Manager and staff was helpful when I had an issue.

I met Rose as the cashier/server. She knew her job well. I asked her about a product you used to make and she knew what I was talking about right away. Rose informed me that they still don't make that item the way I like it but she charged me appropriately for what I wanted and gave me the order I requested. Above and Beyond! This to me represents Outstanding, and Legendary Customer Service. Thank you for employing Professionals like Rose.

We haven't been in a while but we had some very good coupons so we went. The service was great and the food was too. And with the coupons we fed 4 adults for around $20. One of the coupons didn't work the first time, but that's because someone ordered a la carte and they required entrees. After we figured that out we got it settled and everything was good. We really should go here more often, but the location isn't as convenient as other places, so we kind of forget to.

Despite the the fact that my last two experiences here were terrible, I'm still giving them five stars because I've been eating here for a decade and 99% of the time it is amazing. Having said that, if I have another bad experience here I'm going to start subtracting stars.

Ordered deconstructed Langostino tacos (to-go) and was prepared right with all sauces on the side. However, the Langostino burrito (eat-in) did not have sufficient squat lobster meat inside. Good experience overall but wish I had more protein with my burrito specially with the high price upfront.

I ordered online on app at 1:07 with pickup time quoted at 1:16. Wanted to order ahead so it would be ready when we walked in. We waited about 50 min til we got our order. I had a feeling it was gonna be busy, sport games ending, lent. I was right! There was only 1 girl employee handling the front and 2 cooks in the back. The girl was amazing and handled everything LIKE A BOSSLADY! We can see how stressful it was for her but she handled it all amazingly! She was professional and hustled!! The cooks made great food! Ordering on the app I was kinda expecting to get chincy amount of food but we did not! We actually just ate the food there and it was all great! Kudos to the staff as they killed it! I was happy to see your hardworking employees handling a stressful situation and see that people waiting were surprisingly understanding as well. We love our Yorba Linda Rubios!💓

Haven’t been to Rubio’s in a few years, nearest restaurant closed last year. I ordered fish and chips which wasn’t on the restaurant menu but had it on the APP. She said they do serve it so I tried it, it was so good. Staff are so nice and friendly. Food was great. Fish and chips for $7.99 was perfect. Can’t wait for the next visit.

So sad. The place we went to closed completely down. So sad. We had good family get together. Waitress was great. We would go at 11 after church. It was in Yorba Linda. There is a second place in Yorba Linda that may be still open. We have to try. Miss this particular place. Great fish tacos. It was our Sunday go-to.

Pretty typical Rubio's. I would say that this particular location is clean. Usually the salsa bar, at places like this, isnt well maintained but I feel that they do a good job here at keeping it clean. The staff are friendly and overall things seem normal and what you would expect from a Rubio's. Beware the crazy people leaving Starbucks as they drive quickly and tend to ignore basic parking lot rules and common sense.

I give Rubio's ***** for Taco Tuesday and TGIF, and **** the rest of the time. On Tuesday the fish tacos are only $1.75 (regularly $4.49) and the Shrimp Taco Trio is only $7.99 (regularly $11.99). Great deal, and the tacos are very tasty. They use good ingredients and have great Salsa Verde. The YL store employees weren't knowledgeable or friendly. However, I know they are really busy during Covid running orders out to the parking lot constantly...

4 weeks ago:I would usually give this particular location four and a half Stars comma however, today it was exceptionally bad. I ordered two kids quesadillas and a classic shrimp burrito with very minor substitutions. The order took over 25 minutes. As I sat with my Restless kids waiting for the food my son complained of freezing so I sent them out to the patio.I then witnessed a poor customer who returned his salad two times and finally asked for a refund. When I received my food all of the shrimp in my burrito were charred to death on one side only. I had to spit out several pieces of the shrimp just because I couldn't even chew through it. Come on Rubio's I know you can do better than this especially in this location. TODAY. Not busy at 12:35 pm on Sunday. Restaurant was clean and food was fresh. They get 4.5 stars.

The guy who served us was so bubbly and friendly it made my whole visit just Sparkle! And when he brought our food to the table he even shook my hand as I introduce myself he was a delight to have served me my food. The food was good and very tasty. You will like it here! We sat out on the patio it was lovely in the warm evening air. I will definitely come to this place again!

The food is good, but I guess I caught them on an off day for speed. There were about 3 groups ahead of us (2 couples and on small family) - took about 10 mins to get to the front - only one register open. The food took another 25mins after that. The people at the front were friendly and smiling - there was someone in the back who was getting on the helpers case - felt bad for the front line workers - they were trying their best to get things moving but yells of "don't touch it until I tell you" were disheartening to the staff and really slowed things down.

Our waiter was very sweet and welcoming. The bottomless chips was great, along with the salsa! The margaritas were bad, but could've been better. Also, the food is good!

I like Rubio's, food is always great, but customer service from Noe was horrible. He was rude to a customer over the phone while taking his order. When I picked up my food to go we had asked him if he put a new bag of chips in or bag due to them falling on the floor. This is where he got extremely rude with me while showing what I ordered in a rude way. I told him he didn't need to be rude, but he decided to turn his back and ignoring me. I get it we have bad days at work, but his demeanor and attitude towards customers is not right. You guys may need to check on his attitude towards customers.

It would be ideal to get what is stated on the menu. Several times I've ordered food from this place and have not got what's been advertised. This time I Order the lime quinoa Bowl. It's supposed to come with avocado. I had to walk back in and ask for them to give me some avocado because there was absolutely none on my bowl. The staff could be a little nicer too. They took a couple minutes to come out and bring me less than a quarter of an avocado and did not even apologize. This is also happened with the shrimp Bowl. I was given 4 pieces of shrimp. I wouldn't write about the mediocre service, more that I am just not getting what I paid for.

The steak burrito especial is absolutely ridiculous. It is 75% rice, 20% guacamole, and 5% actual meat. With every bite i take, its all white rice and burrito. Not ordering again from here

This location needs some serious help from corporate. The last 3 times I’ve been in they hand out free drink cups at order because they are for-warning you that your food won’t be ready in the next half hour. I think their chef is actually fishing for the food as you order then he drives it back to the location on his rickshaw. All joking aside my guess is they can’t handle the online and Uber eats orders along with the in store customers. Hopefully the franchise owner will do something soon because the food is great but the wait may just kill the place.

Order took a long time to get because they were waiting for the fries to cook. When I opened our order the bag of fries was not even half full. I figured it cost over $.50 a fry! Definitely felt ripped off. Sadly I had left the area when I open the bag.

How is this spot still open? I remember coming to this spot in high school and this place would literally put 1 oz of meat on your burrito. Close down entirely please

Unfortunatley, under new managment, they are extrememly understaffed. The wait for food has been over 40 minutes each time we have come no matter the day or business level. The staff that is here is very nice of course, doing the best they can but dont expect fast service. They will take doordash or ubereats orders over people walking in...not the best idea to me.

I order three cheese burritos but they ended up giving me just one but still charge me three corn tort and 3 cheese. But came out with just one burritos. Utterly ridiculous

Apparently the only way to get your food in a timely manner is to know someone that works at this location. I waited for an online order for over 30 minutes and watched a friend of the cashier get their order in less than 5 minutes. When my order was ready, all I received was a half ass apology from the person putting the orders together. BTW, my order was just 1 taco & 1 burrito so you would think it would be pretty quick but the guy that knew the cashier got his burrito in less than 5 minutes.

We ordered salads online for pickup. At the pickup time, they said it wasn't ready, that they were behind. After waiting 20 minutes, it was up on the counter the whole time!
