I wish I had asked the young ladies name that was working this morning at around 10:15 Oct 27,2024. She was extremely polite, helpful, kind. The food was great. It was fresh. The staff was kind and for the place to be as old as it is. It was clean. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. I’m giving a five on the atmosphere just because they have an outdoor area that is covered and I enjoy the birds. As we were leaving, we wanted a cone and I asked them to make it just so the ice cream was peeking over the top and they were very accommodating and giggled🤣😊 Thank yall for your service. As we all know to well, you were all very essential workers during the pandemic.

Very nice well run place. Stopped in passing thru and food was fast and hit. Staff was very friendly. Manger was very helpful to guest that had spilled a drink. Clean. Large nice front patio to sit and enjoy food . Coke machine has everything!

By far this DQ has the nicest employees who greeted us and took our order. Even though it's typical DQ food, it was good and service was great. Will definitely stop here next time passing through Winnie.

Really sucks that you pay a whole dollar extra for extra candies in your blizzard and you don’t get them. Literally just a cup of vanilla ice cream. Spent $50 between ice cream and food.

We stopped by this Dairy Queen on the way back from Boliver. The manager was rude and unprofessional. He talked down to the employees and was dismissive of the customers. We ordered some baskets, and it took 15 minutes. We will not be stopping here again.

Several issues with this location. Drive-thru microphone to place your order is horrible. Its been in this state for years and the employees can never hear anything. To make matters worse, the employees make it seem like it's your fault they can't hear you and are very rude and disrespectful in letting you know. FIX YOUR SYSTEM, it's extremely outdated. The inside of the restaurant is always dirty and tables always sticky. We will never return to this location and take our business elsewhere.

Frank is very rude disrespectful and will not be back. Unable to enjoy our food due to Frank the “owner” YELLING at the workers being out right disrespectful. Pray for Amy and the other workers including the younger workers and all that will not speak up to him. He was very rude to customers unless you know him by name seems like if your not a regular your nothing in that store. Was going to get ice cream yet he was very dismissive of it. Will not return after asking for corporates number he became more dismissive and constantly rolled his eyes. will not be back this is out right ridiculous! apparently this has been going on for years…maybe someone will fix this issue…. don’t yell at your workers at all nor in-front of customers. they are human not robots… Then you call corporate and they said someone will reach out within 48 hours no reply yet and it’s been almost two weeks

Came in after leaving the beach for food and ice cream. Walked into the building and listen to the “owner” Frank yelling at the workers the whole time didn’t even order ice cream after food due to wanting to leave so we didn’t have to hear him yelling the whole time. This has been going on for years.. maybe someone will get this under control. Them workers do not deserve to work in that environment. We tired to enjoy our food but was overwhelmed with the yelling of the “owner”. Very sad paying people can’t even eat in peace.
