Great service on 06.29.22. cashier was friendly and polite. Place was clean and orderly. There is a small child playroom 0 to 3 years old.

Got a ton of chicken nuggets no complaints, joked around about buying a whole chicken in nuggets. It was refreshing to be treated like a person, Not as a paycheck. Keep on doing a great job.

Our Bayshore McDonald's is the only one where I feel like it is a community restaurant. The franchisees, including Happy, a manager, and their crew create a welcoming atmosphere every time me and my family come for relaxing meal and opportunity for my kids to play in the playground with other kids. The food is always served well. The franchisees have been in the paper for serving lock law enforcement for a special event. I am really impressed by what they do.

Newly remodeled, I love ordering off the touch screens and having my order delivered to my table. My only complaint is that the women's bathroom could've been a made bigger, there's always a line.

they have big tablets that you can use to order & pay for food. this is nice & makes it easy to order. you can pay with a debit card. an employee will give you your food when it is done. I got a delicious m&m mcflurry. the bathroom was nice except there were no paper towels & the handryer didn't work.

Ordered foot for dine in. Waited for food, it started to get busy. When our food was ready, the lady who looked like the manager (dressed different) arranged our food in the tray in an pleasing manor..I didnt take a picture, but big mac box and in front large fries with fries actually completely coming out at least 2 fingers sideways and right ways, hash browns standing up. Looked great :) awesome service all food tasted great!!

This was by far my best experience at a McDonald's. Every item was made perfectly and was fresh/hot. My son and I both looked at each other and said, "I think this is the best McDonald's I have ever had". We are out-of-towners, but would happily visit and recommend this McDonald's again.

Driving back through, we stopped here to pick up some guava cream pies for my mom back home. She called me to remind me that they have them in Willits. They reacted to our slightly ridiculous order by getting all of them warmed up and ready for us as quickly as they could. They put in the effort that made my mom’s day (week). We love the guava pies, and everyone who helped send me home with them. Clean bathroom, very efficient service.

My bf wanted a shake and they said it was down or something and he made a sad face and said, " oh man! I was so looking forward to a shake". And the lady working there said, let me see what I can do....and came out with a small vanilla shake!!!

Wow! We stopped by at 230pm on 22 Jan 2022. Whoever was working in the kitchen was amazing. Perfect fries. Crunchy McNuggets, and a surprisingly good bacon quarter pounder with proper char on the burger. It was very clear that whoever was manning the kitchen cared. Well done!

This is the only McDonald's I'll go to in Mendocino County. We mainly order by app & have never waited more than 10 min. (Usually it's less than 5). If we're going to a drive thru, it's because we don't have time to wait around for "real" food & these guys are always on it.

My grandson always enjoys his nugget meal. Out of apple juice this time but got the milk for him. You can always count on McDonald's

Was a bit ruff on employees as both lanes was full n they couldn't keep the flow of traffic along with ordering and didn't use hold slots but trust me when I say they definitely moved cars along during "inspection" hrs lol no big holds ups. no more then a few minutes in wait time but then fell short serving some cold fries unsalted at that but I've always love the staff i go there just to pop up on them n ask if any crew or managers yelled HBO when they got my whole bag together n out . Way2go.

By far the best McDonald's I've been to. It's been a solid 10 years since I've had this kind of experience at McDonalds. I think one of the largest contributions to my satisfaction was the fresh fries. They were magnificently cooked to perfection. Nice and crunchy on the outside with a hot potatoey inside that was to die for. The salt to surface ratio of the fries were at a level few fry cooks can achieve. People, these may have been the best fries cooked in mankind. I can now die a happy man after eating these fries. As if perfect fries were not enough, my quarter pounder was elegantly made. All ingredients were perfectly placed equal distant apart across the burger and bun. There was no slippage between the upper and lower buns. It is clear to me that whoever had made this quarter pounder had many decades of experience and possibly several years of professional development classes. The setting of this McDonalds in the quaint town of Willits, CA added to the overall experience. As the local watering hole for the town's people, you immediately feel like you have become part culture that makes this place something special. Ba ba ba ba ba, I'm LOVIN IT!!!!

Good McDonald's. The food is always good but the drive thru is ALWAYS slooow. They rarely mess up your order but you have to remind them several times if you want condiments. I hate their new paper cups. The lids don't stay on. The ice melts in only a few minutes making the drink taste horrible. They should go back to their styrofoam cups or offer hard plastic reusable cups if they are wanting to be more environmentally friendly without ruining their soft drinks.

This is a decent McDonald's. We just went through the drive through as we were on the road at the time. The food was just alright, nothing too great but we were hungry so it gave us what we needed. If we had the time to stop and go inside then maybe it might've been better..? Either way, I would recommend this at a typical quick meal type thing.

Good food, fast service. Only problem is very limited space for larger RVs or people towing. I saw a guy pulling a fifth wheel RV actually stop & park in the second traffic lane (no oarking) right in front of the restaurant.

Wanted breakfast and was informed we were 5 minutes too late. Finally convinced the clerk to check if there was anything left and luckily there was. I only stop here for breakfast sandwiches, nothing else.

Employees were quick with service. They had a greyhound bus stopping in for lunch and they did a great job at getting orders taken then food served. Only bummer was that they had no soda machine it was down

Really long car line for window service. I had a very small order and would have gone inside for it if I could have seen the cars stacked up waiting. Just hate that feeling of being trapped in my car in a line that does not move and no way to get out. My sausage biscuit was great, in the end. Once a 5 minute deadlock ended and cars began to move again it got easier to wait.

Same old fast food joint every one has been to. Still good though. Couldn't go inside to use the bathroom (since Covid probably). Prices are good too if you know how to order right.

You know, you can always find the right stuff at McDonalds. Fresh hot fries are great when you are travelling. Bathrooms needed a bit of work. Broken faucet made it hard to wash my hands.

This is one of our common stops on a trek up or down 101. Usually quick and accurate service. Small play area for kids, restrooms are usually, and the drive thru is usually quick. Food is hot and correct.

Crazy place! You have to try this!!! You go in and order food from someone that uses English as a second language, and the hilarity ensues! a menu displayed above the cashiers head gives you your options. They take your money, then give you hamburgers!!! Ronald wasn't working the day we stopped in. Maybe next time... Also remember the person taking your order, while probably not being a rocket scientist, and may be hard to understand is bilingual, and they're working a hard job for not much money. Show some respect. I know you do cause that's who you are. And enjoy your meal. You don't do it very often, you've earned it....

I was 86 from the establishment, because I asked for someone that spoke better English as I sat at the drive thru speaker, when I pulled up to pay the manager said they would not serve me and to leave and not to come back because she said I was Rudd and prejudice, I can say that I was polite and I just could not understand her broken English. All I did was asked for another person that spoke better English. I think they should require the employees to speak clear words in the English language. Wow.

I go there about twice a week on way to work to get breakfast, whoever the boy is at the drive thru should not be there. Everytime go he does not say hello or thank you or have a nice day honestly he looks like he hates it there. Not good customer service he should be in the back and not in front of customers

I dislike the new drive thru video menu. It changes while you're looking at it tryin to decide what to get and you never get to see the whole menu at once. Give me a static easy to read main menu please.

I;m not a big fast food person but my dad loves it and I was visiting him so I stopped to get something for us. The food was the way it should be, the service was fine but the kitchen was flooded with water, all the trashes were pretty full and it didn't feel clean

My order was mostly right,but my big mac was only half of a double and my fries were cold n hard. Service leaves you with the same feeling as the fries...cold without alot of enthusiasm. And i drove 45miles for a bigmac.

My order was accurate the first go around which was great. The food was hot and the French fries were fresh. The team there was really kind and efficient. The facility itself was slightly dirty and the restrooms were not clean. I would say overall my experience was positive. I would go back.

Was in my car so atmosphere was irrelevant. Ordered fries and a drink service was great. Fries tasted like hot almost fried gew. Didnt have any fri or salt flavor. Lackluster. Drink was good.

Just as basic as all other McDonald's. The guy in the drive through is very friendly and nice. My 10 year old son complimented his attitude.

Ordered two guava pies, got one apple. I okayed the change to apple, but not the free downgrade. Otherwise, flavor and service was standard McDonald's fare.

How does a Big Mac sound with all the usual minus on 1 all beef Patty on not 1 but 3 sandwinches. They do run a special on 20pc Nuggets for $5 if you like nuggets made hours ahead only to sit in warming cabinets. I'd avoid them if you could but the other 2 fast burger franchises don't make anything better.

I ordered a fish sandwich with tomatoes, which u gotta pay extra for, an they gave me 2 slices that were a lil bigger than a quarter, an my grandson ordered a sandwich with bacon, an they gave him a plain sandwich, just bread an meat, nothing else. Had to go back in there.

While most McDonald's have restarted their beverage machines, this one hasn't. No refills on your drink even if you go to counter. Using covid as an excuse to make more money.

The only thing I recommend getting is the ice cream cones and McChickens the fries are usually cold never fresh and it's just a waste of money and waiting.

Ordered the 20 piece chicken nugget value meal for 2 and some other stuff and they gave us 1 sauce and some ketchup when I requested a couple more sauces the girl At the window handed me 1 more Sauce and went on about with her conversation with someone behind the wall when I asked her again if I could get another sauce she charged me $0.25

I decided 2 try my local Mickey D's for the first time in almost 4 years and yup same old BS there! We did curbside pickup and only ordered 2 McFlurrys and 2 McChickens and we sat there for over 25 min after we confirmed what parking space we were waiting for! Just when I was completely fed up and started 2 open my door and go raise hell the lady comes up w our order! Which was semi-cold and lacking sauce with our McFlurrys partially melted. Fries not hot either! Ugh this McDonald's sucks...it always has and looks like it always will! Steer clear and drive down 2 the one in ukiah on Perkins! Waaaaayyyyyy Better!

Had to be one of the worst experience, I 've ever had in a McDonald's. Employee was unpleasant and acted as if my presence was an inconvenience. And the women's restroom was dirty, unkept floors, two of the stalls had wet floors and all the stalls were out of toilet paper

Needs more employees. I was 5 in line. At least 3 people asked for $ back because they could wait no longer.2 walked out in front of me, from the 4. And was told several More people walked out before I got there. I spent 30 mins in a fast food joint, that had 2 workers basically within 40(+-) mins, approx 13 guests left. About 4-5 got served. Sad for fast food. All the need to do is hire a few more people.😵

Haven't set foot in a McDonald's in months and ohmigawd...what happened to the prices? If i was still single, it'd have to be like the 5th date or beyond, if i was gonna buy somebody a Big Mac meal. Its not that I'm cheap but i rather go somewhere else better at these prices. That goes for all McDonalds, not just this one. 60$ for 4 breakfast meals and 4 extra sandwiches...Jesus Christ, no... we're going to Burger King from on.

I ordered a to-go burger without onions. It was loaded up with onions! Also, the fries were cool, had no salt and tasted like cardboard.

It was in a small town at Willetts. And they had so you could walk in walk out. But the Chicken nuggets where old, and where hard for me to chew. I dont have teeth but usually I have no problem but this time they just weren't good. But the mc doubles, were great and so was the frys.

Business was slow, waited in the drive through line (boxed in) for 40 minutes (I am not over exaggerating). The employees were kind, the order was accurate...but the line was not very long (about 6 cars were ahead of me when I pulled in), this should not have been a 40+ minute wait.

Burger was undercooked and when there were 5 customers in line, they maintained one register. There is one bathroom for the entire place and a very consistent line with a 4-10 minute wait. There, clearly, used to be 2 restrooms, but the other one is closed and padlocked in a way that does not seem temporary. I recommend you go someplace else.

Well its basically your typical fastfood joint. They made a huge mistake removing the bright colors and replacing them with cold sterile grays. It reminds me of a jail or county office and nobody wants to go to places like that. Let's just say it's not like when you were a kid. 👎☹

I would have gave you a standars 3 stars, but when I pulled into the line I was next to order. Someone else came in behind me sonat this point I was committed to stay in the line, as there is no way to leave if you get sick of waiting, or if there was an emergency. Your just stuck there sucking the diesel fumes from the truck in front of you. After sitting behind the truck for 6 minutes, we finally get to the window only to be told "hold on" as the greeting. When the guy finally comes back we deal with the usual battle of ordering. 2 ice cream cones and a tea. By some stroke of luck the ice cream machine was actually working this visit. Got the order placed just to sit behind the one truck ahead of us, diesel boy. Another 7 minutes and it was our turn at the window. Guess they had to chase down the cow for milk because it only took 5 more minutes of waiting. I got to wonder what takes so long for each order, then it hit me. The employees were too busy chit chatting to actually do their jobs. But what can you expect for $15 an hour?

McDonald's is as bad as it ever was. Go someplace good. I was only here for seven hours waiting for a Greyhound bus as the one I was on broke down five hours earlier and we had to wait at the Greyhound stop in Willits (McDonald's). Why doesn't Google ask me what I think of Greyhound? By the way this McDonald's was very cold inside, but did have clean, if broken bathrooms.

Took over 20minute in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. Sad that they cannot even serve slightly warm flood. Had 2 double cheeseburgers that were so cold the cheese was not melted at all. Won't be going there again!

Me and my family used the McDonald's APP®️ to order. We selected table service(bring food to table) the food sat behind the counter for 10 minutes getting cold, Also before covid-19 they had self service fountain drinks(still do) but do not allow customers to use them. So we assumed there would be free refills since we couldn't use the dribk machine. Nope they told us we had to order a new drink(no half price/reduced price refills). Also none of there toilets flush. I'd recommend going to TacoBell®️ across the street.

Manager is a ***** she wouldn't tell me if they had chocolate chip cookies over the phone because like I wanted to know before I drove all the way there. 1/5 would not recommend. Ever.

I live local and this McDonalds always seems to have issues whether it’s the kiosks or the staff are just rude and then you can’t order from the register anymore so when there “system is down” all the time you have to wait …and no one can take you at the register

Poor service. Guy refused to bring tableservice food when it clearly says online and on the tables that they offer it. I have a baby with me, which is why I opted for table service. It’s really hard to leave the baby and or carry the baby to get the food. If this is a service, they no longer offer it should not be advertised. Edit: I literally just watch them deliver tableservice to another customer after refusing to give it to me. Outrageous…

It was alright. The portions have gotten smaller.The hash brown was barely visible inside the wrapper. It tasted funny , the grease was old. The parfait was very small for a dollar. It was only worth a quarter at best. You're getting smaller portions for a higher price.

The lady at the drive thru was irritating. We made our 1st order and for the second order it was requested that the drink be the same as the first. Her questions about the flavor etc. of the second drink were unnecessary. Make it the same drink... So we came inside to do it without playing 20 questions. After arriving inside she began harassing another customer who was driving the same vehicle we had and continued to do so even after they told her it wasn't them. Unnecessary.

All of their brand new drive up ordering equipment is out of order. Spent about 45 minutes in the drive through line. The food was mcdonalds food but the wait in a drive through with brand new 2 place ordering was down to 1 and it didnt work. Had to go all the way to the PICK UP window to order, pay and pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady at the window apologized and was very professional and the food was prepared and delivered quickly after ordering. Were they running short on help? They could of had us order and pay at the pay window but the pay window was closed. Piss poor management in my opinion even with brand new broken equipment!

So slow. If you can't use the kiosk you won't get food. Ridiculous!

The service here used to be better than this. We came a few weeks back and the boy who took our order was terribly rude! He snapped at us while we ordered and was rude during our interaction at the window. When we got to the second window, we let the manager know. She told us he'd been complained about many times! We just went back and he's more rude than ever. He snatched the money from our hands and aggressively handed us our food.... best part? He was promoted! Terrible service and twice fried fries for $21 an hour. We won't be back.
