)
I wouldnt say hate...disappointed ! Not busy, 2 people behind counter had to wait way too longfor coffee and dried out over priced sweet roll and it was 2 in the afternoon. Shoppe on elmwood serves fresher baked goods, faster, and with a smile :) Just sayin.
Dead on a Sunday morning. This place needs a facelift. Big time. Tables are beat…chipped paint on walls…floors need refinishing. Spending money here and the least you can do is keep the place up!
i can tell that NO ONE from the mgmt side of your business visits spot on transit. the absolute worst service. i am saving tip $ because i wont tip unless someone says please or thank you or may i help you. i understand why someone in charge doesn’t want to spend time there, spend a coupla bucks and brighten the place. the kids you have working for you are gonna kill you. do yourselves a favor. stop by dash’s. have a toasted buttered bagel with cream cheese and the price is about half. and, you may not believe this but they smile and say thank you like they enjoy working their shift.
Stopped in for breakfast in between appointments. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant with mayo and black pepper. Lucy, the cashier, informed they couldn't put black pepper on as it's out in the sitting area and not in the kitchen. I asked if I could grab it and give it to them to add to the sandwich to avoid me deconstructing the sandwich to add pepper. She went on to say it was "not something they do." I told her I really wanted to avoid taking the sandwich apart (i really I have an issue with temperature with my food so I didn't want to release heat in a warm sandwich). She then said "it's just not something we can do here and I can't allow it." The can't allow it statement threw me because I didn't think it was that serious of an exchange, or an unreasonable request, but whatever. I said ooookkk. Gave her my name, Rashika, paid and found a seat. The sandwich had no mayo on it. Sent it back to be applied. It was good. What surprised me was my receipt. She called me RaSHITa. Wow! In all my years I never heard that one and can only attribute it to what Lucy felt was a bad exchange. So Lucy, I have nothing against you. Next time your uncomfortable with a customer don't take it personal, remain professional and respectful. That was disrespectful and ugly. And if you want say oh I just took a guess at the name, I'm not buying it. It was a clearly intentional jab as you never asked how to spell it and had a clear attitude. For a first visit, it'll be my last. Kindness, patience and decent customer service is lacking here despite the Jolly decor.
To be clear, the service here is great, BUT and its a big but. Why on earth does this place close so dang early??? I want to have a lil coffee and snack (Like I used to) at 7-9pm, but they're closed. I remember when they used to be open till midnight. Please stay open a bit later!! 9pm doesn't seem too unreasonable.
Ordered the cranberry wrap, tried ordering without onion but apparently it’s all mixed together. It comes with red pepper and celery that are not listed in the ingredients on the wrap and the red onion killed any other flavors. Disappointed
Having been to various locations of spot coffee, I can attest that this is the RUDEST coffee shop in the area. I cannot believe how nasty the workers here are. I will never go back to this location again. I have given them a fair shot on various occasions, but this sealed the deal. Would definitely NOT recommend going to this one. I have heard they underpay their workers, but that is no reason to take it out on paying customers! NEVER AGAIN!
I asked about allergen information and the worker said it was too broad of a question so i asked for ingredients and got no help. Their coffee is sour and their food is not the best. With everyone I went with we all agreed that the water was the best thing we all had. Just don’t go, you will have a better meal at another close by cafe
Extremely dissatisfied with the experience. Outdoor table was dirty with crumbs on chairs. Ordered 2 black coffees that lacked flavor and freshness. Staff response at the counter was unhelpful. Had to discard it and ended up going to a popular nearby coffee chain.Won't be returning.
Been coming here for years, always love the food and love the atmosphere BUT.... Why do they close so early now??? This place used to be open till like 1am but now they close at 7 everyday. Used to love coming here for dinner and a coffee but its just not feasible anymore, wish they would stay open a bit longer. Even 8:30 is a bit more reasonable. Im sure they have some reason for it but I can say since they have the new hours there has probably been 20-30 times I would have come here to eat but I couldn't, I can't be the only one either.
Food takes forever and the kitchen is NOT serve safe! You’re not just wasting your time, you’re taking your life in your hands.
I had a disappointing experience at Spot Coffee yesterday. I wasn’t familiar with the menu or layout at this location. When I walked in, I paused near the counter to read the menu. Instead of being greeted or asked if I needed a moment, the staff member at the register looked annoyed and said firmly, “What would you like?” I explained I needed a moment to look at the menu. There was no one behind me, but I stepped away to read the menu. I saw soup of the day on the menu so I asked what it was and she replied, "There's no soup." When I did place my order (a wrap for about $17), the interaction remained unfriendly. The tip screen felt out of place given that I had to pick up my food, pour my water, and bus my table. Another staff member working behind the counter was friendlier, but overall the service didn’t feel welcoming. The food was fine, nothing spectacular, definitely overpriced, and the “salad” that came with it was just plain mixed greens (accurate labeling would help manage expectations). Seating was limited, and the table I found was not clean, with no staff circulating to tidy up. I really wanted to enjoy this "spot", but between the high price point, subpar food, lack of cleanliness, and unwelcoming service, I can’t recommend it. There are so many other places to go nearby. Hopefully, management will consider improving customer service and upkeep, as the space was busy so they clearly have a following of loyal customers. Many people sitting with their computers solo taking up a lot of seating, so if you do go, maybe plan for takeout during lunch. I mentioned this to my husband and he said he had a similar experience last week when he stopped in to get coffee. He said the staff was unwelcoming and made him feel like he was a burden. I've been to another location and I don't remember any issues, so it may just be one person with poor customer service skills, who we both encountered at this location. ? Either way, the food was not worth the price.
