An excellent option for a good cup of coffee. The only drawback is directly related to the name "De Pasaje" (Passing Through), which is why the service is only for takeout, and the lack of parking makes it somewhat inconvenient. Even so, it's a recommended place to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

So excited to find a specialty coffee shop in town. Went out of my way to get there and come to find out that their manual methods of extraction are simply dusty decoration. When I requested a Chemex they said they don’t use them because it takes too much time. They wanted to avoid long lines for clients. This was Sunday afternoon, 2 souls in sight. When I pointed out that their place was empty, they then went on to explain that they were out of filters. Okay, fair enough. I asked them if they would at least prepare a French press then they came up with the explanation that they couldn’t because they didn’t have a grinder to properly grind the beans for a press. In conclusion, I found this place very disappointing.

Honestly, for a 100-peso coffee that tastes awful, it's not worth it. The milk was lumpy and the coffee wasn't filtered... Horrible.
