Round Table Pizza

I love coming into Round Table now because of their new Gluten Free crust! Never seen gluten free crust as thick as this one. Normally it’s all thin and not good. Thank you, Round Table! Customer service is also great with a great vibe from the crew! 5 stars!

There was a young man at the register and I'm sad I didn't get his name. He was amazing, his customer service skills went above and beyond. I don't leave tip for buffet so I had no cash, but I'll be going back by to ensure he knows how much he was appreciated him in monetary form. Great hire Round Table, I'll be back.

Round Table is the best pizza in town for a corporate chain. Although it is now and always was a little expensive, I got an XL Pepperoni pizza And some drinks plus tip and the bill was $75. They don't have many games only three and are all claw machines. That are $1 each to play. The staff is friendly, but not gonna lie I was kinda annoyed, i waited close to 10 minutes in line Behind the only other person in there, Just to get up to go box. Nobody's fault, just was annoying. The front room is remarkably hot for a restaurant. I think that glass windows and walls give the restaurant a greenhouse effect. If I go back for dine-in I will sit in the back room.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 3pm and here I'm sitting writing this review at 6pm and the pizza still isn't delivered. I have called twice and each time I'm told that they are busy and it's gonna be another 40 minutes. I get being busy but 3 hours and I still don't have a pizza. This is beyond ridiculous UPDATE so I finally got my delivery at 7pm so it took a total of four hours to get a pizza. To top it off the pizza was so cold it seemed like it had been sitting around for 2 of the hours. Excellent customer service

I ordered a large and a medium specialty pizza, as well as a family salad. The total, before a driver tip, was just about $70. I understand that prices for certain items may rise in cost, but $70?! After waiting an hour on delivery to our home, which is 4 minutes away, I received two medium pizzas and the salad. The salad is $10, and to stare at two pizzas that measured 12" for $60, just woke me up to the fact that we are being taken advantage of. In all fairness a medium pizza is 12" and a large is 14", however, they both measured exactly 12". With that said, imagine paying $60 for two pizzas that small. I stopped the driver, to confirm the pizza sizes, and I was told that the new person must have put the large pizza in a medium sized box. If so, I told her, does this look like a large pizza to you? She apologized and said it must be, and that it was squished in to fit. Folks, let me tell you, I was heartbroken haha. I mean, I already paid for these items ahead of time, and the family was waiting to eat dinner, but wow. What happened to you, Round Table?

I would not recommend delivery. I paid $50 for a medium pizza that was not correct and barely warm. I called right away and Briana the manager was responsive and said it would be remade. 1 hour later she called to say I didn’t pick it up. Well, because it was meant to be delivered. Lots of money for a two hour process to eat and in the end no pizza.

I waited for 45 minutes on top of the initial 20 minutes I was told it would take to get my pizza. During this time, I was told several times that my order was almost done. Several people demanded their money back and left. One of the orders was a pepperoni pizza, just like what I ordered. It was just sitting up there and the person who ordered it had already left. I told one of the employees to just give that one and I'd be on my way, since I've been standing around for 45 minutes. He wouldn't do it. He instead took it back to the employee's area so they could eat it later. I then asked again... where's my order? He looked and said they were just making it. They lied to me twice saying it was almost done, and then took an abandoned order that was the same as mine and kept it for themselves. At that time I demanded my money back and didn't even get a apology of any sort. Never again! Round Table has always been our pizza place, but not anymore. Great customer service Round Table, you chased our family away for good.
