We prefer chilis for late night dinners, place closes late as compared to anything in Galerias mall. Food is decent enough with almost correct price point. There are some imrpvoements needed in falvours and salsa. Staff is prompt and courteous they explained all the available offers and given proper suggestions. They have offers almost daily depending on the day of the week or time of the day. Interior and furniture needs and overhaul which will be make the visit even more enjoyable.

The ribs were as good as you could hope from a chain, and the garlic bread was quite good. The French fries were limp like they had been cooked for too long and the corn was cold to the touch, as if it had just been pulled from the refrigerator. It was good after they heated it up. The service was quite good but due to the lackluster food I do not think I will be back to this location.

The place has a very nice outside area, is well managed from the sanitation point of view. The waitress was very attentive and patient and gave good tips for the order. When the orders came....the beer was Frozen and refrozen so it was tasteless. The wings were uncooked. My fajitas were mixed up instead of chicken with shrimp, chicken with beef. I added an extra onion rings and jalapenos, it came to the other person. When we said about the shrimp, they added up the portion to the bill! We expressed the issues to the management and he took from the bill the Wings and a beer. The management was understanding and cooperative. I don't recommend the experience.

Uncooked food, rude service. Everything takes forever. Be careful that they will charge 15%tips on your card without mentioning anything. Of course no matter how bad they treated you.

It's the middle of the day, and the service was so slow! The hostess was as dry as a rock. As for the rest of the staff they were self absorbed and interacting amongst themselves, and not the customers. I wouldn't return nor would I recommend this establishment.

Burger almost raw in the middle despite asking for medium to well done. A typical experience in this city, quality food with good service is not high on the list of priorities in Guadalajara. For that you must visit local restaraunts where you can find excellent steaks along with mexican dishes at excellent prices. Don't be scared to visit local restaurants!!!! The big chains are all substandard and in my humble opinion are just a big rip off!
