Excellent service and food... they should look into expanding the place because as a customer, it feels very cramped and uncomfortable. A place with a long tradition in Zamora. One way to improve would be to offer soft drinks in glass bottles or cans. Given the cost of the drinks, I think they should invest in products that don't harm the environment... a 250ml plastic Coke costs 32 pesos... when it costs 8 pesos in the store... expensive and polluting...

The place is comfortable and very cool, the service is good, and the customer service was excellent. The dishes were very well-executed and of very good quality. The flavor of the dishes was excellent, with the perfect balance: neither too salty nor too bland. The portion per plate was sufficient, without being too meager or oversupplied. The prices are low and affordable. In terms of quality and price, I think the price is low for the very good quality of the dishes. The service was quick and well-executed. The dishes were fresh and very well-distributed. The only thing missing was the waiters' attire; they didn't wear the restaurant's uniform. Although they were well-dressed, they didn't wear any uniforms alluding to the restaurant, hence the 4 stars. The sanitary measures were effective and met the minimum requirements.

Comida regular. Creo que le falta sabor. Y no es necesario añadir aditivos artificiales para mejorar el sabor de los alimentos. La gastronomía mexicana es muy rica en especial y condimentos naturales

Esperamos para una mesa un tiempo moderado, pero ya que teníamos la mesa tuvimos que solicitar las cartas porque teníamos mucho sentados y no nos las daban.. El mesero fue un poco sangron. Entiendo que tengan mucho trabajo pero no debía hablarme así. Después cambio su actitud.. Se come rico, pero si es tardado, el precio regular.

La comida excelente, muy buenos los platillos. Pero el servicio pésimo, los meseros parece que te hacen un favor al traerte una bebida o algún complemento como capsu o aderezos .

The food is excellent 👌 there's nothing to complain about since it's made fresh to order. However, the service is poor. The waiters get annoyed if you ask for bread rolls for nine people; they only bring four tiny pieces. But things like this tarnish the customer service they could offer to make your visit truly extraordinary. The person who served us was friendly. But another person we asked for the bread rolls wasn't too keen on bringing us the four tiny pieces. They looked more like they were being forced to do it than that. We asked for bread rolls one last time, but they said they were out. I don't know if they didn't want to bring them or if they were actually gone. Oh well. This was my experience at this restaurant.

Nice place. The food is good, though not spectacular. The price is slightly high for the quality. The service is a bit slow.

Un lugar muy concurrido, por ser uno de los únicos por la zona, mal servicio, mal las raciones, este es su presentación de un taco de marlin, aún que sea un aderezo o ensalada. Muy pobres.

Mal servicio, los meseros se andaban peleando ahí en frente de toda la gente por estarse ganando las mesas, es incómodo, además cuando preguntamos por nuestros platillos no nos sabían dar razon y aparte contestaban de mala gana. No hay organización. Duramos 30 minutos para que nos dieran mesa y 40 minutos para que nos trajeran el pedido. A las personas que estaban a un lado de nuestra mesa los atendieron antes y eso que llegaron mucho después de nosotros. Todo el tiempo de espera por la comida, sinceramente no valió la pena. Los costos son regulares pero créanme, hay más lugares mejores. Primera vez que voy y sinceramente no pienso regresar.

My first experience. The food wasn't too bad, but some of the waiters were rude. Just check the bill before paying. The Coronas are listed on the menu for 32 or 35 pesos, but they charged me 45. The large shrimp cocktail is listed at 155 pesos, but they charged me 180. If that's not being rude, then what is? By the way, the food isn't bad; I imagine they have a good chef. Greetings. I won't be back.

Today was our first visit with my family, and it will be our last. The service from the waiter who served us was TERRIBLE (a tall man with very short gray hair), very rude and arrogant, as if he were doing us a favor by serving us. I don't recommend the place if the service continues this deplorable. It's worth mentioning that the younger waiters were very friendly despite the limited interaction we had with them.
