Panera Bread

I enjoy hanging out at Panera and ordering their lunch food. They have a lot of options and you can customize everything. Some cheaper options like the "value duets" or "you pick 2", but can be a little expensive if you get a whole entree or "you pick 2" with expensive choices. I try to find a discount code when I can. The service is exceptional, over time some people have started remembering me and will say "hi" and ask me how my day was. A lot of employees are genuinely friendly, like August and Misty. A nice place to meet a friend at, study or do work at, or sit and hang out because it's cooler than your house lol. Something that could be improved on is the power outlets as the ones by the drink fountain don't work well, and there's a few times I've seen water on the floor and had to alert an employee about a tripping hazard. Also, this is not with the employees, but the way this Panera was built is quite open-spaced and has 0 privacy lol, and around 2-6 the sun will shine heavily onto the patio/front area and block your vision. Otherwise, this place is great, the service and food are exceptional.

To the person that separated my everything bagels from the rest of the bagels so my cinnamon ones didn't end up tasting of onion, I hope that both sides of your pillow are always cool and you find parking up front wherever you go.

Stopped in at this location on Saturday for a quick bite and were immediately greeted by the sweetest girl named Kelly at the register. (You can really tell she’s not your basic employee who wants costumers out as soon as possible). When we didn’t know what to order on the big menu, she guided us through and was super understanding and patient. She complimented my Twenty One Pilots T-shirt and we had a conversation over which songs were our favorites, she recommended us smokehouse sandwich and the BBQ was incredible. Not to mention the floors at this place were super clean, and Kelly made sure we were all settled while we enjoyed our meal. If you ever see her while visiting this location, be sure to say hi! She’s truly the sweetest soul.

This is another place My family loves to get for pick up, the family special With the sandwiches and the soup and salad and 🍪 is a home run. All this food is really good here. Always has been, never ate so much bread. Until you go here, you can fill up on a baguette with some butter if you're not careful, very clean restaurant. We give this place at ten out of ten

Nice Panera, well lit and atmosphere with friendly staff. A bit pricey and still like the old menu items of years ago. Plus the chicken has changed to not fresh chicken and more like luncheon meat. But still a nice place for breakfast and lunch

The amount of meat is kind of small, so if you're really hungry this isn't a good place. If you're kind of looking for a snack, the food is good the bread is delicious and all in all it's a good experience. It is kind of weird with all the people just sitting there on their computers though.

layout? horrendous. ambiance? abysmal. staff? lovely sweethearts, one and all. food's solid, but one time my agave lemonade here was slightly carbonated and watered down? almost as if it had a seltzer base... if I didn't know better i'd think it was alcoholic by the tang of it. similar to a hard cider. same thing happened to me with the strawbasil fresca at the Redlands location once before. I'm guessing it's remains of some cleaning process for the dispensers, but maybe they're still tinkering with the recipe to make sure it doesn't kill anyone else, idk.

Big mistake to get rid of the boxes that the bagel pack comes in. Not nice to bring bagels to work for celebration s with all the bagels thrown in a brown paper bag because they're warm or thrown together in a plastic bag like they're day old. Used to be nice to bring bagels in a box like they were special. Also it seems they change their recipe for their bagels. They're a little smaller and denser. Not as soft. Plan on getting from Costco. Nicer packaged, cheaper and just as good. Gave them 3 stars for the good service. Employee are efficient and friendly.

Food is as expected per any much any Panera. The indoor seating area is not good all. While clean, it's stark. It's not modern cold, but a cross from an 80's McDonald's and an old Dunkins donuts. Missing the warmth of older Paneras like the one in Redlands.

The General manager was rude and waved me off when I asked if they carry regular milk. The simple answer was no! Kindness, courtesy and good customer service goes a long way!

When I went back, one employee was on her phone texting, talked to the manager who really did not care about my issue, just told me to have a blessed day. Never going back. Even on their receipts they have a system of checking your order, not!

I had a cup of French Onion soup delivered with a baguette. I was really disappointed. The soup tasted stale and over salted and the baguette was as hard as a rock. The service was excellent however, that's a lot of money to spend for stale food
