Been waiting for this place to open ever since I heard they were coming to Cross County. I came in last Sunday opening weekend and came early to beat the crowd. Place was nice a clean upon entry and no line. We both wanted steak so we chose to wait for a fresh batch since we both creating our own bowls. It was the first time my partner was trying Cava eating healthy is so important now a days. Staff were very respectable and I really enjoyed my bowl.

So happy there’s finally a CAVA closer to the Bronx/Yonkers area! I’m a regular at the downtown Manhattan locations and this new Yonkers location did not disappoint. The food was super fresh, the staff were polite. Definitely will be back! 🔥

Cava near the bronx!! The food was delicious and the staff was so kind. They opened last week and the person in charge explained to us that they ran out of some toppings. He gave us a discount and was very kind. I def will be coming back

The food, the service and atmosphere here is great! It’s a very friendly establishment and the workers are extremely nice as well! They are very quick, attentive and efficient with their customers. I’ve been waiting for this establishment to open in cross county since it was announced and it dint disappoint!

Idk what changed but the customer service was pleasant. The food taste great. It does not taste like over night rice unlike other restaurants. The chicken mixed with lamp taste amazing and for my color or intake it’s a perfect fit. Highly recommend cava in Yonkers 😋

We placed an online order and ended up waiting about 15 minutes past the pickup time, but the staff was so kind and accommodating. The lady at the counter apologized and even gave us a free drink for the wait. The food was delicious, and the service was thoughtful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

On January 10th, I ordered a spicy lamb meatballs and sweet potato bowl with supergreens and basmati rice with lemon tahini balsamic date vinaigrette and . The first time I got to the top of the line, I was told they were out of meatballs and that it would be a 25 minute wait. I decided to wait then rejoin the line and successfully able to put through my order. Unfortunately, while I was eating I bit into a hard sharp black piece of plastic. I don't expect to find foreign objects in my food.

I waited until I visited a few times before reviewing. Here what I can share after 3 visits. The foods been most often than not. Portions are also good. My callout can be found with the customer service. I do give grace seeing as the location is new and is constantly busy, but today I visited outside of peak about an hour after open and most of the team were either snappy or appeared frustrated. Although some may think this has little to do with the food I do consider this as part of my experience whether dinning in or out.

food is great! I would say have more employees from previous stores with some experience to help with moving the line faster, long waiting time. Have new employees study the orders on the menu because they tend to look back at it a lot. Overall friendly and welcoming!!

I gave this place a second chance. They have horrible service and the food is not worth the price. The orders are never ready on time and do not tell people when they’re out of items but will happily charge you for it.

The food is good but every time I've placed an online order they don't begin making it until I arrive. On top my order was not fulfilled and they basically put whatever theu had left. Never going back to location.
