Let me say upfront, there is no sub sandwich better than Jersey Mike’s (“JM”). I tried them all, Subway, Togo’s, Firehouse subs, but when it comes to quality, freshness, and price JM wins hands down and I can’t say enough about the Manager and staff at this location -Just awesome, but there is one thing that puzzles me and that is the cost of a Snicker Doodle cookie. Don’t get me wrong this is a damn good cookie, but $3.25 for one is like paying about $29 a dozen. Yea I know; inflation, transportation costs, California costs, Bidenomics, yea I get it but Corporate this is a little over kill on the dessert side! Don’t worry you’re not going to lose this customer, but I will go to the cookie element across the street to get my Snicker Doodles in the future. Love you guys!

I came in and initially ordered a sandwich which there was a confusion point on and basically it was not ready so I simply ordered another one and stood in line only to go home and find out that the wife paid for the original sandwich. I went back to the next day and talked to the manager with Stephanie who worked it out and spent a little bit of time actually getting a drill down and figuring out what was going on getting the appropriate paperwork et cetera and then I got it. I got the original order filled . I'm very happy with the time and attention that they took to help me fix the problem and I appreciate your efforts very much !!!!! The sandwich tasted great ! I am really happy with the product here and I have really high confidence and when I come in, I'm gonna get a good sandwich. It's gonna be tasty to eat. Thank you, Stephanie !!

This location is amazing! They’re always on top of it and they know who I am when I arrive for my online order. I live closer to another Jersey Mikes but I make the trip to this location because they don’t drown my sandwich with my customized order like the other place does.

Just so you guys know, I tried to order a large sandwich on DoorDash. I live right down the street from this location with fees and everything that came out almost $40 for A giant sub from you guys immediately canceled my order and looked up board and brews at their large sandwich with delivery for $23. You guys might wanna take a look at this.

Friendly environment, but the service became stale when your the only African American waiting on a sandwich for 20-30 minutes as you see everyone else leaving with their meal... And mines sat on the counter not even a hot chicken bacon ranch sandwich anymore... That's pretty bias to me.

Just so you guys know, I tried to order a large sandwich on DoorDash. I live right down the street from this location with fees and everything that came out almost $40 for A giant sub from you guys immediately canceled my order and looked up board and brews at their large sandwich with delivery for $23. This is the 3rd time this happens to me. I get in line they get my order I head over to cashier and pay. I come to realize everyone in front of me has gotten their order and they haven't even started on mine. Take in mind they took my order while I was in line. I had to wait for 30-40min to get my sandwich.

Terrible service, I came in and ordered a sub where I was ignore for about a good 10 mins until mine got bunched in with an online order that got stopped midway waiting even longer. The bigger insult was the person behind got serviced AND pald out before I had my sub finished! No apologies on the delay, just attitudes. Gonna have to pass coming here again.

Nothing more frustrating than to pick up my order and get to my destination and find out it's wrong! I ordered White Bread and got Rosemary! I've noticed the Service from this store has gone down hill!
