This place is absolutely outstanding, one of the best spots I’ve visited in winter park! The incredible salsa bar truly sets it apart, offering an array of fresh, vibrant salsas that are bursting with flavor, and spice. It’s tough to pick a favorite from the menu, but the carne asada torta is a masterpiece: perfectly grilled, juicy meat paired with generous amounts of gooey melted cheese and creamy ripe avocado, all nestled in a flawless bun. And you simply can’t go wrong with their street tacos. I love that they are not afraid of a little heat and they have just the right kick of spice, while thoughtfully including milder options for every palate. I kind of wished they had some pineapple to accompany their el pastor tacos but it was still really good. It can get pretty busy inside so you might try and find a time outside of the rush. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Great spot if you’re hankering for some street tacos! The carne asada and al pastor were delicious, guacamole was fresh, and the salsa/topping bar was *chef’s kiss*. Not often you’ll find spots with (seemingly) homemade habanero salsa or salsa macha. We’ll definitely come back again when we’re in WP!

Mexicali Taco has long been a favorite at the resort and their new location is fantastic. Same great food, best salsa bar around and always super friendly staff!

Definitely some of the best Mexican food I’ve had living in this county. My husband got the Pastor Torta, I got the birria ramen, both 10/10 meals. A bit pricey, but the quality makes it worth it. Love their salsa bar. Definitely will be back. So happy they moved to town and out of the resort, much easier to access now.

Food is quick and yummy, and you can't beat the price. $5 for a taco that is spilling out of your hands. The self serve (homemade) salsa and topping station is awesome. Margarita is strong!

Coming from Texas near the border, I came here with a mild expectation of north of the Texas border Mexican cuisine. IYKYK what I mean. But Mexicali far exceeded my mediocre expectation & took its savory flavors strait from Mexico to Winter Park!! We had different plates to try different kinds of food & they were all delicious!! The tacos, quesadillas & burritos along with the street corn were a knock out!! And finally the salsa bar allows you to prep your food for spicy flavors as you like. This place is a must try & enjoy!!

I am used to Texas Mexican food and had high standards. Mexicali is amazing! The food was fresh, all sorts of options for toppings to spice to your comfort level. The chicken street tacos were/are my favorite with their fresh toppings bar. The folks working there were helpful, friendly, and very efficient.

Great location at Winter Park Village! I had the breakfast burrito, no meat (potato, egg, cheese and beans). It was nicely warm, great size and great service. The also had some Mexican native Pop sodas which’s were very good. I can only say that I will be back! and the Mexican Taco Co. will be my goto source of great burritos In/Out of the ski slope.
