Hands down the best Chinese restaurant. I’ve been ordering here for the past 15 years. Never been disappointed. I normally order the pork steam dumplings and the dumpling sauce is to die for. My husband gets the chicken breast in garlic sauce with chicken fried rice, and my daughter loves the BBQ boneless spareribs tips with white rice. Everything is always finger licking good.

We're new to the area and were pleasantly surprised. This is the Chinese takeout from my childhood. Cantonese/American with fresh delicious ingredients. Many classic choices were tempting, such as Lake Tung Ting Shrimp, but ordering for the first time, we stayed with the more traditional simple dishes which are great markers for a place's overall quality. The dumplings and dim sum are likely made nearby but they were delicious and had that homemade texture, and pan fried meant that, not deep fried. Egg foo young and Sweet and Sour were crispy and juicy in just the right way. I deducted one point for no scallions in the fried rice, or anywhere; and, no hot mustard. I'll still order but next time I'll have my own condiments handy.

I’m a regular customer. Been going here for over a year now since my family moved here. Been going here for dinners and lunch, and it’s great. I would have gave them 5 stars but today was a bad experience. I order from these people when I'm home and work etc. I placed my order and paid with my debit card and requested the driver come upstairs(220 yonkersave) because I can not leave my 6 month old and 2 year old in the house by themselves. They call me back and say the driver doesn't come upstairs in that building 😑😑😑. This ain't slowbomb bro u coulda brought me my food. Won't get anymore of my money promise you that.

great food,when ever i order from here usually takes 20-30 mins and the delivery guy is aways very rude , got mad because i paid in singles and rudely passed me my food, i gave the delivery guy a tip and didn’t even say thank you …. where are the manners ????

I think for your urban local chinese they are pretty good. The beef broccoli in garlic sauce that was recommended by another reviewer is pretty darn good. Order and enjoy!

This is the worst costumer service ever. They got my order wrong for a second time. I was overcharged and talked down to after I complained. They sent two orders with no rice and told me that I have to wait for driver that never came. When I stated I would never order from here again they talked trash and hung up. I called to place an order and the lady hung up on me before i can even give her my credit card info. When I call back she tells me to hurry up. After I get my card that I’m about to give it to her she says call me back when you are ready and hangs up the phone once again. Also, Price has gone up drastically from this location compared to months ago. Never ordering from this place again.

The young man at the counter was amazingly rude and aggressive. He tossed the money at me and the change fell off the counter. I never ate my order as I felt unsafe and unwelcome in their "restaurant". I will never order, recommend or suggest this place to anyone.

Food looks good but has no taste..

I used to rate this place a five star until today. I found a hair in my food and all she said was take the shrimp out I’ll make you new rice. When I told her I didn’t want the food she said ok ok and didn’t even offer to give me my money back. I told her I wouldn’t order from there again and all she said was ok ok bye!! This was the only place I would order Chinese from and now I guess we not gonna be eating Chinese ever unless I learn to make it. Very dissatisfied!!

I never understand how restaurants say free delivery, but they stand at the door waiting for extra money. I am by no means a stranger to tipping but sometimes u dont have the extra cash at hand and that should be fine. So when i called to express this to the "owner" he said that the deliver is free but i have to pay the driver. (Mind u i live down the block) i told him that they shouldnt say delivery is free and just charge a fee. He has the nerve to tell me that next time he will charge me a $10 delivery fee (for a $13 meal across the street?????). Wow...just wow! So i guess we should pay fedex and usps for delivering to us too...lol...so rude and unprofessional

This place is poor quality with their food and their customer service! They are very unprofessional and they threatened to harm their delivery customers if they don’t even receive a tip! You can not force anyone to tip you. I told you that I was not going continue to tip you due to the hair & flies in my food from this restaurant! I hope this Chinese restaurant “First Wok” gets exposed by the department of health inspection for Westchester County. 💔💯💯

Horrible customer service . He rushed me to order unfortunately I wasn’t quick enough so he gave me back my money because he wasn’t having a good day so he told me to leave and have a good day . I mean we the customer are reason why your business is still running. God knows let us see how long they will last .

Staff should wash their hands more frequently. They eat in the eating area and then they go behind the counter and start working. No sight of washing hands. Or they stand up eating, then they put down the container and they resume handling people's food. .

I guess tonight is the last time I call this Chinese restaurant. I don’t order often but when I do I tell them not to ring the intercom because my toddlers are sleeping. But the delivery guy always forgets and rings it, if you have kids and they go to bed by eight you know what happens if the are awaken by a loud buzzer. So tonight I wanted to order and the guy who will get a piece of my Dominican mouth when I see him, told me he will not take my order if I don’t give him apartment number I told him what happen and he said them come down. I can’t leave my kids alone they are sleeping, then the A$$ said then no order for you and hang the phone on me. I really don’t know what is so hard for them to cross the street, call me, take the elevator and receive my $3 tip I always gave. No wonder they have so bad ratings and reviews.

I ordered 4 meals here and 3 of the same and one that's different. They sent 4 of the same meal and have the nerve to pretend it's me who err. They didn't even correct their mistake.

I literally live less than a mile away, have gotten delivered in the past, now all of a sudden "we don't go there"???? I guess they don't like money??? Don't waste your time.
