Clean, but I don't like the odd smell of the store. Quick with orders. I have a food allergy and they said yes they could sub for something else, then they made it with the food I am allergic to! They did catch it and remade it, but that doesn't give me much confidence to try that again. Staff is friendly.

Love me some Jamba Juice! Visited there like 3 or 4 times back to back over one weekend (I know, I've got a problem :-) But it's that good. Healthy, fresh, and tastes good. Employees were always super friendly and helpful. The one thing that I don't know if it can be fixed...but there was an odd smell to the whole store. But it seemed to likely be the smell of all the different fruits that had been thrown away combining together in an unpleasant order. It wasn't overprowering, but definitely noticeable. Nonetheless, worth every penny still!

What really made my visit special was the incredible help I received from Lily. I wanted to order a drink that's no longer available on the app or kiosk, and I wasn't sure how to proceed. Lily went above and beyond by not only helping me ring up my order, but also taking the time to walk me through the process so I'd know how to order it in the future. Her patience and willingness to help made all the difference. I'm so appreciative of Lily's exceptional customer service. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers leave informed and satisfied. She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this location - great drinks, clean environment, and staff that truly care about their customers!

I love their Peanut Butter moo'd with almond milk :) The staff is always friendly! Only downfall is when we went in this last time, I ordered a medium and they gave me a small. I didn't realize it until we were halfway home and my husband compared our cups. I checked my receipt to make sure of my order.

Mobile ordering is the best. I love being able to add the things I want and just be able to up to the counter let them know that I am there and they always have my drinks ready for me. They are smiling and polite. The drinks are great they are thick and creamy with just the right amount of fruits pieces. It's one of the best treats to get in the summer time or winter. :)

*one-time, drop-in impression, granted they had some construction going on and only one active register: Staff was friendly but when it comes to the smoothie itself, it was just not blended enough. I appreciate they are going green, but trying to suck ice pebbles through a cardboard straw just doesn’t work 😆. Also, I thought the new sausage muffin tasted pretty good! However, it fits in the palm of my hand so at regular price I just think it’s too small. Thankfully they had a dollar off to promote the new item. I miss Tropical Smoothie lol

I come in often, I do not do self ordering because I don't like it. They said if I didn't have cash, I have to self order. I made the employee help me. In the long run it would have been faster for him to just take my order. There is no more customer service, as far as these types of things. Yes they were nice to say hi and welcome in but it went down hill from that. When a customer says they don't like to do their own orders they should listen and just take the order.

We waited 10 minutes just to have our order taken no one was ahead of us in line to order. When we did finally have our order taken everyone working was not personable at all. During our wait one employee walked up to the register picking her teeth then proceeded to touch the register and walk away.

Self ordering was the worst. Menu changes made it so my order was not an option via self ordering so I had to talk to a person. All three staff literally ignored us. They had no other customers and no blenders going. It was about 6pm. My daughters and I all had time to use the bathroom and return while we were trying to get anyone to answer a really simple question. One staff who was busy pulling in umbrellas did respond to my oldest (in passing) by telling her to order at the kiosk. Not helpful when she specifically asked for help. They clearly did not like that I had to had to whistle to get anyone to address the counter. It worked real fast though! Sorry, but we had tried all other options outside of actually screaming-or leaving. After that it got worse. All 3 staff chattered and made faces back and forth showing how offended they were. One staff even scolded me when she handed me our order! However, when some guys about the same age came as the staff came in ,t hey were all practically falling over the counter to help them. I should have left after the first 3 min of waiting. Felt like dealing with teenagers at home when asked to do the dishes.
