Great service and excellent customer service

This place has a good vibe. The patio is amazing, the people are very friendly. I ordered seared tuna tacos, which were absolutely delicious, the tacos came decontructed and beautifully plated. i havent even got to dessert yet and im leaving this review. Overall awesome spot on a great strip by a huge beautiful mall. Eat and get some shopping in...hereeee comes dessert!

Consistently very good. Salmon is outstanding and service is always first class. Outdoor patio is always cool and well-shaded, and never too loud....which is kind of nice.

We were here last week and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and food. Jose Luis is an excellent server and was very attentive in recommendations and perfectly timed refills. Will highly recommend!

I recommend the octopus carpaccio, the best starter. Very good service, it is super fast. They have a good variety of dishes; I have ordered pizza, salads, pasta, risotto, fish and everything was delicious.

Another great place to try in the Andares shopping mall. Excellent food and great prices. We had 2 tequilas, 2 margaritas, a large salad, and garlic fish for around $70.00us.

I had ordered a shrimp and chicken alfredo and it had a delicious flavour with a hint of spicy. Also ask for a Tierra Noble tequila shot, super smooth and good.

I recently dined at La Moresca in Guadalajara, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant has a chic, stylish vibe with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a great selection of Italian and Mediterranean dishes. I especially enjoyed their wood-fired pizzas and fresh seafood. Their Tequila selection is also very amazing and their signature cocktails are really tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. This restaurant is located in Providencia, it’s in a prime spot, close to other great restaurants and nightlife. I would definitely recommend go back mostly because of the location and the ambiance.

10/10! We came here to eat on a Tuesday night after doing some light shopping. The place was extremely packed but they managed to sit our party of 3 in 15 minutes. The service throughout the entire evening was exceptional! The food, even better. One of the best thin cut pizzas we've ever had. I highly recommend the gelato - it was such a nice touch at the end. I will definitely be coming back in the future

This is a great place to eat. The decoration is nice. The appetizers and the pasta are so delicious. My favorite dish is “carpaccio de atún” and “pasta 4 quesos”. The service is fast and very good. The servers are really friendly

The pizza we tried here was delicious & so were the fish & drinks. Wait time was less than 20 minutes.

I eat here every time I am in town. My Spanish is terrible and they always have waiters on that speak English. The food is great with a lot of options. Service is always impeccable.

The food and the service were very good. However, it was very strange that they didn't allow me to pay the check with the cashback balance in my credit card. First time this happens to me.

The atmosphere and service was excellent. Dinner was okay we couldnt say it was the worse nor say it was a wow for us. What i may say is they definitely do not specialize in meat cuts. I say this is because from both cuts we ordered neither were cooked as desired or asked for but we didn't want to be that one customer who complained because we were aware it wasn't our waiters fault. We will be going back to give it a second opportunity on hope it's a better experience overall for i and my group.

Nice place and good wait staff. Food is always consistent. I like to go to the other restaurants for a more formal experience than the mall, but it is really convenient when you need to grab a bite to eat when you are at the mall.

I rarely leave a negative review, but my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. The pasta was overcooked and far too salty, and the fried mozzarella appetizer was not enjoyable at all. The food simply wasn’t up to Italian standards, and sadly, it felt more like a fancy Italian-themed restaurant than a truly authentic one. What made it worse is that nobody seemed able to address or fix the situation, which left the whole dinner feeling like a missed opportunity. I left with the impression that the high reviews didn’t match my experience. So… not sure if I’ll give it a second chance, but I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended: honest, fair, and with hope for a better experience in the future.

Beef carpaccio is a must! Better if reserve a table, wasn’t that full but still the service was slow. Very few options for wine by the glass. The pizzas are tasty.

Pepperoni was actually really salty, Hawaiian style half was good but overall pizza was average. Calamari was bland in taste. Service was good except the server forgot our carbonara pasta. Good views and nice outdoor seating. The drinks are great therefore I recommend this spot for outdoor seating and having some drinks.

If you want to make sure you can't talk to the people with you, here is the place! The music is sooo loud that the waiter has to ask you the same question five times, and you need to ask him to repeat it five times too. Service is basic, however the food is good. Next time I will probably choose another place.

Overall the food was pretty good the portions are kind of small they do have plenty of appetizers there is no parking except in private Buildings and the staff is quick and attentive calculator my phone was kind of bland

Pretty Good Food But they overcharged me for not knowing fluent spanish. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t know spanish or are alone cause they gone try & charge you more guaranteed.

Food tasted amazing but i got the worst food poisoning ever, we ordered the mango and goat cheese salad, chicken breast and carbonara pasta, got extremely sick right after leaving the restaurant, I barely made it to my car and had the worst diarrhea ever, im still in the middle of my vacation and I'm ready to tap out.

Horrible hospitality. The waiter Jose Luis had attitude and I did not feel welcome. He brought the wrong drink to the table and once I told him I did not order it he made me feel like it was my fault and did not apologize for his mistake and then proceeded to charge me for the drink that I did not order or drink! He made me feel dumb for asking for a menu in English when I easily was able to find it online. Overall not great service and the food was alright.

Family reunion, our waiter kept coughing, now all have the flu 2 days later. The waiter was rude and kept coughing all the time. If the restaurant had the etiquette, protocol, and cleanliness, would not allow a sick employee serve food. Lost a customer.

Our party of three was looking forward to eating at this restaurant due to recommendations and reviews online. The customer service is horrible. They initially tried to seat us at a Bar Table and we did not think it was appropriate because the table was too small and we had a minor with us. They then moved us to a table directly in front of the restrooms which was unacceptable since the area gave off a bad oder and was dirty. When we asked to be seated across the corridor with a view of the street they refused, even though several tables were empty and available. Apparently this restaurant gives preference to smokers, even though no one was smoking but that was the reason we could not be seated anywhere else. Seems like they discriminate against children dining at this establishment and therefore we decided to leave and dine elsewhere.
