If I could give 20 stars to service I would. Entire team was amazing but one girl with dark hair and piercings was the best! Very sweet! Got a cat drawn on my cup ❤️ if I lived in town I’d go every day

Everyone here is super friendly. I had to add something to my order at the payment window and the staff did so without hesitation, very sweet of them. I got the avocado toast and a caramel iced latte and they were both exactly what I was looking for. If you want a quick and easy drive thru experience while not having to pay an arm and a leg for a quick bite, come here!

Celebrating Nat'l Dog Day ...First off, we did the drive thru so the atmosphere was great in the car. Donuts are always great, here! Service... Guy with the microphone misquoted munchkin sizes. Apparently you can't get the 3 or 5 pack anymore so I paid for and got a 7 pack (for the dogs). The guy with the microphone also misquoted the pup cup sizes as I requested a small & a large (Chihuahua & Pitbull sizes). Was told all they have is one size. At the window I received a large & a small as requested. The girl definitely knew more than the guy working the headset. The girl at the window didn't offer me a senior citizen discount though. After paying over $15 for 7 blueberry munchkins, 6 old fashioned plain donuts, 2 pup cups (which I remembered as free) and no drinks, I asked if they have a senior citizen discount. The answer was yes but, I didn't want to hold up traffic. I'll have to remember to ask for it next time. DD has always been a bit pricey but IDK how they can stay in business with prices like these. Guess that's what makes it a treat and not a daily stop like the old days when they were new and I was a kid. *(:^D

We love going for our Thursday morning Dunkin on the way to school. I accumulate points quickly and everyone can find something tasty to eat. The staff is friendly and they always remember your orders. Highly recommend.

I got here about twice a week. Although all the workers make my drink a little different, it is my favorite place to go. Staff are very kind and friendly. Don't quite remember this guys name starting with a D might have been Derek. But he is who I usually see. He is very professional and polite. Overall, 5 Star would recommend a little more detail on the inside to make it more welcoming.

Just came here for the first time and a nice man who named Andy I believe was helping us. This was our first time at Dunkin and I cannot express enough how amazing it was. Such a pleasant experience. We ordered our drink and he was so helpful with drink and food items and literally changed my day from a difficult one to putting a smile of the faces of my family in my car. 10/10 recommend and hope management shows recognition to Andy. Customer service was the best I’ve had from anywhere in so long💪🏼👏🏼

Good service, they just didn't have a great selection of donuts in my opinion. I like their prices compared to other coffee place. My father and I were able to buy 2 coffees and some donuts for the same price we would've had paid for just 2 coffees else where.

Dunkin' in Yuba City is a good reliable chain coffee shop. Typically less expensive than Starbucks and I like their rewards system in the app. I often put in an order and its almost always ready when I get there. They never get mad at me when I walk in to pick up my order because the drive thru line was too long. The staff is usually super sweet. Definitely my go-to for quick snack and drink. I don't drink a lot of coffee (upsets my stomach lol) but I love their other drink options. I'm a huge fan of the Dunkin' Energy drinks (not the Rockstar punches, the other ones. The Rockstar ones are ok, but definitely taste like Rockstar lol). The sandwiches and donuts are expensive but the app gives deals a lot and they aren't that much more than other fast food places, honestly. Also their little hashbrowns are my favorite light treat.

My cousin usually orders the same thing every time we go so when the girl at the window, (sparkles on her face and blonde) was handing me my cousin's drink and a bag, I nicely said, "Oh we have the order for..." in which the girl responds with incredible attitude, "it is this, this is the order". She was super rude. There was absolutely no need for her to be speaking to a paying customer in that form. Do better.

The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing at this place. They only make one batch of donuts per day, so if you arrive after 8 AM, the selection is slim pickings. I ordered online donuts and when I arrive to pick them up, they had told me the donuts were stolen because they leave them out on the table on the honor system which doesn’t seem to work there because it’s not a very safe area. When you walk up to the counter most times you have to wait between five and 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge your presents Because they are too busy with online orders and the drive-through not a very good experience coming here time after time

I asked for light ice my cup is totally filled with ice ordered some maple logs and they just tossed them face down so i have a maple favored bag which they forgot half my order and then i thought after paying for the other half and they still forgot a item

The manager of this restaurant needs to learn customer service skills. After spending $140 over two days for my co workers, I was treated very poorly when I mentioned a drink was supposed to be iced and not hot. Very disappointing. I will not be rewarding co workers with anything from this establishment.

Went through the drive thru, waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. When they did, no greeting of good morning or afternoon. The associate was named Chelsea and in the food industry this person didn’t even look like they showered. Messy hair and facial piercings are also not allowed when dealing with food. I WILL never stop here again.

Twice I’ve come to this place in the afternoon and they’ve had NO donuts. It’s as if they don’t realize they’re a donut shop. Don’t waste your time here.
