A woman with glasses, I assume was the manager was talking very loudly and disturbing the peace while also swearing a bit and just being kinda unprofessional. I was sitting and eating w my family and they all agreed she was too loud and being rude to her own staff. Also didn't take care of a long line of people (made them wait about 10-7-ish minutes to order) Definitely won't wanna eat inside again while she's working. 2:20 Tuesday Sep 17

It's Taco Bell. I enjoy it on occasion. This location has its issues though. Almost every time we go here, there is an issue with our order. Whether it be they forget something in our order or they don't make the food how we order it, it is consistently messed up. They have also eliminated a lot of the classic menu items and cut back the menu size which is a bummer.one intersting thing they have done with their drive thru at this location is post up a staff member outside with an umbrella to take orders and speed up the drive thru. Smart idea because they are pretty slow taking orders here as well. This gave em an extra star for effort.

Conveniently located adjacent to Walmart, so plenty of parking and RV friendly. Ate in the restaurant. Food came out fast but the portions were small and the fries were cold. Plenty of indoor seating, affordable pricing and the restaurant was clean.

This place was terrible. Service was bad they did not get any of our orders right even though it is all ordered through iPads. Food came and was sloppy and missing things we asked for. Not sure what I was expecting from a strip mall Tbell but this was far from it. I usually appreciate the greasy elegance of a meal from Taco Bell, knowing it is better than Del Taco, but of this location, I cannot assert this. Would not recommend, unless you’re starving, which you probably are. It’s the middle of nowhere.

Ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and potato taco… see pics but eh crunch wrap wasn’t even made right no crunch, no meat and the potatoes were hard as a rock. Oh and I asked for no idea in my drink and for the hundredth time they put ice in my drink.

Why do you park every car! I went thru the drive thru. Not a single car behind me. But you still tell me to park in front and you will bring out my order. I should have just went inside and ordered my food. What’s the point of a drive thru if you’re going to just park every car. What a waste of time. This Taco Bell sucks !!!!

I worked in food. I really love Taco Bell. Service is TERRIBLE. The Yucca Valley store is usually clean and reasonably quick. However it's time to fully automate and cut the prices in half. If California food workers insist on a $20 minimum wage per hour, let them find it somewhere else. Other than maybe one or two people to clean and keep the machines running, let the robots take over - yes, I am serious.

The female employees were bullying me. I was missing a cheese cup from my order. It's not a big deal, I just asked nicely if I could have the item (I paid for) and they got three employees to intimidate me and said repeatedly that they didn't mess up my order. I don't know why it was such a big deal. I had proof, I had my granddaughter there to back me up and only then did they give it to me. Which they threw in the bag and it spilt everywhere when I got in my car. Never have I seen such stupidity over such a small mistake. I'll never eat here again.
