Jack’s is little gem. Stopped for dinner on a road trip on a cold evening. A really pleasant surprise. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Friendly and very busy staff- it was Friday night.

Jack's has become our go-to stopping place when driving along I-88 in NY. It's always clean, the service is prompt and friendly, and the food is both generous and delicious, and it's an easy off and on from the highway. If you're in the area, I highly recommend a visit - you'll want to come back!

The spicy wings here are worth the trip. If you're within a 30 minute drive of Jack's Pub do yourself the favor and come here. Get the Hot Wings, some onion rings and something to drink.

Jacks Pub is a nice little bar and restaurant to have a great lunch at! You can even watch the Young and the Restless there!! Our waitress is always great. Very good service. The food is excellent too. I always get the haddock sandwich. It's very unusual to fine a nice white ,flaky fish. Anywhere!! There is no old,stinky odor either. My husband and I grew up on the ocean south of Boston. We know great fish when we see and eat it. The portion is very generous. Batter is crispy and the fish isn't dry. Their chicken strips are great,burgers are a large portion , fries are yummy. Bathrooms are immaculate! Just a nice relaxing place to go for lunch. Charlene and Larry Wilson *****

The best place for HOSPITALITY specially from Amy & her husband’s friend Bernie Vilasco(sorry if spellings wrong)They both delivered the food in the middle of nowhere to a driver whereas they don’t have food delivery and I was surprisingly impressed with the quality of the food and service, I wish if I could give 10 stars. I had a BLT and onion rings yesterday. basic and simple food but you'd be surprised how many places can screw this up and this was perfect. I will always hit this place for lunch anytime I'm passing through. Great food great service great place.

Went to Jacks tonight with my husband. We've been here many times and always go with the garbage wings because they are amazing but tonight they had an Asian "smash burger" on special which sounded great, so we gave it a shot, and it was DELICIOUS! It was ground pork with chives and Asian slaw pressed together with 2 crispy tortillas as the bun and a delicious sauce! I failed to get the bartenders name tonight but she was amazing too! The people here are always great (patrons and staff alike). Hope this dumpling smash burger stays around!

Highly recommend As a single young woman travelling alone, one of the scariest things is having to stop for food in an unfamiliar place. This pub was cozy, the two women running it were friendly & protective. They kept me in their eyesight the whole time and we endlessly sweet to me. No other patrons gave me a hard time, and I was able to actually relax before continuing my drive. Also the food is really good and comes quickly too

By far the best bar burger you'll get. It's huge. Always cooked to your preference. The deal can't be beat. I always get the Jr burger w bacon and Swiss. And fries. Parking is easy. It is cash only. There is an atm as you walk in. I love this place. I'm getting my burger tonight 😋 I've gotten their wings dozens of times and they're always excellent also

AMAZING. I have come here two days in a row. The fried pickles and corned beef rueben is literally to die for. SO GOOD. The staff/servers are always so sweet and you never have to call them over, they are always coming and checking on you. (Shout out to Sarah and Terri!) The chefs are great, it doesn’t even taste like “bar food”. I wish I could put this pub in my pocket and take them with me on my travels. 😭

A "Must Visit" for any traveler who gets hungry in the Worcester NY area off I-88 exit 18. For being in the middle of nowhere (sorry eastern Otsego County) what a great place to eat and drink. The portions are large and delicious, help curteus and hometown friendly and prices are more than fair! A great place for Wings and the burgers are huge along with their specials are always good and worth a try. I live 45 minutes away and love to take the trip for a great meal.

There fried mushrooms are always spot on. The Friday fish issue sooo good as well best coleslaw I've had yet.....

Bartenders are awesome and funnier then sh#&@. Those 2 ladies were on top of there game. One suggestion with the wings, part boil them and then throw them in the fryer.

Swung by Jack's for some lunch on a drive down route 7, headed toward Albany on a cool October day. Decent atmosphere,  mostly locals. Nice staff and a sizable menu at a typical price for the area. I had the haddock sandwich with chips and my wife had the BLT with a side of the chilli. Their chips are made in-House and they offer flavors (salt n pepper, vinegar,  etc.) It was basically a one-man show that day and he kept up very well to a near full houes, acting as bartender, waiter, cook and server. Quite impressive. The food was good and filling, we would definitely stop by on our way through in the future.

Visiting from Salt Lake City, UT. Stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday night, the inside was very loud so we asked to be seated outside. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. We had a group of 6, service was fast and very friendly. Portions were good size, we didn't leave hungry! Would return to appetizers and drinks.

Meh. Food was okay but service was slow and the waitress was alone so she couldn't be attentive enough. It's no one's fault, just how it was.

Decent food. Rude employees. I went with my husband and mother in law to dinner Christmas eve. The food was good and our service was adequate. Drinks were left empty, but they delivered it fast and with a good atitude. Turns out I left my purse hanging on the chair. When I went back the next day (Christmas) to pick it up, the woman working gave me all kinds of grief about not being responsible and even went so far as to insult my clothes. I won't be returning.

Went with my wife last night and was told I would have to eat outside . I saw to reserved tables 3 6 ppl tables and a 4 person table the waitress still said I would have to eat outside. I didn't make a scene and left When I go out to eat I like my food hot when you are outside and its 65 with a good breeze going by my dinner would have been cold as I eat it if I wanted to eat outside I would have went outside. obviously I wanted a hot meal so I went elsewhere. In my opinion couples if u like it hot dont go to jacks with just 2 make sure you have 4 to 6 ppl then u will be treated differently have been going there for over10 yrs most likely will not go back .was never told I had to eat outside during all that time

I bought 2 cheeseburgers and 2 orders of French fries and 2 cans of soda. I won’t never go there again it was very expensive. I have never paid $38 for burgers and fries and soda.

I ask the waitress if they had boneless wings and he said yes. So then I ask if I can have barbecue boneless wings and the waitress yes. Then they come out with chicken tenders with barbecue sauce on the side. Ridiculous
