Simple and delicious! Perfect poke bowls and sushi rolls made right before your eyes! Everything tasted fresh and very well seasoned! Quick service and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!
I took a sushi combo for 16.5$. There were total 16 small sushis. These sushis were pretty decent. It was bit smaller than the regular size. But I enjoyed it.
Hey 👋 so my family and I stopped here after going to Sea World. I had the orange chicken bento box and the miso soup and it made me realize how much I love Asian-inspired food!😁I got a lot of food for the price. There was a lot of veggietarian options. Thanks again for all your hard work. 😘

It’s so good always!
Wow! I ordered a custom tuna poke bowl and it was so good! The quality of the tuna was great. I would have loved to have had the choice of pineapple as a topping-maybe they will add it…This place is way better than the previous sushi place that was here. 😊
Staff was very friendly. And sushi was fresh. I like how I can watch them make it to order.
Food was great! I had the Pao Pao Chicken bowl, and the Mex roll. The chicken has the perfect amount of spice to add flavor but not be overwhelming. And the roll was very flavorful and served nearly and on time. Overall the experience was great!
The employee Carlo was the funniest he really made my experience great and he recommended and made me so great sushi rolls. Will definitely return 10/10
Jonathan helped out so much, my girlfriend got a wrong order on her tuna she wanted the soy and got spicy. Instead of making a big deal out of it he just gave us the messed up order and redid the entire meal. 5 star customer service and the food was great too.
Great food. Great service. Extremely clean. Not an extremely inviting atmosphere but nice.

Located inside of Plant Street Market in Winter Garden. This is not your typical Bento Kitchen with full noodles and veggies, but it is a nice sushi/poke bowl addition to the other vendors at the market. The menu is limited, and I was surprised to see that the veggie roll or any veggie/vegan option was not part of the menu here. The staff was super nice and custom made something, but would be nice if they had the traditional veggie roll here as well.

Updated Review: I have had many opinions of this place throughout many expirences. The staff here has stepped up the game as far at customer service goes. Not a huge fan of everything on the menu, but the Mt. Fuji roll and the special mex roll have been fantastic when I have been served them. Definitely worth going to if you know what you like, and are looking for some quick sushi. Special shout out to Rolland, who took care of me and my family.

This miserable poke bowl was $19 before Tip. I have been coming here for years and thought they were expensive but it has really gone down hill. Maybe the other sushi place inside is better, I hope so. Go to Publix, you’ll be happier

Terrible poke bowls. 4 pieces of salmon, literally only 4 pieces in $18 poke bowl. Only have two stars because the spicy tuna roll and the rainbow roll aren’t terrible but you can tell they aren’t made by experienced people as the rolls are usually falling apart. Disappointed, was hoping for a home run finally landing in DT WG.
The staff will sometimes ignore you. It isn’t like other Bentos with the full menu so they didn’t have a lot to offer. Sizes are small.

A Letdown at Bento Sushi + Poke: A Review My dining experience was far from what I had anticipated, and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. The establishment, which promotes itself as a purveyor of fine sushi, missed the mark on several fundamental aspects of a satisfying dining experience. **Customer Service: A Missed Opportunity for Engagement** One of the most glaring issues was the lack of customer service. In an era where dining is not just about food but the experience, they seemed to forget the basics of hospitality. Despite opting for self-service, there's an expectation of minimal interaction, especially in a setting where chefs and customers share the same space. The complete absence of engagement—no greetings, no acknowledgment, not even a simple 'thank you'—felt cold and unwelcoming. This oversight turned what could have been a warm, inviting dining experience into a transaction devoid of any personal touch. **Sushi Selection: A Surface Variety** The restaurant boasts a diverse sushi menu, but this claim doesn't hold up under scrutiny. Despite a seemingly extensive list of rolls, the variety is superficial at best. The options quickly reveal themselves to be variations on a very limited theme, fitting into just one or two categories. This lack of genuine variety is a significant disappointment for any sushi enthusiast looking to explore a range of flavors and textures. **Portion Size vs. Price: An Imbalance** The portion size of the rolls further compounds the issue. They are surprisingly small, particularly when you consider the premium pricing. This imbalance between the amount of food and the cost is jarring, making it difficult to justify the expense. Dining out, especially at a sushi restaurant, is expected to be a treat—a balance of quality, quantity, and cost and unfortunately fails to deliver on this front, which left me feeling short-changed. **Sushi Quality: An Unpleasant Surprise** Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the meal was the sushi itself. The rice, arguably the cornerstone of any sushi roll, was flavored in an unconventional manner that was, frankly, off-putting. This unexpected taste overshadowed the quality of the ingredients, making the rolls difficult to enjoy. Sushi rice should enhance the flavor of the seafood and other components, not detract from it. This fundamental misstep in preparation was a significant detractor from the overall quality of the meal. **Conclusion: Unlikely to Return** Considering these factors—the stark lack of customer service, the illusion of variety, the poor value for money, and the disappointing quality of the sushi—I find it hard to recommend. The dining experience fell short of expectations on many levels, and with so many other options available, I see no reason to return. For those seeking a memorable sushi experience, it may be wise to look elsewhere, where the balance of quality, service, and value is better maintained. I hope they take this genuine feedback and make positive changes for a better dining experience in the future.

Hey! So I gave this place a chance, twice! Just to be sure. First time I ordered it; all the sushi was extremely warm and when you got the bag before even opening it. It stank of rotten fish. It was! So I gave it a try a week later. I figured maybe it was a mistake. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but then again today. I received $50 in sushi only for it to be warm, falling apart with 0 structure of the rice. As well as smelling like horrific month old fish! It’s sad that they won’t listen or respond to phone calls about this as I paid again $55 exactly for rotten fish. It’s absolutely disgusting to smell and look at. I got the bento box which had California rolls (my favorite) and rainbow rolls, California rolls separate from the bento box. Again my favorite type of sushi and has little to no actual fish in it. But again. Warm, falling apart and the rice smelt like it was washed in dirty water. I also ordered beverages which both time were not included. $4 for a missing item two separate times. I don’t recommend this place. It’s a waste of money and will make your house smell like rotting fish.
I ordered the Rainbow Roll and it was the smallest roll I ever had but to top it off the sushi had a fishy taste so it wasn’t fresh fish. I don’t recommend based on the fish not being fresh
I just feel like the food is all tossed in a box. This was my 2nd time trying it but the more you eat it the mushier Everything taste, nothing has its own popping flavor. My bowl was $22 but not worth it at all. Way overpriced for not so good food.
The tuna was spoiled and green in my sushi. The other items we ordered were bland and cheaply made. Who puts rice crispier on a 'signature' roll?
Don't get their gift card. Online it says Bento/Norigimi and when you try to use the gift card they tell you they don't accept gift cards. I pushed them and they eventually tell me it's only good at Norigimi, which does not sell rolls.
It was awful. I love the downtown Orlando location, so when I saw there was a location in Winter Garden I was excited to go. The menu is extremely limited. There is no seating, and good luck finding a table at the end of the building by the brewery or outside (it was raining the day we went). I was told it would take 10-15 min to prep our food - it took 30. I ordered a signature bowl - it literally had 4 ingredients: about 3 cups of white rice, 4 large slices of cucumber, a few tiny pieces of avocado, and some spongy raw fish. The fish did not taste good and had a weird texture, so that left me with 3 ingredients. I took my daughter and her friend. There were 3 of us. We each ordered a bowl and a drink. The total was over $75. Unbelievable.
