They don't prepare them well. It's almost just the base in the blizzards we ordered, and even though we tried different flavors, they all tasted the same... They're much better at the other locations.

Poor service, very slow drive-through service and complicates street traffic.

Si llegas 20 minutos antes de que cierren, olvidate de que te van a atender, se ponen con sus cosas que ya no tienen helado porque ya apagaron las máquinas y van a cerrar, cuando se supone que el horario establecido es uno, apagan las pantallas, máquinas y ya no te quieren atender. Volví otro día más temprano y el blizzard todo aguado, no tiene el mismo sabor de otras sucursales.

I shouldn't give them any stars. They're supposed to stop serving after 10:30. Plus, if you arrive at 9:40, they pull faces, provide terrible service, and on top of that, they start cleaning and basically running customers away. I understand it's because they need to leave on time, but they need more tact to know how to be more cordial to customers.
