We are so happy we tried tacos lab! Everything we had was amazing! The cheese dip was delicious! The birria tacos were perfect! My husband loved them. I ordered the suadero bowl, the slow cooked beef was so tender and seasoned very well. If you’re looking for tasty tacos this is the place! Staff was super friendly too :) Great service from the moment we walked in!

Marco the owner is very kind and attentive. Tacos are delicious. I had the carnitas bowl this time around. They food is fresh, portions are appropriate, and the price is fair for the quality you get. They have taco Tuesday specials and they have happy hour everyday from 2-5p. Love supporting local businesses 💙

As a self-proclaimed taco connoisseur, I make it a point to try nearly every new taco spot that pops up around the Orlando area, and I can confidently say Taco Lab stands out as one of the very best. I eat tacos often, and this is the one place I keep coming back to—at least once a week. The quality of the food is outstanding. The meats are consistently tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and you can genuinely tell they use high-quality ingredients. The tacos are well-portioned and satisfying. I’m typically not a fan of corn tortillas, but theirs are so good that I’ve actually started ordering them—and that says a lot. I also really appreciate the option to substitute flour tortillas. On top of great food, the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. After trying so many taco places, Taco Lab is easily my top choice—and there’s a reason I’m a regular.

They offer lots of experimental taco flavor combinations which were delicious. However, they also have traditional tacos which hit just the same. Food came out pretty quickly and everything was made fresh. Staff was very friendly. I'm excited to come back and try everything else!

Absolutely fantastic tacos. The owner Marco & his chef/cook really know what they’re doing. I will be back over and over again. Make sure you check them out. Probably my favorite Street Tacos in Orlando.

Normally I would start with the food....but I was impressed with so much here. Clean and bright! Service was absolutely fast, knowledgeable and seemingly very proud of what they've created here. Soon the word will be out about this little shack that is HUGE on flavor!!! Omg.... The tacos here are like nowhere else in Orlando! Try it once and like me, you will be craving other menu items and will want to return very soon! The lab experiment here definitely paid off!!! Sauces, tacos, broths all home made and with a very flavorful twist!! That guacamole is so fresh I almost thought the avocado was still on the tree! Attention to the details in the recipe is very evident!Absolutely delicious! This place needs hungry taco lovers to stop in and taste the difference between them and everyone else!!! All I can say is ...see you soon!! This was absolutely a worthwhile treat! Ask for that pineapple sauce! Wow!!!

Absolutely delicious! We had three different kinds of tacos (the Tulum experiment, a fish taco, and the green taco with mushrooms) and a birria bowl - they were all excellent!!! All completely packed with flavor and a harmonious balance of tasty sauces, crisp veggies and tender meats. Literally both my fiancee and I stopped after the first bite and said “oh yes!”, before devouring the remaining food in record time. We also had a side of guac, which was phenomenal - super fresh and bright - you will definitely need a large or to double up on this because it is so SO good. We saw immediately why the 5 star review held - spectacular food, amazingly friendly staff and a pristine dining room. Also, order to receipt of food time was less than 7 minutes - insanely quick. We are so happy their restaurant is just minutes from our house as we will be frequently returning customers! We highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped in on a whim looking for tacos and we are so glad we did!! They were so nice and attentive 🥹 I had the suadero bowl and it was 🔥. We’re really happy to have found this spot and will definitely be back! Thanks, Taco’s Lab!!

Some of the best food I’ve had in Orlando! I ordered the el pastor quesadilla with beans and rice, and was not disappointed. Everything was hot and made fresh, and the quesadilla was LOADED with meat and cheese. Price point wasn’t bad either. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I went back and forth on where too eat. We were gonna eat at (Chip0t+le) but the reviews were sketchy. So I looked up Birria tacos near me and this spot came up. What caught my eyes was the amazing reviews. 5.0 average is a winner. Reviews really matter for me. Let me tell you this place is absolutely perfect. I ordered the Vegan taco "Green Lab Specimen" with mushrooms and I am NOT even Vegan. I just love love love mushrooms. It was amazingggggg. I also ordered the Birria Pop taco and the Shrimp taco "Tulum Experiment". Ohhhhhhhh myyyyy Goodness. Magnificent ❤️ Perfection to me. I went back and ordered another Birria to go and another Vegan to eat before I left. My husband who can be critical and not as much of a fan of tacos as I am mentioned that everything was seasoned perfectly. He ate his entire Carnitas bowl. We will be back again and again. Marco was warm friendly and offered suggestions. Marco also checked on us to make sure our food was made correctly 👌 and made sure we were enjoying it. It's a small spot but cozy and clean. Another big plus for me is they serve fountain drink PEPSI! There is a lot of construction going on near his establishment at the moment 😳 hopefully it will disappear soon but that little bit of inconvenience is so worth it. There is parking behind the building. Trust me if you love tacos this is the place! I will be back again and again and again. Marco thank you for your amazingggggg hospitality.
