Amazing all around food service and everone is in a good mood
Just passin through… Dinner specials were great portion & price. Our server was so sweet and efficient. Clean and stylish rural bar and grill. Great food!! We also LOVE a good salad bar - hard to come by these days!
First time there today. Food was good. Service was good. Nice place inside. Will be going back
This place has some of the best pizza ever. Crust is salty and sweet amazing sauce, can’t say enough great things about it love the small town atmosphere and service is pretty good considering they’re generally really busy.
Wonderful small town Bar and grill with great food and drink specials, outdoor seating, and friendly staff and patrons. Great SxS destination if you live in the area.
Update July '24: Dinner on patio with good service. Tacos still a great buy at $2 each. First time visit for lunch and food was good. Slow service - cheeseburger, fries, and chicken tenders took about 25 min after ordering. But food was hot and delicious. Prior visits for Wednesday night tacos had good food as well.
I have had several items here and they all have been great with fair prices. They make a great ribeye along with having some of the best pizza in the area. The service has always been excellent regardless of how busy they are.
Great place to eat. I had 2 catfish fillets with baked potato & salad bar for a Friday night special. I've also had the Ribeye which was very good!! The salad bar is so good & filling. I took most of the dinners home for another meal. Wed. night is taco night. Also good! Thurs. lunch special is Hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes & gravy. Make sure you get there early before they run out. Can't go wrong with any kind of pizza. It's Ihe best!
Me and my wife went in on Saturday 10/22/22 @ 8:00pm, the place was packed, almost kept driving. SO GLAD WE DIDN'T! We had the best service, our food came out promptly, and THE BEST TACO PIZZA hands down! 10/10 highly recommended!
Love, love, love their pizza. Make sure to get enough to take home for breakfast! It's that good. Atmosphere is great. Not too loud and plenty of places to sit and chat. Great prices and excellent staff. Tacos on Wednesday night are a must!
2025 this was a much better experience than I the year before. The service was great, and the food was good. I had the crispy chicken salad with blue cheese and Thousand Island. We also ordered the very tasty onion rings. I would recommend, and bumped the food up to 5 stars. 2024 I was a little uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door until I left. My initial encounter with the waitress was abrupt. I wasn't sure whether she was just a matter-of-fact personality or annoyed by my questions. I met friends and we ordered. While I was asking her questions about the type of pizza I wanted, she moved on to the next person. I then asked her if I could finish ordering another item, which I did. We received our food in a reasonable length of time and it was quite good. Everyone was happy with their sandwich and/or pizza. My only complaint about the meal was the lack of a good hot sauce on the table. The one available did not look, or smell appetizing. I do like hot sauce on my pizza. So, that was a disappointment. All in all, I enjoyed the meal for the most part, and I did give the benefit of the doubt to the server. I would go back. But, I'll be taking sriracha with me.
One word Friendly. Food was O.K. the rib Eye steak we enjoyed had great flavor but was just a tad chewy. The salad bar was good with an ample selection. The macaroni salad was great. There is just enough TV's around to keep yourself current with the happenings outside this small friendly community.l
Most time food was good but the spaghetti and meatballs was bad. Frozen meatballs, canned sauce and overcooked pasta. Another per in party had chicken fettuccine and it was bad also, taste was terrible.
The atmosphere is great. A nice small-town place to have dinner. The food was just okay, however. The ribeye sandwich didn't have a lot of flavor and my husband said the unbreaded tenderloin was dry. We went before the dinner rush arrived and still had to wait almost 45 mins from the time we ordered until our food came. The appetizers thankfully arrived quickly. I can't imagine if we would have had to wait that long for our entrees with a hungry 7-year-old! In all, I would be willing to go back and try them again.
The place isn’t bad, service was friendly, fast and clean. I’ve heard over and over again about the pizza so tonight we got pick up. Cheese sticks along with sausage and mushroom was my choice. It wasn’t bad but not my style at all. Dry, hard and small grainy pieces of sausage. If I closed my eyes it tasted like several other places in the QC. I know people have different tastes but this isn’t mine. The flavor wasn’t bad but there is no sauce....
I really hate saying anything bad because the service was extraordinary!!!! But the food.....not good at all. Got poppers and a haystack for appetizers and they just tasted like grease. Same for the pizza. The dough was mushy and it was overcooked. Got a 1/2 sausage and onion and 1/2 BLT. The sausage and onion was mushy and it all tasted like onion and the BLT was absolutely terrible!! There were 4 of us and none of us thought it was good which is sad because of the beautiful people that work there.
Traveled 45 minutes to have “all you can eat” walleye, just to be told they ran out! First time here and like I said we had a little drive so we called earlier in the day to give a heads up for a party of 10 also confirming and emphasizing we wanted to try the walleye, all was good. We sat down for dinner at 5:45, 4 of us order the all you can eat walleye and when we placed seconds the server said she’d need to check… everyone at our table was instantly dumb founded (it’s only a little after 6 and it’s all you can eat right?) we looked back at the kitchen and they were in the door way looking out at us and one lady was shaking her head no and saying whatever to our server. Our server come back to the table to let us know they ran out and they’d take some money off the bill. $1.00 was removed from everyone’s “all you can eat” walleye dinner. (Gee thanks!) FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! It’s advertised all you can eat walleye and the manager said they only had 3 bags of walleye and ran out in the heart of dinner time. The way they were cackling I’m certain they were being LAZY and didn’t want to serve us, but don’t worry $1 off was supposed to make up for that. As far as the taste - let’s just say the other 3 who were going to order seconds were hoping for better pieces as well as to get somewhat full. The food was hard! Not a good experience at all and I’ll never be back or recommend to anyone and that includes 10 of us.
No draft beer, four of us ordered the “all you can eat fish” and after 20 mins the waitress decides to check up on us, we of course wanted a few more pieces of the rock hard overcooked walleye but she was quick to tell us they ran out! As all the cooks and waitresses stared and cackled from the kitchen it was evident they were just miss trained in proper customer service. We really appreciate the $1.00 off. These burps taste like burnt grease. Great Tuesday night dinner!
