The staff is friendly, but the menu is limited, the prices aren't cheap anymore, and if you don't like something, they won't replace it and you'll still have to pay for it—there's no guarantee of satisfaction. For just a few pesos more, you're better off eating somewhere else.
Honestly, this place is an insult to anyone looking for good food. At Dauzon Plaza Américas, for the same price ($50), you can get a meal that literally makes you want to come back (especially the cream). But at Doña Güera, the concept of quality is nonexistent. To begin with, their consommé is nothing more than a little broth with half-frozen rice that's best left uneaten. I literally had to add a lot of salt just to get any flavor. Second, the enchiladas were half-cooked and just smothered in red sauce, and the dried beef was thrown into a pan with a lot of oil without them checking on it, because one side of it was literally burnt. So, to put it bluntly, I'd rather go to Kentucky Fried Chicken, even though I got food poisoning the last time I went back to Doña Güera. I would give it 0 stars but the system won't let me.
