I got ALL this for $6.41. ask for "leg lovers" . I'm so happy el pollo still has this deal after all these years. Used to be $5.00. comes with two flour tortillas and salsa too. Very delicious 😋🤤

On August 21 around 11:53 AM, I had the pleasure of being helped by Collean at the El Pollo Loco on Winchester Road in Winchester, California. We ordered one double chicken tostada combo, one guacamole burrito, two chicken avocado tacos, and one crunchy chicken taco. Our order was taking a little longer than expected, but Collean noticed right away and went above and beyond by giving me two hot, fresh churros while we waited. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really brightened my day! The food was absolutely delicious as well everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Having worked in customer service myself, I really appreciate when someone delivers such genuine, kind, and attentive service. Collean made our visit memorable, and she absolutely deserves a big shout-out. Even though this review is a little late, I didn’t forget her excellent service!

I am not sure why this place wouldn't have 5 stars. I've been here close to 50 times so far and from all of those times, there has been one small error in our order. Keep in mind, that we order half of the menu every time we have a big family. Always fresh, tasty, and on time with amazing service. Thank you!! Edit: 5 months later and its still amazing nothing changed but how much more we ate here. Also wanted to shout out Gabriel for always being great.

Staff assumes you are driver and treats you bad with hard tone bad attitude, when you go for pick up. 3 orders same experience all 3 times. 2 times my order wasn’t ready on quoted time, 1 time it was on time but staff lady took her full time walking slow and get into attitude tone and help with order. They keeps person awaiting its almost like show of power. How I became to know they treats you like shit because they thinks you are pick up driver? So they were out of coleslaw, when I said picking, it was same hard tone experience like 2 times before. Then she waves finger “ay can you call customer we are out of coleslaw” I am like what “coleslaw coleslaw we are out” then I got it and said it’s my order. Her tone shifted to friendly. And I feel so sorry for average pickup drivers this is what they have to go through that restaurant employee so hard tone towards them. And I also ordered 4 piece chicken got exactly 3 but technically 4, I am questioning employee those can treat person bad based on what job they think others do. Can also be open to giving customers less and take some home at end of the day.

Disappointing Experience My husband and I recently visited this establishment and was underwhelmed by our experience. Specifically, both chicken burritos were served cold, and the accompanying chips were scarce, with only about 7 chips in the bag. Furthermore, the burrito portion was smaller than expected. Unfortunately, the drive-thru staff also seemed unfriendly. Given the restaurant's new status, we hope these issues will be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.

Not much love here. I literally live around the corner and my food was barely luke warm. Chicken bowl and tortilla soup. The flour tortillas were cold like they just came out the pkg. This is not the first time but will be the last. I will just continue to go to the one on Murrieta hot springs. First and last time eating at El Pollo Loco. Bought my son a kid's meal, he was eating the chicken when he noticed an extremely long black hair in his food. Really grossed out, don't think we will be back.

El Pollo shows they honor discounts to military and first responders but apparently this El Pollo Loco worker (new) was told specifically that they DO NOT provide discounts to Military/First Responders. Since they opened I would come here regularly after my workouts at EOS and the would give a discount. Discounts were never big which is fine but the show of support to Military/First Responders I would come and support my local El Pollo Loco. No more. Guess I will be doing Canes and others around that support military thereby getting my local support. So for anyone looking for Military/First Responder discount. This isn't the place.

I ordered the Blanco queso burrito and had to spit it out and stop eating it halfway through because I kept getting mouthfuls of chopped, very sharp-ended bones! I could have choked to death or seriously been injured. Thank goodness I ordered something else for my child. What the heck El Pollo Loco! Do better!!!

We ordered a meal, which consisted of 8 pieces, 3 sides and churros. When we drove off, we thought we were given everything. When we arrived at the soccer field we were going to, we found no forks, no plates, no napkins and one large side was completely missing. All we were able to eat was the churros and the chicken drumsticks. Not having the plates, utensils and napkins was frustrating, especially since we weren't even asked if we wanted them or not, but not being given one of the large sides was very upsetting.

Well, this will be the last time I come into this restaurant, I am so tired of the rude workers even the managers that work there. Today we were there and my wife ordered tacos without cilantro and no onions, and they put onions and cilantro on the tacos, She commented to the lady manager about cilantro and she gave my wife a dirty look! My wife told her that she ordered without onions and cilantro. Again, the people here are so rude. This is not the first time, but it will be the last time we go to this restaurant..

We were looking forward to having a chicken restaurant in our area. Went to the Winchester location today for dinner, Ordered a 2 piece leg and thigh and a 3 piece chicken breast and wing, meals both with salads rice on one and bean on the other, also side of Mac and cheese. Problems with order. Missing 2 salads Missing breast meat chicken pieces Portion size was tiny legs looked like the came off a baby chicken. Chicken was drier than my leather hiking boots. I counted 9 pieces of macaroni and the rest was orange soupy goo, Yuck! First impression is that this could be a rookie staff regardless they lost us as a customer from the first sucky meal.

We have never been disappointed as such after taking our purchased food home and opened them. It was supposed to have 16 pieces of chicken (8 drum stick and 8 thighs). It only had 8 pieces. The pieces were very small and all looked like dark brown, almost black. They were cold and very dry too. They were not edible by any mean. The rice was cold and very clumpy. We had to break them in pieces. Totilles were dry and cold. The disappointment was as such that everybody around the table started to look at each other expressing their surprise. I immediately got everything together and took them back. The manager was very apologetic and tried to blame the new chef who was on break. I got my money back. Later on when I shared this experience with some neighbors, one of them reported similar experience from a different el pollo loco. My wife also mentioned similar experience a few months ago from another el pollo loco. It looks like the quality of el pollo loco is changing badly. I am writing this review to warn others that if they take out anything from el pollo loco, make sure the check the quality and possibly quantity before they leave. I hesitate to write about a nasty behavour of one of the employee who was dancing very inappropriately while preparing a customer's meal until he saw me and apparently got emberrassed.

The first time i went there last week drive through, i ordered their salad, and they gave me no napkins nor fork. Came through again today, ordered 8 pieces of family meal, I received no napkin and only 7 pieces of chicken. They need to train their workers more to count and not so forgetful. Customers don't eat with their fingers. I'll be by tonight after work to address issues.

The employees were Awesome, but the food was absolutely horrible! I hate I paid my hard earned money for it. The food was cold as well. The only thing that was hot was the beans. I'll never return!

I just came through the drive-thru, I ordered a 3 piece meal breast & wing. It's 4:13 pm and they tell me they only have 1 breast & 1 wing if I'd like, they can sub for 1 leg or 1 thigh. I said fine, let me have the breast, wing & leg. They hand me the food. I check the food to find they charged me for the 3 piece meal (which I wanted) but gave me only 1 leg & 1 thigh. I went back and just asked for a refund. I can't believe the manager Carmen who handed me my food would steal from a customer that way! I really wanted to LOVE this location since it JUST opened and is around the corner to my house. But I won't be back, I much rather make the drive to the Murrieta Hotsprings location.

I tried the newly opened El Polo Loco in Winchester. I ordered a crunchy chicken taco at close to 4 bucks. It was filled with lettuce and one small piece of chicken. I sent it back just to get another filled with lettuce with a tiny piece of chicken. I sent it back a third time and it came back just like the others. I told the girl that there is hardly any chicken in these tacos she looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I told her i get these all the time at other locations that have a lot more chicken in them. By the 3rd taco, I was pissed. I left all 3 tacos open faced on my plate without eating them and walked out never to return to this particular el Pollo Loco.
